I have used Saugus Auto Caft in the past and will continue to use them in the future. The entire staff is ALWAYS respectful, helpful, and honest. I had a problem with my insurance company and the staff at the front desk and Lenny went out of their way to resolve it.

I had a horrible experience with Saugus Autocraft and would not recommend this shop to anyone. There were three major issues: 1. Unprofessional Communication - One of their phone representatives (David or Dan) was consistently rude. He would interrupt me mid-sentence but got easily offended if I asked a quick question while he was speaking. Basic courtesy and professionalism were completely lacking. 2. Poor Quality of Work - The shop had three tasks: • Fix a large cosmetic dent on the rear passenger-side fender • Replace the rear passenger-side wheel arch molding • Wet sand and buff light scratches on the taillight All three were either missed or poorly executed. • The dent was clearly still there. When I pointed it out, the owner told me I was “looking too closely.” Only after I showed him a photo did he admit it wasn’t done properly and offered to fix it - but after already waiting weeks, I couldn’t afford to leave my car there any longer. • The wheel arch molding wasn’t installed correctly until I pointed it out. • The taillight scratches weren’t even touched until I asked, and I had to wait another 20-30 minutes on site while they finally addressed it. 3. Botched Interior Cleaning - After finishing the job, they apparently cleaned the interior, but the cleaning made things worse. There were smudges and watermarks all over my car's gloss black surfaces and display screens, likely from dirty or low-quality towels. The interior looked worse than when I dropped the car off. It was so bad I had to clean it myself immediately after getting home because I couldn’t stand how gross it looked. To the owner’s credit, he did acknowledge the missed (exterior) items and was polite in person. But the fact that I had to point out every single issue, after weeks of waiting, is unacceptable. They clearly lack attention to detail and customer respect. I’m never going back.

Saugus Auto Craft is the best auto body shop I've been to. They have done several repairs to my car over the years. They do a great job. They're very helpful. For example, they help you get a rental if you need it. Their prices are reasonable if you don't go through insurance. They always have your car repaired very quickly. They're honest and reliable.

They did an absolute amazing job repairing my car. They kept me updated every step of the way and all the employees in there were so great to work with. I highly recommend this place!!

Had a great experience with Sergio who helped with my mom's car and all the other gentlemen there that helped. We had to take my mom's car for repairs due to an accident and they were very thorough with details and keeping in touch with updates. The car looks great and they were always so nice. I definitely recommend them.

I had such a great experiene with this shop. From the treatment till how my car looked was perfect. They fixed my car so fast, and always gave updates in everything they were doing. They are organized, and help you understand everything they will be doing to your car. Sergio is an incredible, professional and nice person. I felt really confident leaving my car with them. Defitnely recommend the store. Very transparent and professional shop.

Fixed collision damage on my VW GTI. Car looks better than when I bought it. They did an awesome job with my bumper and the paint matching is excellent. Very happy with their service.

They were not able to fix my car in fact it appears they switch a damage part to another part of the car and claim they did not understand why the problem still existed, after bringing the car for the 3rd time to fix the bumper they install wrong, they wanted to pin the problem on me, which in another repairshop was fix easily and fast, Saugus Autocraft is very unprofessional, do not take your car there, find elsewhere to fix your car. I know they are listed in the insurance recomendetion list but do not choose them.

I brought my car in last week, unfortunately the insurance company deemed it a loss. From the moment I went into this business it was beyond professional. The man at the front who started to help was very friendly and personable and made me feel comfortable. Dave later helped me and was awesome, answered all questions and when I went to get my stuff was just as friendly. The worker who took of my plates was great. overall, it was perfect, especially being a woman with no car knowledge I highly recommend this place thank you again for such a positive experience

It's a no for me. They did not do an adequate job on my vehicle.I had to return multiple times to fix things like sensors and fluid spouts. They also failed to diagnose a wheel bearing issue that I had to get fixed by a real mechanic at my dealership. I find Dave to be abhorrent and your typical know it all. Made sure to let me know that it was not anything they did wrong and that the noise I was hearing was not really there. I was on my own from that point. I know there is better out there so find it.

I recently came to Saugus Auto Craft for collision repair and they did an amazing job repairing my car and making sure paint and rim color was perfectly matched, as well as turning it in clean, inside and out. They also did a great job in communicating any updates. Will recommend to others and come here for any future repairs!

Lenny Jr. and his team fixed my Buick! You would have never know that I had got into an accident. They did an amazing job and even cleaned the car! Would highly recommend to others.

Jose Reyes was friendly and welcoming, all the while being professional and competent. His warm smile assured me that my family car is in good hands and I believed him. Just picked up my Expedition. Their work is fantastic. David is a great guy that's down to earth and super helpful. This is the type of place that doesn't take advantage of its customers. Honest people that do an outstanding job. The cherry on top is that they clean the inside of your vehicle as part of their included service. I never write reviews but Saugus Auto Craft is the best! I really liked Lenny at the desk. Overall they were good, except when my car was done we noticed someone in the Garage put a large scratch on my driver door. They buffed it out and I picked it up today. I suggest if you have a new car ask these guys to Not clean your exterior when they're done. My brand new (2022) Black paint is now filled with swirl marks.

