She was very friendly and cordial as she walked me through some suggested decisions regarding my preferred car flavor (make & model) and that fit my budget. My experience was awesome as I test drove a few cars before I make a final decision to buy. Absolutely awesome, I highly recommend this place if you want to buy a car with an "invitation" approach rather than a “pressurized”approach. The atmosphere here is very clean and inviting. These guys were great. They give it to you straight, and they don’t hide anything from you. This was my first buying experience, and they helped me out a lot with the process. I originally went in looking for a 2019 model, and came out with a 2020 model that they recommended, and the price was very reasonable. They do not push you with anything, but instead are informative and helpful. I would recommend.
The BEST car buying experience thus far! Tim and his staff were above and beyond my expectations! Being military and in a different state had me on edge at first. But the process was so smooth and Tim was with me every step of the way. Every question or concern I had he immediately put me at ease!! This is the first time I've ever bought a car online and not seeing the car in person or even test driving it could have been risky BUT I assure you Tim and the staff at CarSmart are honest people.
