Called them yesterday to get my truck towed was told driver just got back into town it’ll be 5 minutes. Well 45 minutes later I called sterry street towing they got me in 5 minutes and we’re $20 cheaper. Lesson learned don’t call mikes towing for ANYTHING.
They were awesome we we're stuck in the recent snow storm after calling 4 other places we found Mike's and they came right out and towed us as fast as they could I appreciate it big I highly recommend
Life saver when I was stuck on the I-95 in winter and couldnt find anyone to tow my vehicle on a Sunday... I called Mike's towing after calling 4/5 other places and getting no reply. Mike's answered quickly and rescued me quickly. THANK YOU!

The driver that cane to pick up my car after breaking down was so kind and compassionate. He knew his job he made small talk loaded my car up insured the car was secure several times greeted me with a smile waved once everything was secure and beeped as he drove off. We need more humans like this. A+ customer service.
The saying shop local applies here. Mike's Towing and Recovery has been a fixture on the Attleboro business landscape for as long as I can remember. From my very first dealings with Mike when he owned the Sunoco gas station across from the Attleboro common I always thought that he was an honest and fair businessman. If you need a tow in the Attleboro Area I highly recommend Mike's Towing and Recovery. He also has a few cars for sale at his Pine Street lot.
My vehicle was towed by Mike's Towing 2 days ago and dealing with this company was one of the worst experiences I've had if not the worst. Starting with when I made the call to see what they would charge me to release my vehicle after 25 hours since the tow the woman who answered the phone told me to hold after 5 minutes or so then hung up on me. When I tried to call back their phone line was dead, I then accepted the fact I wouldn't know until I got there. Upon arrival the receptionist informed me the bill was $303 for 25 hours!! I was appalled that price is unheard of and outrageous the average price for a tow and one night of storage is $120. Once I was able to finally get my vehicle I took a look at it in their lot and noticed front end damage scuff marks a dent that wrapped around the front corner of the car which of course is my responsibility to fix now. So for anyone in need of help I highly recommend you to stay away from this company, breaking down is bad enough without adding insult to injury
Yesterday, while visiting my sister Marion Benson & her husband in Taunton, the wheel fell off my Xterra, literally, when I turned into her driveway. We called AAA for a tow to my mechanic’s in Fairhaven, & this absolutely wonderful young fellow, never got his name, very carefully mounted my car on the flatbed tow vehicle, took such very painstaking care not to wreck anything further in the collapsed left front side of my old car. He delivered us down this precarious driveway to my mechanic’s garage, & painstakingly removed my vehicle from the flatbed, ever so cautious. In my distress, I left the dinner my sister prepared for us in his truck, I do hope he found it & enjoyed that. My bad! Thank you for employing such a professional, caring young fellow who was a delight to talk to on the way back, & did such a professsional job in transporting my old car where it needed to be. I hope you will consider this when this dedicated, young employee comes up for a raise. I was very impressed w/ him, & please thank him again for me. & as The Who would sing.....”The Kids Are Alright!”

Avoid these morons! Absolute worst tow drivers on the planet. Took forever to show up, has a friend in the truck that smells like pot so he asked me if I could take a cab, even though AAA says taking me with my car is included. So now I'm choking and stuck next to some idiot that's high as a kite and has no reason to be there. When the dropped me off they hit my neighbor's fence, and then afterwards I had to replace my control arms because he dragged it onto the bed wrong. Never mind how they drive around town, the way they treat people is atrocious.
Had to have my car towed from a friend's driveway. Called AAA and when the tow truck showed up the guy was very nice and even tried to see if he could find out what night be wrong. Would recommend to anyone!
Owner is horrible person treats employees like trash while family reaps rewards of hard work and sacrifices being made by his own employees. Service is terrible a lot of people don't last because they are over worked and under paid. Some work days consist of no less than 10 hours up to a full 24 hours which aren't all legally accounted for. And the training is a joke where new hires have no experience and are out on the road by themselves within the first week. Terrible company just bad news and run unethically and sometimes illegally.
If you go elsewhere, you risk being ripped off. I've dealt with the man for a few years now and these people are polite, professional and will bend over backwards. Five stars isn't enough.
I'm going to call soon too. I had a wonderful experience today while experiencing a flat tire. The young man who responded was kind and quick at putting on a spare. He put me at ease and I definitely wish I had gotten his name. I hope that if I'm ever in that situation again, he shows up.
Excellent professional service = Mike's Towing and Recovery. For so many years, Mike's Towing has come to our rescue. No one ever expects to be stranded in their car somewhere- but it happens. And it has happened to us. It's always nice to know MT&R is only a phone call away. A++ service.
Wish I could find the awesome driver that drives by my house and honks! He can see my service flag and truly makes my day w out knowing it! I called to thank them and see who it was and they kinda shrugged it off and deflated my happiness!! I just want this driver to know how happy he makes me feel when he honks! It makes me feel less lonely while my husband is away!! It'll be 11 months w out him but to have someone out there always recognize that makes me smile. Thank you to the driver that ALWAYS drives on south main st! You make me smile and to the fellow "manager" that took my call you sux!
I believe the man who came to put the donut on my car was named Scott and he truly was an angel. I popped a tire at one in the morning and he was so courteous and not at all creepy. He was very fast and informative too. Great service!!!
Mike's Towing came out when the clutch let go in my Jeep Wrangler. The driver was very courteous and ensured that we were safe from oncoming traffic. He was quick to execute in a rather dangerous intersection and did everything to ensure proper loading and unloading of our vehicle from the flat bed tow truck; including using two crossed chains in the rear and the use of the safety chains with the winch - something I have rarely seen from other towing companies in the past. The driver drove the speed limits, and followed the laws of the road; I felt safe riding passenger. He unloaded my jeep in a tight driveway flawlessly right where I asked it. I highly recommend this towing service to everyone!
