This place is terrible. They were contracted with my roadside assistance to provide a tow to my dealership of choice. I have been waiting for 4 hours. Roadside assistance reached back out to them and they said 45 mins. Still nothing. I called and then all of a sudden they could not provide the tow. This was a waste of my day and time. Now, I will be out of a vehicle for another day as my car won't get to the dealership until about 5 or so.
I have been going to this location for years was not aware of a new policy or management whereas towing is permitted, however upon calling this tow company the first guy I spoke to was very nice though he had to be the bearer of what most of us don’t want to hear 175 this gentleman was nice and was wanting to help and was willing to stay around for me to get my car , due to my illness( cancer) I told the gentleman o was not coming tonight and that I would be there next day following my treatment. I get to this location to retrieve my car at 3:30 pm call the number as there are no signage to say who or where #18 is . I called the number and the guy was extremely rude and very unprofessional, and very argumentative and Arrogant. He tells me I have to wait 45-1hr for him to find someone to come give me my car whereas their sign says 24 hrs . I’m glad I took a picture I’m definetly reporting to BBB , no corporate or manager to speak to you just have to take their disrespect to get your car , sad business but in the pictures tell me where it says you have to make an appointment to get your car back for a sign that say 24 hrs false information ,
Predatory behavior from truck drivers ! Towed my car and when I showed up to get it he had no paperwork for me & only wanted cash AND the office was closed that day !! Watch out for this company
This is a very shady towing facility. They towed my car from my apartment building that I pay to park at. I get there and they state they only take cash or cash app and do not give you a receipt. I will be reporting this business to the BBB.
Extremely rude and unhelpful, I wouldn't hire these guys for anything if they were the last option...just taking whomever's cars they desire on the days they choose
One of worse company I meaver seen in my life.
I went to their waited for 30 minutes for no reason than she asked for the Vin number I gave her the number than she asked for the phone letter i told her I have everything may I know the reason I'm waiting in sunlight? She closed the window and goodbye.

they can flag my reviews all they want i will create a new google account each time just for the sole pleasure of telling folks how predatory and choosey they are about towing in my neighborhood !! they don't even tow every night just when they FEEL like it
