Had vehicle making noise in exhaust to be diagnosed. I also got oil change tire rotation and car care package . The repair was done same day . There were a few promotions that I used online and ended up paying a third of what other repair shops were trying to charge me.

Great service! I had a flat tire and needed it fixed on a Sunday. The Firestone Team had it fixed the same day even though their schedule was pretty busy. Thank you!

Always a good experience here. Love that I can schedule service on Sundays (I have a busy work schedule). As a single woman, I never feel taken advantage of…they explain everything. That’s huge. I usually deal with Tony.

I cannot recommend this location enough! Every time I bring my car in, the gentleman Mike helps me in a timely manner and I am never disappointed in the work that has been completed.

I have had multiple different services performed here (oil change, tire rotations, tires, brakes, etc) and have always been extraordinarily happy with their performance. The staff (especially Mike with whom I usually deal) are always pleasant and professional, scheduling is easy, repairs are completed in a timely manner, and pricing is always competitive. I won't go anywhere else for my service!

Definitely my new go to shop for my car problems since getting tires on my truck. You can tell they actually care about the quality of work and the customer when I noticed they even cleaned all the tire paste off the rims. I usually have to clean my own rims after a tire service. The store manager, Mike Croce, even made sure to give me the best price he could find for the job. Great team.

I had a great experience at the Firestone in Attleboro. The team provided excellent service from start to finish, and the turnaround time was impressively quick. What made their service stand out even more was the situation I dealt with beforehand. The Providence location had told me they could take care of the service I needed, but once I called, they refused to do give me a quote and the work and kept referring me to the dealer. Thankfully, the Attleboro location stepped up. They handled the job without any issues and had me back on the road much faster than I expected.

The experience was great, I came in with a flat tire and they took care of the vehicle right away and even gave me a discount. Customer service was excellent from the start and place is clean. Recommend it 100%.

The customer service at Attleboro Firestone is hands down the best, tire technicians, mechanics and the customer service techs. Always helpful and personable. I just want to hug them.

Abi and the rest of the team were amazing. I had a number of issues going on between tires and brakes. They got me back on the road safely, quickly, and with care. They did excellent work! My car drove beautifully on the way home! I am very appreciative of the Firestone team!! Thank you so much!

The Sunday crew was fantastic! Great service. I was in an emergency situation with a flat tire and no spare. I was stuck in a parking lot and they wanted to tow me. They got it done quick and reasonably priced. Highly recommend and will be using them again!

Mike & the guys were great! Called for a diesel fuel filter replacement and they got me in that day! Great service, great customer care! Keep it up fellas!

Went in to get an oil change. Scheduling the appointment was really easy. The time I wanted was available. The staff there was super friendly and very helpful. I’ll definitely be going back.

Fire stone took me in before quick before my road trip so i didn’t have to delay my trip and they even found which firestone had my tire immediately in stock. Not much of a long wait either. Also, very nice people, would recommend.

They are very accommodating, I called the night before and had an appointment for the next morning. A real pleasure to do business with. A few weeks ago they got me in the same day to fix two tires that has screws in them.

I hate to give this place a 1 Star as I’ve had ok experiences in the past. But this last visit was absolutely awful. Spent over 3k to fix my wife’s car less than a week later it’s running worse than before. First they fixed the entire exhaust system , they called before and recommended a couple other things i said no just exhaust system. Went to pick it up. Check engine light was still flashing on the dash and still running like crap so i turned around. They said “i never said anything about a check engine light” i said 1 i did and 2 even if i didn’t you recommended 2 other things but didn’t see the flashing check engine light on the dash? So they were going to let a customer just drive away with the car running poorly still with a check engine light on? So come to find out it was a plug and a coil , which was replaced by this same location less than a year ago but not covered because we went over the mileage under the warranty? So a part that was replaced less than a year ago is not covered. They then said there were 2 other codes that popped up and if it was those 2 “the car wouldn’t be worth fixing” what kind of auto shop says that to a customer what if it’s our only car and we want it fixed? 3k later and less than a week later we are unable to drive our car. Worst experience ever.

