These guys are scammers period stay far away. They lie to you about having the part you asked for then sell and ship you wrong parts or different number parts then when you bring it back, they charge you a restocking fee of 35%. They make money off you no matter what and you get screwed. It is a scam period. You are all warned.

ask if I could somehow get pictures of a part before I purchased it to make sure it wasn't damaged guy said he couldn't do anything I guess they don't want business

this is the worst place in the world, rude peoples from owner to the last employee they sell wrong and junk parts. and good luck if you asked about money back if you go there, you will lose your time and money.

I simply called to ask about an exhaust system they had listed online. I asked if the exhaust system was a full exhaust and if he could send me a picture, and he began to get very nasty with me and start yelling profanity, and then said we sold it and hung up on me. Very rude and unprofessional. I would never do business with this company.

My car looks brand new after being badly damaged from a broadside collision. Highly recommend!

I was sold the wrong part. I called to tell the individual who sold it to me. instead of coming to the phone and speaking with me he had another co worker tell me that if one comes in that they will let me know. Didn't take my name or number. Being my first and last experience with them I didn't know that you have to pay before you see the item. Because of this I'm stuck with a part I can't use and out $100! I called to speak with the same individual the next day and got the run around. He stepped out,be back at 2:15, then in same phone call another worker tells me he's out sick! When I asked why I wasn't told that in the first place the response was " I'm not him and I have other calls to take" and hung up. They have been in business supposedly a long time but treating customers the way I was treated ,I can't see how. Never again! Spare yourself the aggravation.

If I could rate this junk yard 0 stars I would, they are an actually junk yard all they sell is junk. Don’t buy from them, we buy from junk yards all the time and this is the worse of all. They don’t me to bring the vehicle to the dealership to verify problem and they wouldn’t even cover the diagnosis.

I own a repair shop called Affordable Auto Mechanic and I have been in business for over two decades. On 05/03/2023 I bought an engine assembly from Harbor Auto to install in a 2011 Ford Escape. The part was delivered on the same date. On 05/04/2023, my mechanics and I did a full check on the engine I bought. We found out that two components of the engine were broken - one is called timing cover and the other one is called engine oil pan. For that reason, I was unable to finish the job and had to return the engine to Harbor. I requested one of my employees to drive to Harbor on 05/04/2023 to return the damaged engine. For my surprise, my employee was insulted by one of Harbor Auto representatives called Jimmy with swear words, really bad words. To make things even worse, he didn't accept the damaged engine back and my employee drove all the way from Lynn to Everett with the damaged part. I called Harbor Auto to see if I could have any proper feedback and got insulted as well by the same person, the reason why I decided to leave this review. No money back for a bad engine. I don't think Harbor Auto value their customers at all.

The guy who orders the parts, that's been there for 20 years, has a big mouth and likes to insult women. He needs to watch his mouth when he talks to people, because the next time, someone might end up shutting his mouth for him. Terrible business practice, customer service sucks and the overall business is horrible.

We needed a front left door airbag for a '97 BMW 540i. Charlie was knowledgeable and prompt in getting me the correct application for my vehicle. Part was delivered on time 3 days later, installed and no more Air Bag warning! Thank you Charlie for your excellent service

I would never buy anything here. Years ago they gave me a broken part and wouldn't take it back.

Ordered wheel hub from them and it arrived quickly. Item was exactly as described and didn't look bent or damaged. I got the wheel mounted today and using it for spare so won't know for sure how it will feel on the car but they guarantee that it is not bent so I trust them.

Bought an Audi convertible roof assembly at a great price. Top looks perfect and operates even better. Would give 10 stars if I could. Couldn't be happier with this transaction.

These guys are crooks! Delivered parts to our place of business, demanded payment for it before unloading it from the truck, and then delivered damaged parts that absolutely could not be used. Mismatched seats from different trucks with different stiching, missing headrests, and torn leather on drivers seat.. none of which was disclosed. Even their driver agreed the seats were terrible, and not 'clean' as described. He 'called his manager', who proceeded to yell at me over the phone, and hung up on me. I told the driver to take the seats back, but they REFUSE TO REFUND ME! This is dishonest and they havent heard the last of me. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!

