Not sure why there’s so many negative comments. I had an amazing experience. The tow truck driver, Jay, helped me get the car out of snow. Was literally scooping chunks of snow with his hands before being able to tow completely. This company is amazing. And reasonably priced.
Waited over 3 hours after they were assigned for roadside assistance. Told 30 min then 15 min eta more than 6 times. I was told the driver was called and confirmed to be "on the way", I was told where he was coming from. Google maps confirmed NO Traffic along any likely route they could have taken. Each time driver was 'called' told they were delayed due to traffic but on their way/almost here. Had to get an entirely different roadside assistance company for help because of this company's incompetence.
Was going to buy a vehicle that was listed on FB. Drove 2 hrs to get it. He showed me a different vehicle. Vehicle had multiple issues but continued to lie saying that it was the same and that it was fine when clearly it wasn't. Definitely don't recommend
Bought a car for 700 thinking that they sold old government vehicle's. Jumped the car got as far as the gas station down the street, car wouldn't start OK I trouble shoot the car and bought a altinator for 180 then a battery for 170. Car started no lights OK no biggie drove it to Frederick MD no problem. Monday morning on my way to work car came to a complete stop lucky the car behind me reaction was fast enough to adviod hitting me in the back.Now car won't move and transmission light is on. I called they told me car sold as is, and the car I bought was from a private owner. Drove the car two days, I feel robbed
The people are cool the vehicles not so much. I would recommend going elsewhere for personal use vehicles. If you want something in the utility depart, say if you wanted an old ambulance, this is your place. But I wouldn't buy another vehicle from here if you do bring a mechanic you trust and a mirror so you can thoroughly check the undercarriage. This place is cool if you just need an A to B car to get you by until you find something better. Like a Kia, they have lots of Kias.
Great place had a flat tire but didn't any cash, They went ahead and swapped out the tire so i could get my car off the side off the road and let me come back like 2 hours later to pay them .
Once you put down a deposit, you cannot get it back if you bid on a car and change your mine to buy it. The manager will work with you to purchase in other car on the lot that is for sale.
I love this i went there to buy my first car almost a year ago. No problems with my car at all and i'm going back to get something bigger. I would suggest anybody to go here. Not like any other auction you can see them start up all the cars and get inside of them...... Best one yet
Went to colonial and realized they had a variety of different vehicles like buses, commercial vehicles and newer vehicles. The staff was great and understood what I was lookn for. Security was tough which could use some improvement. But other then that I would highly recommend going there.
