I would recommend this store 1000 percent because of the people that work there I was there Saturday 12/28/2025 and I’m not doing good walking at all and they couldn’t have been more helpful!!! They bent over backwards to help me and the kind of people that were working are ABSOLUTELY THE VERY IN MANY YEARS THAT HAVE GOING TO PART STORES!!! THANKS GUYS YOUR THE BEST!!!
Always a welcoming environment when I stop by this place. I’ve been helped many times by the staff member Paul, along with other staff I always feel heard and given valuable knowledge from their experience.
Dont go here. It was 10:00 am. And the guy said he couldn't come test the car for a check engine light. Until 2:pm. Because he was the only person in the store. Haha. I saw 2 employees.
Would like to say thank you to a young man named Yoyo H.. That works at AutoZone on 89 Peck Street in Attleboro. Not only for helping me with my purchase of a new battery, but removing the old one and replacing it with a new battery. I appreciate everything you’ve done. This young man is a great asset to the team.
Above-and-beyond service. They diagnosed my bad battery for free, found me a replacement within my budget, and then fought through the chill drizzle of November (and some REALLY poor automotive design choices from Buick) to get the new battery installed and get me back on the road. I have way less stress and worry this Thanksgiving, at it’s all thanks to these folks.
I just wanna take the time and say thanks to Brandon from the Attleboro location helped me out immensely. As I ordered the wrong parts online. Brandon took his time and made sure that I got the correct parts. I truly appreciate it!
I felt very welcomed in the store, I was greeted right away by Andy, he was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I needed a headlight and he walked me to the product and showed me the correct one I needed. Overall I had a great experience!!!
Purchased battery and alternator on commercial side of store. Customer rep made a mistake and I had to go back next day to redo the order. Asked for compensation and was told they couldn't do it for commercial orders and told me to call back.
I was really saddened by the very dismissive attitude and lack of help when I very nicely described what I needed to purchase. Four or more employees, only one with a customer. Maybe because I'm female, the employee with the male customers seemed helpful and unbothered by his questions on a purchase? Needless to say, I brought my business elsewhere. What most would do when treated rude. I didn't pull a Karen, just quietly left. Unfortunately the next place, same attitude, except for a younger guy who seemed like he was gonna get a WHOPPIN for helping me. He helped a lot! THANK YOU! I hope he doesn't disappoint the fraternity. ???
Been going here for years and have always had a great experience. I do a lot of cross shopping and this location usually has the parts I need and good prices.
Excellent customer service. They helped me find just the right wipers for my older model car and Andy went out of his way to help me put them on!
I will definitely shop here again for anything I need for my car in the future!
I went in for an air filter recently and these guys were friendly, fast service, super knowledgeable, and even put the air filter in for me! I would recommend this store and their Awesome Customer Service to anyone! Keep up the great work! Thank you guys
Staff is cold. No hello no how can I help you, just a look. No have a nice day no thank you. They had no knowledge of their stock or where to find items as well as no motivation to go look for the item. Shelves looking empty as well. Reminds me of a store about to go out of business. Anyway...
I ordered online and when I arrived at the store I called for curbside pickup. The employee explained that he was the only one working and he had a customer in front of him but he would be out as soon as he could be. He came outside a couple minutes later and he was very friendly.
I'll say this I have several AutoZones in my area let alone multiple auto parts stores near me but I will always go the extra distance for this AutoZone location very knowledgeable staff and great customer service I've have delt with personally over the past 5-6 years. Even through this quarantine/ pandemic they made sure to be strict in the right manner to make sure there customers an themselves were safe for us customer to continue on with our auto part needs!
I left Duxbury last night and realized that BOTH of my headlights were out. The two men working, one whose name I knew as Josh, were extremely helpful and more than willing to switch the bulbs out for me. I had just made it Before 9 and I’m sure they were looking forward to leaving for the day. There was absolutely no hesitation; these two went way over the top and helped me out!

Horrible Service. Both clerks busy so not acknowledge when I came in the store - ok makes sense. Wait about 5 mins. Just looking for two flashlights like I bought there before. As my simple transaction is getting rung up, clerk starts talking to other clerk about prior order- apologizing to me that he is in the middle of something. Prior customer has left the store so no need to make the DISABLED customer wait more. I inform him that it’s not ok as he can see I’m disabled and can’t stand there much more. He angrily starts to ring me up. He then stops to greet the male customer that walks in the door and immediately ask him what he is looking for & tells him where to find it. I ask for bag and am informed they have none as the state as banned them. The town ban doesn’t start until October and the state has not banned them. By this point, I’m fed up. I tell him I wasn’t acknowledged like the male customer was & he should have taken care of my quick transaction instead of keeping me waiting. Thank goodness there is another auto part store nearby as I will never stop there again!
I was very generous with the two stars. Every time I decide to give them another chance, they manage to disappoint. I went in today for some carburetor cleaner, a quart of oil and a spark plug. I was told that they would have to order the spark plug and it would take 2 days to come in. I drove down the street to Advance, they had them in stock. This is usually what happens when I try to purchase from AutoZone.
Lady cashier was nice and helpful. They open at 8 on Sunday which is great. They had the part I needed, in stock. She double checked my car info to make sure I got the right part a there are two models.
This is where I buy all my car parts, just got $424 in parts to fix everything that is wrong with my car. They took good care of me. Called ahead of time and they had everything brought from other stores that was needed. So out of all those parts only 1 had to be ordered I paid for it upfront since I was there already, it came in the next day and I picked it up. They are so helpful and so knowledgeable it's awesome.
Ricardo provided such excellent customer service! He greeted me immediately upon entering the store and assisted me with the purchase of a new battery through installation in a matter of 12 minutes. I was so happy with the amazing service he provided from the start to the end. Normally I purchase items from Autozone and DIY/YOUTUBE it however, this is far the fastest turn around I've ever experienced. Thank you!!