The part that I was looking for was more expensive than AutoZone. Hilarious 😂

Ordered a part over the phone and ended up having an issue with my credit card and they had to call me back to sort it out. Everything ended up getting solved. Lisa was very nice and even called me back to give me tracking information since the shipping department would be closed the next day. Will update if part is defective but customer service has been 5/5 so far.

5 stars. Very courteous, knowledgeable people. Used parts matched with the original ones. Pickup same day. I couldnt be happier..

Orderd a tailgate, before ordering asked for photos they said i need to pay prior ill get the photos. I have paid for it the got the photos of the part on the palet fully wrapped so you can't see condition of it. When i receive it open a wrapping and found the pretty good dent on the part with a corrosion. Contracted seller and they asked for photos, after they received photos I got told it were damaged by shipper with a fork or so. So wouldn't recond get anything from them until you see it first. Because you will get zero to none customer service after you paid for it.

For me, it was a great experience! I live in Houston. I blew out the spare tire on our Mazda 6, and Mazda wanted $300+ for a replacement. Searched the web and found what was listed as a "good" spare tire at Harbor for $85. I communicated with Jim several times via email about the tire they had. He was very prompt, cordial and helpful. He shipped it to me that afternoon. The tire arrived a few days later and was in "excellent" shape. Put it in my the trunk that night and believe it or not, my wife had a flat the next day. Used the new spare and it worked better than the original. THANKS JIM!!!

Very good experience with this junkyard. I'm really not sure where all the negative ratings come from, most likely people who don't understand how a junkyard works. The people here were friendly, and I was able to get an alternator for my Cavalier without any hassle. I was even able to pick up the part same day. Overall I have nothing bad to say about these guys. Thanks for a great experience!

TERRIBLE! Absolutely the worst used auto parts facility I have ever dealt with in the last 25 years of business. Dishonest employees, poor quality parts, thieving refund policy in that they charge you a 25% restocking fee even when they sell you a junk part that cannot be installed & they are unwilling to replace said defective part even though they have a warranty policy that says they will. I would not recommend purchasing anything from these folks-run fast & buy your parts somewhere else. I would give them a negative rating if I could. Absolutely horrible customer service!

Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Not only did they take over a week to “find” a part, they verbally assaulted me on the phone and in person. The only reason I called was for an update on a part I had paid for in advance. Do not use this shop they are rude and unorganized, the unprofessional behavior of the owner was very childish and agitating.

The worst Costner service ever , I ordered a bunch of parts for Q5 Audi( 2 control arms, iner and outer tie rode And the steering knrcle ) They won’t sell me just the tie rides the insister to sell with the rack and pignon . It took them 3 days to call me to pick up the part after I paid for it even though they said it will be ready next day, My mechanic had my car already on the Lyft . And charging me for every day he is not using it. When I got the part , One control arm bushing was all cracked, the tie rode was bent . My mechanic notice the cracked bushing first , so we called on Friday morning, they said they will pull another one as replacement , so I got stuck until Monday , so Monday Morning my Mecanic was so mad and he told me it’s better to get a new one so I had to buy another control arm brand you which was expensive . Then he start working on the other part when he found out that the tire rod is bent, we had to go I got another brand new one. After few days I want to back to the junkyard Harbor auto parts to return the rack and Pinion which has the Defective tie road. I got surprised when the owner refused to refund me or not even store credit. He was so rude and he said it wasn’t bent since he pull it from a Car that had no damage. Don’t buy parts from this place. This problem happens before to my friend they sent them the wrong transmission and a defective engine . and they had to pay the mechanic twice to put it again.

Outstanding customer service. I bought a rear driveshaft for a Chevrolet 3500 cab and chassis and had a difficult time locating the proper part. Seller was very helpful.

Horrible customer service full of lies and rubbing people. Charge twice for bad tires. They said tires are in good condition after waiting 2h they 2 tires are good others are not. They refund my two then charge me for labor for the bad one $40. they treat people like trash and took money before the parts ready. No one never ever have to go there.
