Just picked up a 2024 Dodge Challenger Scat Pack from Global Auto Outlet and I couldn’t be happier. The whole experience honestly went way smoother than I expected. The car is everything I wanted and more. Ray and his team treated me with respect from the moment I walked in. No pressure, no games just straight up helpful and professional. They walked me through the whole process step by step, explained everything clearly, and made it easy to understand. The credit check was simple, I got approved quick, and before I knew it I was driving off the lot. Overall, it was a great experience and I left there a very happy man. Definitely recommend checking them out if you’re in the market for a car.

People who write negative reviews about this dealership just don’t know how the industry is. There are some really bad dealerships out here but this dealership actually cares. Sometimes you may buy a used car and don’t know what’s wrong with it. I had a couple issues and the dealership took the time to discuss it with me, come up with a game plan, and made me very happy to give them a 5 star rating and to continue to do business with them in the future. They are hard working people who are in the business to make a little profit while selling good products. I absolutely recommend this dealership! They aren’t perfect but they are definitely better than most dealerships in the DMV.

I used to have a good review but I have to take that back because it has been almost 3 months since I’ve bought my car and I still don’t have my tags. How many times do I have to call you guys to get my info? Everytime I call I get told we’re waiting on the dmv but I called the dmv and they waiting on you guys and ever since i told them that it’s radio silence. My mother tired reaching out as well and they were disrespect to her and are playing in our faces. They keep blaming the snow but I bought my car in November. If my call isn’t answered today when I call the license plate department again i will be back. I will be heard.

Global Auto Outlet embodies all of the negative sterotypes of used-car dealers. After showing us the car and then keeping us waiting for over 45 mins (the place was not busy) our salesperson finally gave us a number -- that included a $4,000 "certification fee" (in addition to the processing feee) which was not included or mentioned anywhere on the listing. Our salesperson indicated we may be able to waive this fee so we continued the conversation, in which he waffled on whether in fact we could, and failed to explain what the fee was actually for. We made it clear that aside from this fee (which would have increased the price 25%), we were ready to purchase the car at the listed asking price. After asking to speak with the manager, Amal walked in visibly annoyed and entirely unwilling to engage in further negotiation. He claimed these fees we're noted in the posting on their website (they were not, we checked later) and essentially told us we were stupid for trusting a Facebook listing that his own sales force had posted. We learned that Amal has not read his google reviews, nor is he aware of what his own sales force is posting on Facebook. At best, he's completely uninterested in running an integrous business; at worst, he's out to purposefully scam customers. After reading a dozen bad reviews, we took a gamble and came anyway. I wasted 2 hours of my Saturday evening here: please spare yourself the frustration and spare Amal the business.

I visited Global Auto Outlet on Saturday, January 31st, to view a Toyota Corolla I had made an appointment to see. The salesperson was friendly and knowledgeable, and the car itself seemed fine. However, getting an out-the-door price took an unusually long time. Although the MSRP was listed online, the salesperson wouldn’t provide final numbers. When the pricing finally came through, the dealer added a $4,000 “certification” fee in addition to a $800 processing charge—none of which were disclosed beforehand or advertised. These fees increased the total cost by 30% and felt misleading, as we had been ready to buy the car. When we questioned the charges the manager, Amal, was dismissive, rude, and even got a little combative. This was one of the worst dealership experiences I’ve ever had. I would not recommend this business and strongly advise others to stay away.

FRAUDULENT BUSINESS WARNING: I want to begin by saying I seldomly if ever leave bad reviews. I was in the market for a used EV within my budget (15k or less) and found a 2020 Hyundai Ioniq that Global auto outlet was selling for 10.5k. I was eager to check out the vehicle and arrived the same day I requested to test drive it. A man named Robert greeted me and let me drive the car in a pre-planned driving route. I liked the car and was willing to buy it at the advertised price + the fees for registration and so on. Keep in mind folks, the advertised price was 10.5k. I contacted Robert for an out the door price…. They were selling it for 17.5k out the door. They tacked on over 6,500$ in hidden fees. I told them I was unwilling to negotiate unless they brought down the price to within touching distance of the sticker price. They kept spamming my phone with calls and texts asking about what I was willing to pay. I had EXPLICITLY asked Robert to confirm that the vehicle’s price was in fact the advertised price tag to which he replied that it was. At NO POINT did Robert mention a mandatory $5,000 fee for a ONE YEAR WARRANTY. I’m not sure how such a duplicitous and fraudulent business can stay in tact with borderline illegal sales tactics. I was supremely disappointed with this experience. I had initially given this place the benefit of the doubt after reading reviews, but found that the reviews of this place provide an accurate assessment of their business.I’ve attached photos of the car price before and after.