This underrated shop is doing excellent work. I see some negative reviews and they are all the customers fault but the customer blames Firestone. I have had work done at several Firestone shops in the area. All those shops did great work and fast work so it’s okay to wait at the store.

I will highly recommend this shop. They were fast in checking me in, very friendly and professional in dealing with my requests for maintenance. Unlike other Firestone location I had experience with on the past, this guys are great. Mike the Store manager, was there with his team. Always presents, calm, knowledgeable, accessible and patient. I would give Mike and his team 6 stars if possible. Thank you. I will be coming to your shop again for sure.

Professional, friendly and competent (unlike the staff at the Seekonk location). This location is much further for me to travel since I live less than 5 mins from the Seekonk location, but I would rather drive 30 mins out of my way to receive excellent service. Tony and his staff always provide exceptional repairs and customer service. Please read my posted Google review of the Seekonk location. They never called me to apologize and/or try to fix their incompetence.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I went in for a simple tire replacement (tires shipped from tirerack.com). Within 10 minutes, the manager Tony called saying they "couldn't get my wheel lock off" and hinted I might be charged extra for labor. he even suggested I should go to the dealership to get another wheel lock key, while they had my car. Not long after, they called again might need to burn it off because it's not coming off, which could damage my wheel. When I questioned why I should pay for the incompetence, Tony didn't like it. Instead of resolving the issue, he denied me service, tossed my new tires in the back seat, and told me to come pick up the car. Here's the worst part: they mangled my wheel lock because the wheel lock was not aligned with the lug nut, which stripped it out. I'm the original owner, and for over 11 years I've had numerous sets of tires replaced and rotated every oil change with zero issues. Yet in less than an hour, Firestone managed to run the locks and me stranded with no solution. I've attached pictures for proof and currently waiting on a call back from corporate. This location is unprofessional, untrained and incapable. Please save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

Called ahead with questions and availability, spoke with a Mike. Polite and not in rush to hang up until I was done. Arrived shortly a little while after speaking and similar experience, professional setting, questions answered and price comparison transparency without any pressure and NOT trying to sell you the highest tires. Would recommend and will be a long term to permanent customer moving forward.

Great team and service at this location. Were able to source and install rare tires for my sports car within 2 days. Helped me save hundreds by applying the best available discounts. Good workmanship, no damage to my expensive wheels. I will be back Edit: took one star because the tires were not balanced properly and I had to take them back. They owned up to it and quickly fixed the mistake

I strongly advise against using the services at this location, particularly if you own a high-end car. My experience was appalling for several reasons: Excessive Delays: A routine oil change and installation of three new tires took nearly five hours. While I understand this was a Maserati, this type of service should never take that long. The amount of time spent was completely unreasonable and showed a lack of efficiency. Property Damage: The three rims that were worked on were ruined during the process. The damage is clearly visible in the attached photos, and it’s beyond frustrating. The only rim that wasn’t touched is the only one that wasn’t damaged. It’s clear that the staff either lacked the proper expertise or care to handle my vehicle correctly. Poor Planning & Communication: To make matters worse, I had to return for service on the second day because you were completely unprepared on day one. Despite giving you a week’s notice and providing all the necessary details, I was made to wait over two hours for work that should have been done the day before. Upon speaking with other customers, it became clear this is a consistent issue with this location—this level of unprofessionalism seems to be the norm here. In short, this experience has been an utter disaster. My property was damaged, my time was wasted, and the service was abysmally poor. If you value your time and your vehicle, I strongly recommend you take your business elsewhere. This location is an example of incompetence at its finest.

I needed a tire put on a rim and it was Sunday. I had to have it by Monday morning. Pretty much every other tire joint in the area takes Sundays off so if it wasn't for Firestone, I would have been screwed. Even though it was 4PM and they closed at 5PM and it was crowded, they had my tire ready in 46 minutes. Great professional customer service and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend.
