Come on PG county I just got robbed at this landfill they usually charge me $180 for this small truck, today Blake decided to charge me $328 for the same small truck, that is ridículos $328 for a 6ft bed truck half full
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. We paid $291 to dump the contents of a 10 foot U-Haul that was half full of old wood from construction projects. There is no transparent pricing, and when we asked for a breakdown of how they came to this number the extremely rude employee shoved a print out of their costs at us. When we asked for further clarification about the pricing since we didn’t see $291 on the sheet, he became verbally aggressive and refused to explain further. Would literally recommend going anywhere else as their customer service is quite literally trash and their pricing seems like it’s made up and highway robbery. I’m sure you can find much more affordable options, and I wouldn’t want to give this place my business based on how they treat people.
Incredibly rude front line employee in charge of weighing the cars and interacting with customers. Kept cutting me off when I had a follow up question and overall very combative for now reason.
So I went to dump a Tundra pickup truck worth of construction debris at the county landfill. They no longer take construction debris. They handed me a sheet of paper with Ritchie Land Reclamation info on it. Went there, $175 for a load. Yes it’s based on weight, but similar weight at Fairfax and Alexandria costs me about $60-80. Nice guy at the scale, but it feels like highway robbery. Not to mention, there must be a kickback to the county or someone for referring only one site vs a list of options. The pricing and weight should be clearly posted for drivers to see, not just be told what you have to pay and that can vary every day with the same weight. Be transparent on pricing and I think you’ll have less complaints. Over all a good operation, clean and easy to know where to go.
Prices keep coming up here It used to be 225 then 250 now today to 291.50 all with in a year They only care about their commercial contracts they don't care about Small businesses nor regular customers I found a different place little further But better customer service and lower price
Someone have the number from the main office? I need to put a complain they charge to much for small pickup trucks they always charge me 155 for small debris I think they scammed the people with those high prices.. the guy I spoke this morning he is so rude he basically told me if I don’t like the price don’t visit them anymore
Customer service is horrible, staff is rude. Guy i spoke on the phone with was extremely rude and even hung up on me while i was asking for Prices and their business hours. Definitely would recommend to stay away.

Arrived at 4:10 to unload. Cashier said closed. Close at 4:00 pm. They need to update the closed time . I drove one hour for nothing.
I call them today because my credit report was updated by them saying I work fro them when is not true.
Call them today 12/30/20 and explained to the guy who answered the phone and his reply back was you know what call the cops and he hang up on me. is this the kind of company you want to deal with? 0 professionalism 0 costumer services and very rude. I will probably call ICE so I can get rid of the guy using my social security number.
This place charges what thay want. My frist time they charged me a flat fee of $175 because of high sides they clame but they are tool boxes on side of my F150. Today they charged me by weight but told me $135 at the scale when I entered, but leaving they told me that he didn't know I was that heavy and charged me $318 said he was giving me a break from $580 what I should've paid.
Why did Tex have to retire, such a pleasant person. If you're gonna rob & rape me at least be pleasant ($ 130) to dump 600lbs the arrogant mf thats there now sucks...... And its the only game in town because the sub'd it out