Shay was a pleasure to work with as soon as we entered the dealership. She was honest and knowledgeable about the vehicles. The entire staff were friendly and helpful from start to finish. UPDATE: BUYERS BEWARE!!! This dealership has questionable business practices. While it was a pleasure to work with Shay. Everything after signing for the car and driving off the lot has been a nightmare. They sold my son and I a car that was not listed correctly and has done nothing to correct the situation. We have been given nothing but a run around. When I requested an arbitration, I was told that arbitration cannot happen once a deal is done which is the exact opposite of what arbitration is because if I had a dispute before the deal was done I would have not signed the agreement to begin with. We purchased the car on 1/2/26. Notified the dealership on 1/5/26, no resolution as of 1/21/26. Denied arbitration, even though it is part of the Buyer’s Order, which is a legally binding contract. Unacceptable.

Worst dealership experience I’ve ever had — and this is the 4th car I’ve owned, so I’m not new to how this process is supposed to go. They had me come in for repairs on a day they knew the mechanic wasn’t even there, which is a complete waste of my time and shows zero respect. Communication has been a joke: no clear updates, no follow-through, and I’m constantly chasing them for basic answers. On top of that, they sold me a car with damage they now claim they “didn’t know about,” and I only discovered it by taking it to an outside shop. If you value honesty and professionalism, avoid this place.

I purchased a 2019 gls 550 from here in November the Next day, I realize the heat doesn’t work. I did not turn the heat on during the test drive, but you would imagine a vehicle with less than 50,000 miles would have heat. I called Amal he is supposed to be in charge of making sure my vehicle gets repaired so I brought it in. They kept it for three days and returned it with the heat, not working. The TV is not working in the rear entertainment system and the rear heated seats are also not working and there is also a loose fender that he promised to fix which I can tell He has zero intentions of keeping that promise. So now here I am in January. It’s 30° outside and I have a new vehicle with no heat. Now every time I call, he’s in a meeting or he’s busy if I show up the mechanics busy they can’t fix it today. Call back tomorrow as if I didn’t purchase the vehicle .Please pray for me and my kids !

This dealer will try to trick you. Stay away. I inquired about a car they had listed, and I called in and spoke to Jamal. I asked for a purchase order that I can submit to my credit union, but they wanted me to come in to the dealership. I declined because the dealership is a 45 min drive from me and going in there just to get a purchase order would require me to make 2 trips. They eventually decided to send me a purchase order but they included a $3995 "certification" fee listed under the accessories section. When I asked about it they said the following: "Certification is three parts (certified pre owned Kia, passed Maryland inspection and 1 year warranty covers everything electrical including the battery)" Yet other dealerships don't charge this fee and this car wasn't even listed as CPO. I'm glad I didn't take the time out of my day to travel to this predatory dealership.

I bought a vehicle from this dealership in October 29 of this year 2025. Since then I discovered that my vehicle had frame work repairs, and has an issue with the accelerator. They gave me a Carfax report that only mentioned the collision in the rear , but in actuality it was right rear side. There’s also a sensor issue with the tire pressure. Now it’s December 30th 2025, and my temporary tags are expired, and I never received a call from them to receive my regular plates. I called them, and a woman answered informing me the manager is on the sales floor, and could not assist me. She also mentioned the department that could help me was closed today. If I could give this place a negative star I would.

Go see Shay at global, im 19 and i was able to get off the lot with 2021 nissan. Genuine people and were willing to work with me based on my preferred pricing that was still fair to the dealership as well. 5/5 would recommend. they also have a warranty on the car that’s mandatory and non-negotiable so it made the price of the car more than i expected but ultimately its good to have the peace of mind that if anything happens to the car i wont have to come out of pocket.

