I had a disappointing experience. Needed a battery. Provided year, make and model of car. Gave me 4 options. Went home and grabbed my battery so I didn't have to pay core charge. Battery brought in. I purchased lowest cost battery. Husband tried to put in and instantly said wrong battery. He returned and the associate took NO ACCOUNTABILITY of providing wrong battery even though provided with all info as well as actual battery. As a result, instead of paying $134- I ended up paying an ADDITIONAL $154 for a total of $288!! That is a HUGE discrepancy! Very disappointed with this experience and will second guess future purchases.

Good service Had what I needed

I was a Autozone lover!! That was until O’Reilly’s in Attleboro Mass made themselves 1000x better!! Same part from competitor was $15-more and O’reillys got it the same day!! There competition wanted to be paid in full before ordering and it would’ve taken 24hrs for the part!! Now I’m a O’Reilly guy!!! 100%.

I just wanted to share with my experience at your store on Pleasant St. in Attleboro, Massachusetts. I called the store and talked to Carter about getting and installing new wiper blades for my car. He was very knowledgeable, pleasant, and courteous. When I arrived at the store, he greeted me and remembered our phone call. He was very efficient at installing the wiper blades. I will now use O’Reilly Auto Parts for any future needs I may have. These days, there is so much negativity, I just wanted to pass along a very positive experience.

Antoin saved me from certain turmoil. He informed me that I should not be working on the brakes of my company's Ford sprinter and by satan he was right. He pointed me in the right direction of a local shop and I have never been more thankful. The shop was Poste's and I recommend you go there.

If i could leave 0 stars i would ive had too many problem with multi locations although corporate has always been accommodating at store level especially with mgmt outstandingly unprofessional. I think i will continue my business with autozone always more than happy to help and they seem to like their jobs.

Lazy worker did not want to perform a free battery check, and the other 2 so-called employees. Maybe it was because it was 45 minutes before closing. Auto Zone was more than happy to check it. They must like repeat business.

I’ve always had a great experience here. Folks are friendly and happy to help. I typically pick up motorcycle and lawn tractor batteries here, as they seem to have a good selection and good prices.

I've visited three times in the last six months, including twice for windshield wipers. Dennis helped me each time, quickly providing me with various options and, in one instance, identifying a higher-quality product that was on sale. For both sets of wipers, he installed them for me, once doing so at night in the rain. Friendly, efficient, professional, and knowledgeable service each time. Cannot recommend this location and its staff highly enough. Thank you!

Showed up 5-7 minutes before closing time knowing what part i needed and seeing it showed they had it in stock to find the door locked with someone behind the counter staring at me and the person with me. We proceeded to call their phone and watched the person stare at it ringing until their closing time at which point they left the store. Wasn’t a big O’Reilly’s fan before this and if i did that at my job I know id be written up or fired

Guy behind the counter never canceled the order that was placed online and now because of that incompetence I have to wait another 5 days for the refund. Make sure they cancel your order if you want your money back, they will take the money immediately but not return it. I guess it's a real difficult thing for the guy behind the counter to remember. Make sure you check your bank statement.

All the comments about great customer service this is true but up until a little while ago they must’ve hired new people inwent in was given an attitude i called a girl answered with an attitude i hung up and switched to autozone where they are great people there very helpful. If you don’t wanna work don’t take it out on other people you’re just going to bring the business down.

Went there cause out brake changes project went wrong. I gave it a five star cause Eli St was very helpful. Dude looks young but he was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Always willing to take the time to help with your needs. It's a little pricey but clean and organized. Plenty of parking. Convenient for fast items needed to repair your vehicle.

Assistant manager Dennis was knowledgeable and friendly. He didn't hesitate to assist and was attentive to my requests. I was very impressed with how well stocked the store was and the good vibes of the staff was a welcomed plus.

Bought 2 marine batteries online and picked up in Attleboro. Was greeted by Frank who was most helpful and courteous. Will definitely shop there again.

Sales assistant, Antonio, was extremely helpful and went out of his way to wire up my hood latch (Temp. Fix) so I could get an oil change. Very Grateful for good his outstanding service.

After bad experiences at auto zone time after time,I tried for the last time,this time the guy did not want to go in back to match up an exhaust gasket,thats just lazy,I have no time for lazy people,so I was not worth his time so I drove a to o'Reilly the lady went into back and came out with a small bin with gaskets and I found the correct one In just a few minutes plus I found these parts are better quality,you have my business,thanks..

I was in yesterday to look for splash shield clips. Cassandra was extremely helpful with finding me the right parts. Then, she went over and beyond by coming outside in the freezing cold and putting them in for me. She is tremendously knowledgeable and loves everything automotive. She is a HUGE asset to the company. The customer experience way exceeded my expectations because of Cassandra.

Very good customer experience buying windshield wipers with employee having handle bar mustache. He went the extra mile to explain and change the wiper attachment to make sure the aerodynamics were addressed to ensure wipers made proper contact against windshield. He also installed for me. Great job!!!!

Went in and bought some items, the place was really nice and clean and the costumer service was really amazing, they helped me get all the things that I needed to do what I needed for my car.

The same stuff that most other Auto Parts have can be purchased here at O'Reilly Auto Parts. The thing that makes this different from other auto part stores is the service. The service is excellent, and they will match anyone else's prices which is also a big deal to me. I find the workers there very helpful.

These guys are great to deal with and great prices on especially brake combos. Customer service is excellent. They have a lot more euro parts available than the other auto part chains.

Place is new, clean and everyone is super helpful! I cant begin to tell you how many problems I had with the other one a few hundred feet away! People make the business, this place is amazing!
