  My car died on Route 3 north, I'm not familiar with the area and called the first place Google recommended. Luxury Towing was disbatched to help me out, who arrived promptly and the man (sorry I forgot your name!) was very helpful and friendly. He loaded up my car and delivered it to my mechanic in NH. The cost seemed reasonable for about an hours tow. I would highly recommend using this company!

  I needed to junk my car and emailed Mass Towing for a quote to purchase the vehicle for parts. They provided the highest offer for the car and paid cash with no issues. The flatbed driver called to confirm the pickup, arrived on time and was courteous and professional. He had the car on the flatbed, tied down and was on his way in 15 minutes. Caitlin scheduled the pick-up, she is very detailed oriented as well and promptly answered all my questions.

  People here are awesome. The woman on the phone was sweet. The driver gave me a call before he came out so I could get the car ready. He picked up my E36 convertible carefully since it's lowered, guy knew exactly what to do, he used wood to prevent any scrapes on the bumper. And took it from Lynn to Randolph. I followed him there and also went ahead to get the parking spot ready,he got there before I did! Super fast service. These guys are legit and very good. I'd definitely use them again and I'd recommend them to all of my friend's with lowered cars. Awesome people. 👌

  This place gives good service. A gentleman named Christian came out to jump my car not once, but twice today! Gave me good service with a smile, good advice, got there fast, and most importantly got my car started and back up and running. Without his help me and my car would be stranded.

  I cannot tell you enough how amazing Craig is. I guess you call him panda? I have had AAA for 28 yrs and have never needed it. My battery died and he came to my rescue. I really am so grateful I had him. .You guys are very lucky to have him as an employee.Craig is a great asset to your company. I will make sure to tell everyone.

  Unfortunately we live in a world that when we have a complaint we will invest endless hours to make our story heard... and when we're happy, we go about our day thinking... well, that's their job. That's unfair to the people of this world who go above and beyond the call of duty to make customers happy. I've had several Tows now by Mass Towing and i don't think it's possible to give them higher marks of satisfaction. i just had a car towed that was hard to get to... required us both PUSHING the darn thing to a point where he could even tow it... and yes, i gave him a generous tip for his above and beyond efforts but i would be cheating them if i didn't make my comments public. i called Mass Towing management to make sure the driver was acknowledged for his good service and the manager was equally impressive. yes, sure of course everyone loves a compliment but believe me i know my call would have been handled with the same care if i had an issue. Several years ago G&J Towing stopped taking AAA calls... i thought this would mean a downgrade in the service i received but the opposite has happened. Mass Towing is many times better than G&J ever was.

  I’ve used Mass Towing Services twice and gotten great service. Both times I was helped by Ivan, a man any business would be lucky to have. I was amazed at how fast he arrived and how fast he got my car going. But just as important, Ivan is 100% professional and courteous. He’s the kind of person you’d want responding if your wife or daughter needed help. Ivan presents a great image for Mass Towing Services and AAA.

  Ivan serviced my car. He was very polite and very apologetic (even though it was not his fault that my battery was not available.) He left to pick up the correct size battery and returned in a matter of fifteen minutes. It’s nice to see a young polite and properly dressed young man willing to do his best.   Brian was quick when arriving and even gave me a courtesy call when he was five minutes away. He was very knowledgeable and was able to jump my car within 2 minutes of arriving and explained how numbers jumping on his battery charger could indicate future problems I may have. He was friendly and not pushy when gave me the card to his shop (with attached coupon!) and never made me feel pressured to agree to get work done like some body shops do. He also made me aware of some great offers the shop has for any future needs. Overall he was super pleasant and made the annoyance of getting a jump on a cold Sunday night a good one. Great asset to the shop!

  My car completely fell apart on the front end it was a very very scary thin Thank God i was not driving or that my grand kids were not in the car. I was very nervous and not feeling well called AAA and they send Brian from Mass Towing, right away he saw how nervous i was he was very nice and calmed me down and explained he would take care of it i was also scare of how much this would cost me he immediately made a call to the office and inquired about fixing my car , being a single women not knowing much about cars i trusted him, to my total surprise they agreed to have my car towed their and they gave me a discount on repairs and also explained nothing would be done until the looked over the car. So i had it towed and the next morning i got a call with the estimate ( just FYI my brother and nephew are both mechanics but were not available to help but i did get their opinion to make sure i didn't get ripped off ) To my surprise not only was the price EXCELLENT IT Was less then even my brother said it was going to be and he would have the work done by 5 pm that day !!! I WENT TO PICK UP MY CAR AND I WAS TOTALLY HAPPY IT RAN AWESOME !! From the great customer service and handling of my car by Brain to the girls who answered the phone at the office to the great job done on my car I have found a new mechanic !! THANK YOU SO MUCH MASS TOWING AND SERVICE FOR YOUR EXCELLENT SERVICE , ESPECIALLY BRIAN FOR HELPING ME THRU THAT SCARY ORDEAL !!

  I got stuck in Saugus a few weeks ago and needed a tow. I found these guys on Google and gave them a call. The driver was awesome and offered a free tow if I got my car serviced with them. I figured why not? I needed to get my car fixed somewhere. I just want to say that not only did they fix the issue, they also found what was causing my damn engine light to be on (which even the dealership wasn't able to do) and fixed that too. And on top of all that they are great people too! I highly recommend them for anything. :)

  I found these guys through AAA when they came to two my car in Lynn. They not only were super nice and helpful but they fixed my car and had it ready for me the next day. Even, better, they saved me money and did not try to over sell me on things I didn't need (hard to find with repair shops these days)! I now take both of my vehicles there for service and have had a great experience every time!

  I would not trust any other garage with my car. I always receive exceptional service and competitive prices. Plus they have dogs there which means of course they are good people! I have needed them to tow me and repair my car's many ailments and I am 100% satisfied with the results.
