The staff is very friendly. I had an appointment to repair/replace a tire. The tire had two punctures and they were able to repair it. I couldn't believe how fast the work was completed and I was on my way home.

Went for an overall check up. I love them they are always thorough... prices are reasonable.

They provided me with excellent customer service. I needed 4 new tires they came in as promised the next day, and my car was ready on time.

Brian and his staff have done an amazing job taking care of my vehicles over the past few years. I won't go anywhere else!

I have been bringing my vehicles to Marlboro Tire since I learned to drive, and my family has been brining theirs even before that. I am always pleased with the quick and thorough service I receive, whether I set up an appointment or just come in.

I called 1 day prior for a 4 wheel tire replacement. They were able to order my tires and install them for me the next day. With their tire install package, I was pleased to find out they check the cars alignment and also comes with free tire rotation and repairs on flat tires. The girls working the counter were very nice to everyone who walked in. I will be returning for future needs

Outstanding people who work at the counter always smiling. Mechanics are also outstanding do very good work and clean up after themselves. I highly recommend more growth tire for car repair

We are a NJ based company and for some reason, we cant find a local shop that does things right the first time. Whenever we are working in MD, we always schedule a maintenance visit at Marlboro Tire. Staff is super friendly, extremely knowledgeable, more than fair pricing, and they don't use garbage parts like most shops. We just wish they were closer!

I got a flat so I needed an emergency replacement, they were able to get me in right away, did everything quickly, explained everything to me and charged me a very reasonable price which they quoted up front. Very good, honest and professional service, I am very happy I found them when I needed them.

Three of my tires were losing air. I noticed 2 of tires had a nail in it. I called and made an appointment with Marlboro tire to bring my car in. The lady was very nice and polite on the phone. I dropped my car off and I received a call from the kind lady. She informed me that I didn’t have any punctures in my front tires. But, I punctures in both my back tires. I had one puncture that could not be repaired and the other one could be repaired. I got my car back and I was very satisfied with the professional service and courteous and kind words from the employees. I will most definitely return to Marlboro Tires again if I need future work done on my care. I have found a rare gem.

You can't find automotive shops like this anymore. Quality, professional service from a long-established family business. They never cut corners or try to sell you stuff that you do not need

I've been talking my car here for quite some time. They do a great job, they explain everything before they start the work. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

Came and dropped off my car at this shop because my pedal was touching the ground. Called me at 3pm to let me know they are working on the car. 15 mins later another call telling me what’s wrong and how much it would cost. I was told ALL my brake pads need to be replaced and ALL my calipers and ALL my rotors. Since I just got my Maryland inspection I was wondering why this wasn’t mentioned but I was on a time crunch so I said ok to the work to be done, mind you the hourly rate here for mechanics is 130/hr. After the work was finished I received another call at 5:30 saying the work was done And the price was $1200. My thinking was, for all 4 pads calipers and rotors to be replaced that’s an ok price so I paid over the phone(since the store was closing this was the only option I was presented with). I arrived shortly after to pick up my car to see that only the BACK pads rotors and calipers were replaced! I looked at the invoice they left in the car and saw that for the labor which was roughly 2.5 hours of work(this is with added time mind you) I was charged $425(pre-tax). At the rate they provided me even 3 hours of work is only supposed to be $390(pre-tax). The other $733(pre-tax) came from parts so I decided to look up the part numbers for 8 parts I needed just to find out they charged me double then the highest price I could for 6 of the 8 parts . The other 2 had a 40% up charge. I understand being profitable but that markup is ridiculous. From reading other reviews I can see they don’t accept parts either lol. I know I was overcharged $300-400 for this service. I did the calculations recorded screenshots of call log and competitive pricing as well as contacted other local mechanics. I’m writing this review so that you don’t make the same mistake I did. The receptionist sounded nice so I don’t know if she intended to be misleading but I’m positive as to what I heard since I made her repeat it multiple times. I will be contacting the BBB about this incident though and posting on yelp as well as my social media platforms.

The staff was nice place looks clean but definitely pricey business. I went to go in for one tire replacement and was told it would be almost 200. I have a 2013 ford focus Yikes.

Once again the crew at Marloro Tire and Automotive has given me hope that there are still decent people in the automotive industry. Honest evaluation without all the upsale is all I wanted and they delivered. 10 out of 10 must recommend.

Customer service alone is five stars! Called before I came and they explained what they would do and approximate costs. I felt so comfortable to trust them, they definitely looked out for me and saved me money! If I ever need tire service again I will be back.

I was in Upper Marlboro when my wife noticed her car had a flat tire. We are from Bristol, RI. I called both AAA & Marlboro Tire. AAA came & filled the tire within 45 minutes. Marlboro Tire told me to bring the car to their shop. Once I arrived, I waited 30 minutes to get the car in the building, then 30 minutes later the job was complete. Both the lady at the desk & 2 mechanics both were both very pleasant. I highly recommend Marlboro Tire. Thank You, Don

I had (2) nails in my tire on the crease of the tread. They were very prompt with my appointment and had me out of their quick with little "wait time" and the price was reasonable and fair in patching my tire. The staff was friendly, professional and knowledgeable, I would definitely return and recommend them to anyone, great service, I am a satisfied customer.

Good value for the money. I've had my car serviced for 4 different issues there and the staff has been great to deal with and carried out work on time as promised most times, and significantly faster than promised in one case.

What I find to be crazy is you guys wanted to charge my grandma 988 dollars for a water pump to be replaced. When the pump was on 69 dollars n the serpentine belt which was only 18. On a job that takes 4 hrs. Makes me feel like you tried to get over on a elderly woman. And then wanting to ur reflectors on the side of her car for what? She has turn signals on her mirrors. The job which calls for two special tools that we never even used was done by her grandson who is not a mechanic and did not use special tools took him only 4 hrs. With no lift no nothing. I don't understand why you were charging so much. Pretty much seems like to me with parts only cost less then 100 why labor was 888 dollars you were trying to get over on a older woman. Very disappointed

I just called this place knowing I need brake pads on my vehicle to get an estimate of the replacement and they wanted to charge me $57 for an inspection just to tell me again what I already know (that I need brake pads)...rip off. It would have been nice if they were able provide an estimate of the cost of brake pads and labor for my vehicle.

My husband and I were travelling back from Key West to New Jersey after a long vacation. We were two hours from home on a Monday afternoon and exhausted. We just wanted to get home. Our brakes locked up not far from Marlboro Tire. I said someone was looking over us. We would have had to have the vehicle towed if it would have been any distance. Anyway - 3 p.m. in the afternoon we arrive at the shop. Not only did they help us out and give us a reasonable price, they did all the work (about 5 hours worth of work) that day. They could have told us they were closing at 6 or that they couldn't get the parts until morning, but the didn't. They helped us get back on the road so we could get home. We are both very appreciative of all the efforts. Including doing a complete brake job on a moments notice, test driving our truck (3) times to make sure we would be safe and the brakes were bled out completely. I forgot to mention they did all of this with our Lance Truck Camper on bed of truck. The entire business (family) stayed until nearly 8 p.m. All around we felt grateful and blessed that these wonderful people took care of us at our time of need. We were pleased. I only wish they were closer to home because we would go to them all the time. God bless and thank you once again.

Nice staff but they wouldnt plug my tire after a nail was caught in it. They recommended me to replace it, but I didnt want to spend $300 on a new tire when the tires on my new car had less than 6K miles on them. Went somewhere else and got it plugged for $15 with no problems.
