I barely do this but I liked this place. I know nothing of cars but they were so helpful. The manager lady I liked she was funny and knowledgeable she helped me get the oil for my grandsons car and a free filter!
Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. They always have everything you need, and if they don’t have it in stock, they can quickly order it for you. Great customer service and a smooth experience every time I visit. Highly recommend!
The worst autozone today 05/26/26 l stop by to drop off oil to recycle and the guy at the front desk doing nothing of course tell me ...oh lm sorry l can't take anymore oil .so l look around was nothing no even a single bottle of anything. I said ok and l left..next time lm going to speak with the manager..so those places who sale oil they request to take the bad oil to recycle....
I received great assistance from a team member in finding the correct windshield wipers for my car, but I had a difficult time with the installation. Tyler F (the store manager) came to the rescue and installed them for me. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, and respectful. I will not hesitate to return to this store due to the outstanding customer service!

Was having some car trouble so I took a trip to my local autozone and the problem was fixed in SECONDS!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️ The worker Aidan was so helpful and kind!! He didn’t waste any time and put so much care into helping us out!! I’m so grateful to have such a reliable location near me!! ❤️❤️❤️
I was very impressed with their service A gentleman named Jose assisted me not only inside but outside with my vehicle he was very nice and patient even though I was asking 101 questions there was two other female Employees in the store at the time and they were also extremely nice. Everybody was very polite. I highly recommend not just for their positive attitudes, but also for their knowledge

Very helpful! Stopped in for help with my battery, and they were able to replace it right then and there. James was very straightforward and explained everything along the way.
The guys working tonight were great. I walked in because my check engine light was on. Within five minutes they diagnosed the issue and identified the replacement part I needed. Saved me who knows how many hours and dollars . . . Five stars!

I visited the Salem, MA location on the afternoon of February 11, 2024, to prepare my vehicle for the upcoming snow storm. All three employees, whose names I unfortunately did not obtain, were extremely helpful. They recommended products, told me which products were not worth purchasing, and two employees walked me to my vehicle to help diagnose my concerns. In my opinion, they went above and beyond by removing the insulation panel under the hood of my car to reattach the washer fluid line that had detached, making my front windshield washer fluid nozzles functional again. While the hood was open, one of them took it upon themselves to clean off corrosion on the battery terminal, just because. I'm amazed at the service I received and am beyond grateful for their willingness to help, especially when I didn't think I needed any help at all. In all the times I've visited this location over the years, I've always had a pleasant experience, but my experience today was exceptional. Their expertise, knowledge, and general customer service skills make them invaluable employees that AutoZone should be proud to have. I’d suggest raises for all for all of them!
I stopped by the Auto Zone store located in Salem, MA on Highland Ave yesterday because I needed some windshield cleaner fluid, new windshield wipers and a new battery for my Ford Mustang key fob. I got there early so the store was quiet and there was 1 person behind the counter.
The gentleman that helped me with the items I needed was polite, professional, attentive and friendly. I told him what I needed and he went right to work, installed the battery in my key fob, showed me the best/affordable windshield wipers for my car and also installed the new wipers on my car.
He was extremely helpful and efficient. Excellent customer service. I will absolutley go to this location again for future needs.
Rating this AutoZone in Salem, MA on Highland Ave 5+ stars! Jesus helped me with my battery purchase and installation today. He was very friendly and even gave me tips on how to care for my car long term. It's an old car that needs a lot of work. He was very patient and thorough with it. I would highly recommend going to this specific location for all your car needs. Don't forget to ask for Jesus!

Staff went out of their way to assist me in replacing my car battery. It's not easy to do on a European car.
