Great crew Almost always have parts I'm looking for

Came in to buy some bulbs for my Hyundai and Becca was extremely nice and professional about it! Even sold me on the brighter ones. Good job advance for hiring Becca!!

I don’t know what happened, but the guy he no what to check in the computer if the store has my part I was looking for to my car, ??? He is big and. Old guy ???? What come out???

Don’t recommend going here. Bought a power steering pump and tried to return it. Pump was never installed. One staff member started to help me out and then another staff member (Tom) came running over saying I installed the pump because the casing was oily and that I couldn’t return it. He proceeded to sniff the top of it saying he can smell that it was installed. If I wanted to return it I would have to wait until the next day to talk to a manager. First of the oil on the pump is the rust protective coating that the pump comes in from the manufacturer. Secondly all the pumps are pre tested from the manufacturer so of course you can smell it let alone the fact that I had been dealing with power steering fluid previously. The staff is incompetent and needs to be informed how the products they are selling come. Went to a different store and they had no problem taking it as a return. Don’t go to this advance

Went in this Sunday evening looking for help with my key fob, I wasn't sure how to open it or what batteries it takes. Dude said he can't open it for me and had no idea about the batteries, he suggested 3 different ones. Then when I asked if he knows of other auto parts stores that could actually help, told me to go to the jewelry store next door. What? He obviously didnt want to be bothered. I said forget it, I drove 1 minute up the road to Auto Zone. The guy was so helpful, he popped it open with the key inside, showed me how to do it so I can change my other one at home, he grabbed the batteries and put one in for me! How nice! Never again will I come to this location, AUTO ZONE IT IS!

Good folks here - always friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to help. Prices are competitive with the other stores in the area. I have other auto parts stores closer to me, but tend to go here the most for the above reasons.

I bought a battery in spring of last year to only find it dead this year usually id be offered a re fund or a replacement free of charge but nope! I would reccomend anyone to go elsewhere for your battery needs this way you can be treated correctly.

I would HV given a Zero Guy is a jerk. The one almost at Attleboro Had dead battery refused to give a replacement batt, Had receipt battery was only a couple weeks old Says Advanced Auto policy he would HV to charge batt over nite. No if or butts. If I lived in N.H. I would have to WAIT TILL NEXT DAY. I know he was wrong didn't care. I guess I would HV to rent a room and wait till morning At my expense went to Seekonk Advanced Auto Meredith was GREAT told her what happened she says if she did that corporate would be very upset with her After putting new battery in car went to advanced auto in south Attleboro on Washington St had him check alternator system he said it's OK thank him. That's my experience with AVAP,S NO WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS!!!!!!!

If you like standing in line while the guy behind the counter is having a full blown conversation with someone about high school and cars while your not even acknowledge as a customer then this is your place. Thanks Michael for letting me stand there as you continued your conversation with the guy from the counter to all the way out the door I think you had a chance getting his number if you asked. Thank you

Went to the store. The older guy talked to me i had no clue what I was talking about. I have gawn to this store for over 25 years. Never have been talked to like that. By anyone there before.

Upon entering I had to go to the parts counter the person looked for what I needed but didn't know how to pull up the Dorman help line needless he didn't want to sell me anything not even a jug washer fluid which is double what supermarkets want as well as big lots. This store needs a shakeup . The Mansfield location is so much more helpful.

Went in to buy wipers for my mom's SUV. Walked in and woman was at the register on the phone. I stood in front of her for a good 4 minutes, she never acknowledged I was there. There was a guy who was in the parking lot when I pulled up getting papers out of his truck, he came in behind me and 2 guys, (I guess 1 was already working with him) came out of the back and addressed him. I was still standing there. I finally just left and went to AutoZone on Pleasant St where everyone was friendly and acknowledged that I was in their store. Customer Service sucks. I have 8 siblings who all usually uses this store for their cars, brakes, brake pads, batteries, wipers etc but never again.

I recently visited the Attleboro Advance Auto Parts store in Massachusetts. I was extremely impressed with one TM in particular named Chuck who went way out of his was to help me secure a load I was carrying on my trailer (in the rain I might add) and then refusing to take a $20 tip I offered saying it was part of his job. Just thought someone should know.

Helpful advice, store is clean and organized. Parking can be tricky at busy times. But if you shop advance auto then this store is highly recommended ??? the young men and women that work in Mansfield are always willing to take the time and help out with your automotive needs

Staff is always helpful. They always have an oil change bundle. Great deal. The marketing wizards have done it again. Take my money! I enjoy the Speed Perk Rewards program. I have saved about 60 dollars using the program. Would definitely recommend signing up.

I only go here for non functional parts but they have everything else you need with great customer service, they all know me and I know them,great environment and its very safe as far as covid precautions, I never have an issue when I come here,only good people here!

Found it odd that they refused to price match their own website. I will just do order ahead or ship to my home from now on since it is significantly more expensive to shop at the store spur of the moment.

Advance is not my first choice. If I can't wait the two days for shipping from Amazon I come here. Their prices are to expensive for the own brand or product they offer. If you want the better named items or OE replacement you have to wait for them to ship it. I've argued with corporate over stocking better named items and their response was not enough customers buy the top quality names. I told them I'm your exception and I would rather wait for Amazon's shipment because I wait the same amount of time but the item is cheaper and better quality.

This store is always great. Knowledgeable sales staff that honestly try to help you. If they can't get you the part they are good about advising you where to check.

Chuck Was great! he replaced and installed my new battery free of charge in the windy freezing 30 weather! This is the best auto zone around!

Went to buy parts yesterday and waited 15 mins listening to the employee at the counter pitch his science fiction novel before I just left and went to oreilys. Someone needs to tell him he's working for advance not Barnes and Nobel.

Staff here is always super helpful. Constantly going above and beyond to help the customer get what they need. Heartily recommended this place!

Last time there the counter guy actually knew what I was asking for. Sometimes they look at you like you are speaking a foreign language. Help seems to change frequently so it is a gamble if your looking for something out of the normal if they will be able to get it for you or know what it is your asking for.

The gentleman that helped me yesterday was SO helpful! He went and put on my steering wheel cover to make sure it fit! And he helped me to find what I needed! Excellent service would def go back!!

Terrible customer service. No one there knows what they’re doing. Not in the store or in customer service. I returned an air filter, never got my money back, and instead got charged for it again. Never buying here again.

Super friendly staff! Had a cell die in my car battery and they made sure I had everything I needed to replace it right in the parking lot. They also had everything I needed to prep my snow blower for the winter.

Place sucks. Go there and they always short handed. Junk parts and when ask to do battery test they say cant do it when getting dark and cant do on sundays cause only 2 people on. So are car batteries suppose to die mon-fri 8-5 and not die on sundays?. Get more help if u always short handed cause im sick of that excuse. Better yet ill just go to autozone and see how they are. Not much to choose from cause both quality parts suck
