I needed my car towed to an auto shop but it was in my back yard. The bumper was sitting pretty low since snow got in between. Oscar was able to get it out successfully. He did remove snow too in order to get the job done. I really appreciated his help and he was super friendly too. He did all this without damaging anything btw😊
Towing was prompt. Responses through text were informative and immediate. Correspondence with service stations was very quick and helpful. Providing information for towing was also very easy to do!
Having to tow your car is never a pleasant task, but Oscar made the whole process so easy. He was very quick to respond when I called, and was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and professional when getting the job done. Most of all, he treated both the car and myself with respect, which are huge pluses in my book! I highly recommend his services!
What a great experience and a super nice guy. Our car got stuck in the snowbank in our yard and Oscar figured out how to get it free so it could be moved. Very professional and a super experience. The day after Christmas, my tire popped on my way to work at 4am. In below freezing weather, E/J Towing came out to help me in less than 20 minutes. He was quick and let me stay in the car so I wouldn’t get cold. He got me back on the road in no time. 10/10 experience, would recommend!
These guys always go above and beyond! Had issues when hauling my boat, they helped replace my wheel bearings on my trailer and helped my swap out a tire! Definitely calling them every time! Got to love veteran owned companies!

Got a busted tire on the side of the road. They came to my house, got the key, picked up the car and dropped it and the key at the repair shop. Who does that! Super easy and punctual.
E/J towing helped me out of a jam late Saturday night when my transmission suddenly failed and sent follow up photos once the car was safely delivered to the dealership. Appreciate their prompt service and follow through!!

This company is the best I’ve seen in a long time. The customer service is amazing and you can’t beat the price. They were extremely fast with responding to my inquiry and I called that morning and they were at my residence within an hour after. Only guys available at 5AM to help me and were on time, quick and extremely nice. They were smooth and gentle with my truck. I now keep their card in my wallet just incase i need the best to get the job done.