So glad I read all the negative reviews before making that trip out there. I called to inquire about 2 vehicles. Looking to purchase for two of my children. The website shows available. Yet when I called, nothing I asked about was available to see. Shay, the "so called" sales rep seems very rude and short tempered in answering my basic questions. Damn near had an attitude for each simple question. Every car I inquired about was in "reconditioning". She could not give any timeframe of how long that takes to finish. Was looking to invest damn $90K on two vehicles no finance. After reading all the shady practices, I will shop in my own area in Great Falls, VA. Thanks to all the honest reviews...you ALL saved me a headache.

I strongly advise against doing business with this dealership. I arrived prepared and required the out-of-the-door price to ensure I understood the cost. Unfortunately, they couldn’t provide that information, and I suspect it’s due to their practice of charging exorbitant fees or other undisclosed charges. Furthermore, as the primary buyer for a rental car company, I’ve noticed that when dealers engage in such practices, it’s always a red flag.

Car dealership that advertises fake prices. Don’t believe anything you see online because they tack on a bunch of bogus fees that make the price 20 percent higher. The place also has a very sketchy vibe and the manager made me wait for half an hour about pricing even though I was the only one there. I recommend avoiding at all costs. Waste of two hours. Edit: “Does not reflect our business practices” is an insane statement to make when that is clearly the entire business strategy.

They say don’t go to shady dealerships for a reason. First off every single staff except for the young Latino girl who signs the paperwork with you she’s ok. But let me start by say everything bad you read about this place you better BELIEVE IT. Also the good reviews are only here because they won’t and I mean WILL NOT give you your tags unless you leave a review. Amal more like Amalla whoever the hell he is got very disrespectful on the phone but of course that attitude magically disappeared when I showed up in person. I’m so glad the deal fell through I dodged a bullet. Yes I kept your car for two months after you were press to sell me a car without verifying the main things like EMPLOYMENT then try to blame me like I lied on my application so that’s why the deal didn’t go through. That sounds insane as hell. Who sells a car without verifying anything. That exactly why I made them wait. And I really could have got my down payment back they will act like they going to call the police but I called myself and they told me it’s civil. This place needs to be shut down seriously. From the first salesman to speak to you you will feel like you getting jerked and damn sure almost did. When buying a car you want to feel good and appreciated. lol not these guys. Thank god it’s more dealers up the street and across, I went right over and got in something nice low car payment right away great service. I went to Easterns way more respectful and everything is better literally the police told me himself go there and dnt shop shady dealers but he also said they would never lock me up for a stolen car that I have registration for. Again EVERY BAD REVIEW BELIEVE IT AND THE GOOD ONES ARE ONLY HERE BECAUSE YOU CANNOT GET TAGS WITHOUT IT. Watch the BS reply they try to write to clean it up but who cares I’m telling all facts go in there see for yourself.

We purchased a 2018 Cadillac Escalade and the sales representatives (Patrick and Delonte) that attended us were excellent. Their professionalism and attention to detail was outstanding. Thank you to them and the financial manager (Rey) for his assistance as well. All in all the experience was fabulous. I am writing to formally complain about my recent experience with Global Auto Outlet and their employee Amal. The level of customer service I have received has been unprofessional, rude, and deeply disappointing. I purchased a vehicle August 29,2025 from Global Auto Outlet that was represented as having passed Maryland state inspection. However, I later discovered that the car should never have passed inspection, as it was sold to me with dry-rotted tires a clear safety and legal violation. Selling a vehicle under false inspection approval is unacceptable and potentially illegal under Maryland law. In addition to this serious issue, I have not yet received my permanent hard tags, even though my temporary tags have expired. I have made multiple attempts to contact Amal and the dealership for updates, but I’ve been met with rude behavior and no resolution. This situation has caused me unnecessary stress and inconvenience, as I am now unable to legally drive the vehicle I purchased in good faith. I am requesting immediate action to: Provide my permanent registration and hard tags without further delay. Address the illegal inspection issue by replacing the unsafe tires and verifying that the vehicle meets Maryland safety standards. Improve customer service practices, as the treatment I have received is unacceptable. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I intend to escalate the issue to the Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration (MVA) and the Maryland Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Division for further investigation.