I've used Saugus Auto Craft a few times now and every time their work has been perfect. They want to get it done RIGHT and not just quick. When anyone asks me for an auto body shop, this is the place to go!!

Saugus Auto-Craft made the repair of my Chevy Equinox easy, uncomplicated and stress free. Never having been in an accident, didn’t know what to expect. Everything was explained in detail with utmost courtesy and my car was repaired by stated date. Recommend very highly.

Great experience!!! After being involved in a hit and run accident, Lenny and the employee’s at Saugus Auto Craft made what was a negative situation as stress free as possible. I stopped in last minute last month to try and get some information on having my car fixed. (It was a little more complicated due to prior damage being done to my car) Lenny came outside and explained the process to me in a way that was simple for me to understand. I dropped my car off 2 weeks later and when I picked it up it was unrecognizable!! It looked like a brand new car! They took what was a stressful frustrating experience and made it as easy and stress free for me as possible. I would recommend this shop to anyone!!

I have to say the owner Lenny and the rest of the guys were absolutely phenomenal to work with they were caring they took their time, I have a 2013 focus and I'm telling you I had over $6,000 worth of damage. When I got in that car after they fixed it, first and foremost it looked brand new and it drove so much better than it ever driven before. I will completely say this is a 5 plus star place and now I have an auto body place that I will gladly take it again, thank you Lenny and to the rest of the guys thank you, Awesome Awesome job!!

They did some panel work on my gf's mustang and it came out amazing. Window ended up being out of adjustment so had to go back but they had it realigned and sealing like new within 20 minutes! Fantastic work and very little if any bondo used on the repair which means pure skill in that shop. Will be back with my truck and the mustang for some more work. Fantastic shop very friendly and honest staff as well.

I got rear ended and needed some work done. I rarely write reviews but everyone here was so kind and helped me through the whole process. They very clearly explained what I had to do in terms of insurance and car rental. Their work was amazing, my car came back way cleaner than I though it could ever be. When some insurance stuff got weird they took it upon themselves to really help me and get in touch with the right people to resolve it on the spot. You can really tell they care and they made me really comfortable in the whole process which I was new to. Will not be going anywhere else for any car issues and I will tell everyone I know that if they have car troubles this is the place to go.

Great quality of work and knowledge here. Was referred by my primary mechanic to have one of my external mirrors replaced. Dave knew exactly what I needed and the whole thing was done as good as new in less than 24 hours and for only 30 minutes of down time once the part came in.

They went over and beyond, from office to body shop nothing but great work, customer experience and out come of work is spectacular! I brought my truck to the shop since it was rear-ended on our last storm. They said "no problem" and they meant it, then I said hey could you fix the ding on my side door - within minutes received a very reasonable quote - perfect that was done too - hassle free. They were done fast and I couldn't pick it up until the following Monday - their response.. no problem.. When I went to pick up my truck - it was in a safe location, WAIT there is more - CLEANED inside - but I mean CLEANED!!!.. They even fixed one of my eyelashes (yup, exactly what you read, my eyelashes) that was falling off. I left their lot knowing that they not only respect me as a customer but my property as well. Thank you guys - ready for my next truck?

I can’t say enough good things about this place. I was rear ended and selected them to repair my brand new car. From the moment I called them I knew I selected the right place. The woman on the phone was SO friendly and helpful. When I had additional questions, she set me up with Dave, who was also extremely helpful through the process. Saugus Auto Craft was very thorough and did a fantastic job fixing my car. They also washed it and I think they even detailed the inside (maybe not a full detail, but I didn’t bring it in that clean!). I would go back for any work if needed and I would highly recommend. The whole process was seamless and I knew my car was in good hands.

This is by far the most professional body shop I have ever dealt with. I came in looking for someone to install a couple of side emblems on my vehicle. The shop manager Dave came out to help and took it upon himself to complete the job in a timely and professional manner " which he did" all free of charge. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and I couldn't be happier with the final result. I'll make sure I refer all my friends and family to Saugus Auto-Craft. Thanks Dave!

I had a very good experience at Saugus Auto-Craft. Dropping off and picking up my car was easy. They were very thorough with the repair work that they did. They even went back to my insurance company for me, after the company underestimated the repair costs. I did not have to do anything else. Saugus Auto-Craft even did a minor repair for me on this last job. That repair was done at no extra charge!! I am going to come back, the next time I need body work done on my car. I am going to recommend that my family and friends use Saugus Auto-Craft too!

These folks represent the highest level of customer service, craftsmanship and integrity. I've never been so pleased and impressed with something autobody related in my entire life. When I began the journey that was my first insurance claim ever: things were not going as swimmingly as I had hoped. Saugus Auto Craft outshined my super negative experience with my insurance company and gave me the positive ending I was looking for in the first place. My 10 year old gal has had a face life and she looks beautiful and brand new. I'm so happy that I could cry. Thank you guys so much!
