Gerry and Bill were amazing , I felt very comfortable, and trusted them right away. I test drove the car, but didn’t pick it up until the following week because they serviced it fully and fixed a few things that it needed , all included in the original price. They also were fine with me taking it to my mechanic and hour away to have it assessed. They are honest and thorough and also made the paperwork process seamless. We were very satisfied with our experience at RTE 123 Village Auto. Not only was the car immaculate, it was reasonably priced and serviced well before leaving the lot. Gerry went above and beyond. He delivered the vehicle to our doorstep (in Warwick), and he even mailed the spare keys when we forgot to inquire about them. The best part, it was fast! No spending hours in a dealership.

This is the best car buying experience you could ask for the owners are extremely honest and upfront. They do have a lot of reliable vehicles anything your interested in they will let you test drive. Definitely stop by you won't be disappointed.

Look at the edit for context before reading: Genuinely the best experience I have had getting a new vehicle. Gerry went above and beyond to make sure I had a seamless process getting my new daily driver. I cannot thank him enough for his help. I'd highly recommend to anyone uncertain, that you can absolutely still find used car dealerships with accessible prices and good value. This is the place. If I need another vehicle this will be the first place I look. EDIT: They sold me a timebomb in the form of rotted out rockers, one of which a half hearted attempt to repair with Bondo. I am going to need to pay probably thousands on repairs and they didn't give me nearly enough on the trade in I made to cover the cost or account for the damage hidden in the vehicle. For your own sake, be wary of them. Take your mechanic with you when you buy used from them.

I just want to say it was the easiest purchase of a vehicle i have ever had. Let me start this review by stating that for nearly 50 years there is NOTHING I have hated more than shopping for and purchasing a new vehicle. HOWEVER, this was my BEST experience ever. I began by researching and deciding what kind of vehicle we wanted and about what we wanted to spend and started searching online. Through CARS.COM we located a perfect match about an hour away at 123 Village Auto Sales and called to make sure it was still available before driving that far. When we called Gerry answered the phone and when we told him which car we were interested in and where we would be coming from he told it was available and went on to inform us not only all the great things about this vehicle but also the several issues with it because it didn’t want us driving down if the issues were going to be a problem. This was a pleasant surprise compared to what I have dealt with in the past – auto salesmen doing everything just to get you to their lot. We drove down immediately after the car and loved the vehicle – it was everything he told us. Gerry guided us to a bank that would finance the vehicle and walked us through the process. He insisted we tell him any concerns we had so he could get the vehicle ready while took care of our end and we wrapped everything up in a few days. We love out 2015 Subaru Forester. We have had it for about five months now and have had absolutely no issues with it NOR have we found anything that we weren’t fully made aware of by Gerry. I would strongly recommend Gerry and his team at 123 Village Auto Sales and we will be returning the next time we are looking.

The easiest car buying experience ever. Gerry didn't hesitate for a second when I asked to bring the car to my mechanic before buying, even though it was 45 minutes away. He fixed all the things we found, and even had one of his guys drive it *back* to my mechanic after the repairs to get the green light for me to buy. On the day I picked up the car, I think I spent 5 minutes on paperwork. He had everything organized and prepared ahead of time. I would definitely recommend Village Auto Sales!

We had a very good experience working with Gerry and his staff. Super easy and friendly to deal with. A couple problems popped up after buying the car and Gerry was nothing short of a "perfect gentleman", he personally took care of each problem, followed up on every aspect of the purchase and issues and checked on how, we and the car was, for a couple weeks afterwards. Gerry and his crew went out of their way to make sure we were happy with our purchase. 100% satisfaction is what they gave us. I would definitely go back to for a dependable car. What can I say? I moved back to The States five years ago and bought my first car from Jerry. He was kind, fair and a great guy. Anytime I had an issue with my car his mechanics fixed it quickly and economically. Kent was the best! When it came time to buy another car, I drove all the way from the Cape because I wouldn't trust anyone else. Now I am heading back overseas and I just sold back my beautiful Benz to Jerry and he gave me a blue book and very fair price. These people are fantastic. Old school ethics 100%! I needed a vehicle for the 2024 Pool Season and saw a reasonably priced truck online. I dropped by village auto sales and took a look. I was very interested and spoke to Gerry, who gave me the keys for a test drive. I was satisfied and signed the paperwork, which he guaranteed would pass inspection. There were a few things that needed addressing but they were taken care of in a reasonable time frame. They have a great mechanic, and I would buy from this dealership again.

Gerry the owner extremely nice and professional. He answers you right back when you leave a message. His prices pretty much on point with the market and not above the market value. The truck I bought very solid for the miles and value. He found a part broken during our drive and had it fixed immediately. Definitely suggest if you are looking for a used car. We looked for a vehicle on short notice for my daughter and Village auto responded to my urgency with a high level of attentiveness. They got my selected car ready and registered within a week. I chanced upon what appeared to be a well maintained truck on one of the various websites that dealerships/individuals can list vehicles for sale. I was initially hesitant because I don't live very close to Attleboro, but I'm glad I made the journey. The dealership was extremely well reviewed on all the usual sources, which is one thing I based my decision on to check out their inventory to begin with. Every positive review is well earned and well deserved. I spoke with Gerry on the phone and casually set a time to come take a look at the vehicle I was interested in. I arrived and met him while he was out on the lot. The moment you meet Gerry you will be taken by how genuine and friendly he is. I'm a professional salesperson myself so I tend to be, if not distant, then certainly guarded during sales interactions when I'm on the other side of the desk. In this particular case however I immediately felt welcomed and comfortable and it was apparent there was a mutual interest in symbiosis. I test drove the truck and it was in excellent condition both mechanically and visually. I believe I mentioned driving the vehicle was analogous to slipping on your favorite pair of sneakers- I was as comfortable driving the truck as I was talking to the staff. Gerry and I came to an accord (ha) on price and set a date for me to retrieve the vehicle. Based on my schedule I actually called to change the date somewhat last minute to a day earlier- at that point, mere hours notice, and Judy, an extremely capable and helpful person, was able to not only accommodate this request, but go above and beyond what would be expected in every regard. I had the truck inspected at a local (to me) shop and it was in and out in hardly a few minutes with no problems, just as both Judy and Gerry had promised. Frankly, as a person that is also in the sales/service industry it was not only impressive, but inspirational. You don't need to take my word for it though- Just go visit. You will understand. If you see this identical review posted elsewhere it is because I want to give them as much credit as I can, so I will likely copy/paste it to another site.