I usually don’t leave reviews but I had a terrible experience with purchasing a car from this dealership. The manager, Amal, was extremely rude and short with my father and I. After being in the dealership for hours, we eventually chose a car we liked because we all know the headache that comes with looking for and purchasing a car. The dealership was EMPTY and we still were given extremely long wait times and was given attitude when asked how much longer the process will be (which we found interesting because we were rushed when we were discussing if we were purchasing the car or not). Once my dad and I were discussing leaving, he was suddenly a lot more urgent in getting everything processed and completed. Even after purchasing the car, calling the dealership with questions and concerns was like trying to communicate with a wall. I would call with a question and be told that the manager would call me back when he was free. I never received a call back and had to call back the following week. Somehow every time I called, the person or department I needed to speak to was busy or out for the day. Specifically, I called about my tags and the person at the front desk said the manager will be busy and can call me later and tag/title lady was out for the day. After explaining how unprofessional the company has been, she was able to connect me with the manager (funny because I was just told he was busy and would call me back). When I finally was speaking to the manager, he was able to immediately connect me to the tag/title lady after saying that she is out for the day. It was clear that they were being untruthful and did not want to address my concerns. I will definitely never be back & good luck if you decide to visit this dealership! **edit: I see other reviews agreeing that Amal is very angry/rude. I also see other posts about Jamaal, who I also worked with! Jamaal was great! But overall, the company is extremely unprofessional. I hope this helps! Their response to my review: “If this review was posted in error, or if it was intended for another dealership, we respectfully request that it be removed. Otherwise, please know that we take feedback like this seriously and will be reviewing what happened to ensure that situations like this do not occur again.” Is comical! They know they’ve received several negative reviews so it seems like they’re trying to shift the narrative. I’m unsure if those recent reviews are actual customers or not. Make you sure click the key words such as, “fees,” “inspection,” “financing,” etc. That is where you can find honest reviews about their experience with this dealership.

Let me start out by saying 5 stars. If I could give 10, I would. I ended up at this dealership after a horrible experience while inquiring about a Suburban at another dealership. I won’t mention the first dealership, but while I was sitting in the manager’s office and getting bad vibes, i literally googled “2019 Cadillac Escalade” on my phone while they were wasting my time. Got out of there and QUICKLY called to inquire about the Escalade. A gentleman by the name of Maurice answered the phone. He and I talked about the Escalade that I saw online, however he let me know that he THOUGHT that saw an even better truck for around the same price. He placed me on a brief hold and came back with information on 6 other big SUVs. Not only did he have info on the trucks, he also sent pictures. Again, this is a first time, BLIND CALL. Not only that, but this was Maurice’s first day, ON A FRIDAY. I wasn’t able to get to the dealership, as I was at work, however, we set up an appointment for Saturday morning. The appointment was set up with no hostility or anger that I couldn’t make it to the dealership THAT day. When I arrived on Saturday morning, Maurice had a customer, so his coworker, Fabio, assisted me with the inventory. I only had a few minutes to spare, but I was set on getting vehicle. This dealership is so official that they held the vehicle for me until Monday. When I arrived after work on Monday, a gentleman by the name Frederick got me out the door, let’s just say, at a price even better than what the initial cash price was. While waiting on all of the paperwork and keys, they employees made me feel like I was at home. Absolutely the best experience I’ve ever had purchasing a car. This will not be the last time I’ll spend my money with them.

Where do i begin these guys webt ahove and beyond for ke and my husband they made sure we got the best rate and price for our new vehicle they made sure rhey disclosed everthing rhey hve no hidden fees all of there cars are maryalnd inspected which is a good thing that way we dont have to worry about repairs after the sale! They also gave us a 30 day warranty as well! They really make you feel like family! They are a very high pace store, while we were in the showroom they sold close to 5 cars, a lot of good high end vehicles and these guys hands down are quality our purchased took ocer three weeks because we wanted to make sure we were making the right decision and we did, they were not pushy at all and they made sure our investment was protected all across the board! Thank you Wali for going above ahd beyond and making us satisfied with our purchase
