Frank and his team did an amazing job repairing my BMW. They charged an extremely reasonable price and returned the vehicle within the same day. Definitely recommend these guys!
DO NOT take your car here unless you want extra problems. I had originally taken my car here to receive an oil pan gasket replacement. A few hours later they said I needed a V tech replacement since it was also leaking which I said was fine and they could replace. The problem started when I went to pay for the car after I had been told the price, whilst looking at my bill to see everything, I noticed they charged me for a new pcv valve which they had not told me prior about nor asked for my permission and the guys response was that he didn’t charge for labor and I needed one despite having changed the pcv valve with a brand new one less than ONE month ago. I bit the bullet and then paid before going outside to get my car, upon starting my vehicle I noticed that my dash had a code and asked them about it which they told me to go elsewhere to see what it was which I did and found out my o2 sensor was throwing off the code. After looking under my vehicle thinking I’d need to replace my o2 sensor I found out they unplugged my sensor(picture shown) and didn’t even tell me nor even acknowledge they made a mistake or even try and fix it. Unless you want to waste money then don’t go to them.

The quality and consistency of their work is to keep you coming back not careless minor little fixes to get keep you spending more money at their establishment.
I took my car here for a headlight upgrade and I was later told that they changed the lights and I had electric problems and would need to pay $125 per hour on top of the $300 already agreed to have it diagnosed. This is the product I dropped off “after” they supposedly installed and uninstalled them. They are still wrapped in plastic and look as if they were never installed.
Went today for an alignment and to mount my tires, I did lower my car so I wanted to get a custom alignment n they did a great job n no rubbing issues due to alignment, I was recommended by the lab built air suspension company and im nothing but happy. Thank you highly recommend
This place caused me 1k+ and did not fix the problem they held my vehicle for 2 weeks called multiple times and they kept telling me all these different things about my vehicle and it was never the problem I do not recommend this shop customer service is bad
Took my suv to them for service they gave me a quote for work on the transmission the later called me and changed the quote from 800 to 1500 then I noticed later that their were parts missing from the under carriage my vehicle was now pulling to the right witch means that I now need a front end alignment. My whole exhaust has been removed all of the aluminum covering and two side pipes are missing from the under carriage my vehicle is not running properly now I have to take it to the dealership to get it inspected to see what all they removed from it you put trust in the people that you choose to let work on your vehicle and they disappoint you every time.
They love to finesse women.. Shame.
Known for taking your car there for 1 thing and when you pick it up something else not working that was working perfectly fine before.
Definitely check out CSE Automotive! I came here for brakes and rotors and was able to get a same day appointment. The had me out the door on my lunch break in around 30 minutes. I appreciated their professionalism and their shop was clean. I scheduled an appointment for the next day to have coilovers and an alignment done to my car. They will install owner provided parts. Their work is solid. They took the time afterward to answer my questions and give me good advice. They are knowledgeable about the aftermarket parts industry and will provide recommendations. CSE Automotive will be first on my list when it comes to future mods and maintenance.
Went here a couple years back like in 2019 I had a 2013 ford focus I had went to sheehy ford to get a diagnostic test and they had told me that the car needs a new clutch come to find out a lot of shops will not do this job cool so I know it pretty difficult to do nd it would be fairly expensive I was months away from paying off the car I just wanted it fixed nd fords price was unreasonable so living down the street from here the were one of the only options I had to the point tried to buy the clutch myself I bought the wrong one so cse ordered one for me it was $445 plus 700+ for the work long story short I waited weeks just to be told that the clutch wasn’t the problem nd that It still drove the same instead of owning it nd saying he couldn’t fix it he told me that ford had basically was wrong nd he didn’t know exactly what was wrong with the car I went back to ford found out that they put the clutch in incorrectly but there was nothing I could really do by then so I sold the car back to ford y’all might think frank is cool but wait till he messes up then he becomes very irresponsible doesn’t own his mistake nd will charge full price for unfinished work
Super polite, super professional and honest.CSE automotive found a wrench inside our car that was obstructing the shift left from a previous company that did some work on my car. Will definitely go to cse automotive for any future maintenance
I bring all of my vehicles to CSE Automotive. I have been coming here for years and I can’t beat the competitive prices that they offer. Their customer service is amazing and they always communicate about the service being completed.
I brought my car to CSE Automotive a year ago because my check engine light was on. I needed 2 new catalytic converters. Got them done and paid $2,200.00 for the service. Several months later, my check engine light came back on. I informed Frank and he told me to bring my car back. I brought my car back to them and a week later, he said that it was a bad catalytic converter. He said that I had 200,000 miles on the car when I brought it in then he accused me of driving 30k miles months later. The mileage was 220,340 when I brought it in initially. I discovered after the fact that the receipt said 200,340 which was incorrect. I angrily told him that I did not drive 30k miles. He said you could've drove to NY. I replied angrily NO I DIDNT DRIVE 30K MILES TO NY OR ANYWHERE!! I asked him where did he get the parts from. He replied, I don't remember". He told me that it would cost another $1,600.00 for a new catalytic converter. I liked him at the beginning. He was very professional. But will not stand behind his work and very dishonest. Never again!!
Very helpful place. Not particularly cheap but worth the money. My main advice is always do your research and have a general idea of what you need otherwise it will always be too expensive.

Bill and his staff always provide excellent service in a timely manner. They never say your car absolutely needs something but rather will suggest which I like. They are always honest when it comes to what your car truly needs at that moment. Very accommodating with your schedule and good prices as well. I always enjoy using them as it provides me with a very high comfort level.
I called on Monday looking for a repair. Frank told me to come in, pulled my car in and have me a fair price on replacing my lower control arms. I would recommend going to CSE.
They received my car on yesterday, so no work has been done on it as of yet. But, the Customer Service and professionalism is unlike any that I have seen in a LONG TIME. Frank shows signs that he care about your situation and that he is there to help. He saw how "Hard Chargers Towing Service" from AARP treated my car and myself, and we talked about why people who come in contact with people would have that type of job when they have attitude issues. If I had not been there when they picked my car up, they would have taken it to the WRONG Place. Too busy on the cell phone WHILE Driving the tow truck. I don't know what type of work CSE will perform, but I HAD to say something about the First Day. PS I hope that CSE read this, , , LOL
