My husband and I bought a disability van for my mother who is wheelchair bound. We love the van and the entire experience was wonderful. I can't thank Sean the owner enough. I highly recommend this place to purchase a used vehicle.

Crook!! I put a $1000 deposit down on this car yesterday and then got approved for financing this morning. I got insurance, and everything else that was required. When I went back to finalize everything today, I drove the car and found serious issues with it. I was accused of making excuses. Sean said that if someone else bought the car he would refund my deposit, but now he’s apparently not willing to give any of it back at all. He said he would take it to Nissan to get a diagnosis, but won’t share the paperwork with me proving that “nothing is wrong with the car”. Wrong!!!

I am pleased to be able to write a positive review of my experience with buying a used car from Auto Wholesalers of Temple Hills in Maryland. Buying a used car from an unknown individual or business is always a bit risky as there is a fair bit of trust that goes into the transaction. I’ve done it many times and have above average knowledge about cars and mechanics, so I bring good experience to the process. Fortunately, Sean, who sold me the car and runs the business, turned out to be completely reliable and true to his word. Sean was completely up front about the car’s sordid history, and he was transparent about where he had purchased the car and what his shop had done to prepare it for re-sale. He priced the car very fairly so I ended up getting an excellent used car at an excellent price. Indeed, I would have spent many $1000’s more to get a comparable car from a dealer or CarMax. My mechanic found the car to be in very good shape, with no surprises, confirming my positive but more superficial evaluation of the car. I’ll never know the full history of this car, but it no longer matters. It runs very well and is mechanically sound. Of note, Sean went above and beyond what he needed to do to sell me the car, doing the leg work to get an extra smart key for me at an excellent price, giving me some extra parts to use down the road, offering to continue to support the maintenance of the car (for free) beyond his standard 30 day warranty, and handling the car registration with the MVA accurately and expeditiously. Honestly, I only have good things to say about Sean and how he worked with me during our transactions – he was honest, friendly, and professional. His business office is not fancy (that’s an understatement), but he was an honest broker, and that’s what I needed. I would definitely do business with Sean and Auto Wholesalers of Temple Hills again.

Let me just say from the moment we met Sean at Auto wholesalers he was very professional and welcoming. We purchased a 2013 Hyunda Elantra with extremely low mileage for an excellent price. The vehicle was clean from the outside to the inside. The process from test driving, down payment, getting the title and tags was seamless. It all took place in a timely manner with Sean delivering everything that he said he would. Stay Away from This Dealer and Sean Salarkia! Buying a 2015 Honda Civic here was a nightmare. Sean misrepresented the title, claiming it was "clean" when it was actually a salvage title. He discouraged me from checking Carfax and showed a misleading old title on his computer. The low price and mileage? Because it’s a TOTAL LOSS VEHICLE! Warning for buyers, especially those first-time buyers like me: 1. Check the bill of sale—look for "Had Salvage Certificate" indicating a salvage title. 2. Insist on Checking Carfax—don’t let Sean dissuade you. 3. Be cautious of tricks—he may obscure crucial details by asking you to sign excessive initials! When I confronted him, Sean turned threatening and intimidating. He yelled at me over the phone “In 30 days, I only sell total loss cars…” and hang up. Google reviews show his pattern of disrespectful and dishonest practices. I am taking this guy and my case to court with my lawer. Avoid this dealer and take your business elsewhere! (Sean said to my face he would respond to my review to distort the reality. DON'T TRUST HIS RESPONSE!)

Sean was so helpful when I was buying my 2011 Elantra, everything was straightforward and for a first time buyer like me, I’m glad he was the one to help me! I needed a part to my car before I could pick it up, and he expedited the part so I could Pick it up sooner! The car is in great condition and low mileage for a very good price. Will come here again if I have a car need, thank you Sean!

Beware. These guys are shady. They say Title is "Clean" even if its salvaged or rebuilt. The salesman or owner Sean outright lies. Tried to buy a vehicle from them which was listed as "Clean" title. Made me spend money on CarFax only to find that it was a "Salvage" title. When asked, he claimed that it isn't salvaged anymore because he repaired it and it is now "Clean". But when I probed further, he admitted that it is a "Rebuilt" title and then hung up the phone moment I questioned why is he claiming to have clean title. One of the shadiest dealers I came across

Very shady company. If you need financing don’t go through this dealership. They say you have to deposit $1000 for the credit application. That’s absurd…I’ve heard of $100 deposits but anything else is a joke. These guys aren’t there to give you a good deal. Definitely there to rip you off as best they can.

I didn’t do any business with this company however the chinese man was unprofessional when i called i was interested in a car i saw online and was waiting for a call about it almost all day so i called them instead and after he told me it was sold already he said the only thing they have for me is a 2019 Nissan Sentra after telling him i will put $2000 down. I would have been interested in putting more down on something else in their inventory but his whole vibe just turned me off from dealing with the business in the first place , seemed like he wasn’t interested in making a sale at all and was rushing me off the phone. First time impression is everything thats all I’m saying especially if you’re job is to SELL.

I bought the 2017 GMC Sierra from this place for very affordable price I look at all over for this truck and their price was 4 to 5 thousand less and to be honest I thought something was wrong When I got there I saw MD safety inspection with warranty and Sean took this truck after I bought it to VA and passed VA inspection and emission and he was very polite and help full I am recommending this place to every body and I am very happy with this deal

Sent an inquiry to a Mr. Salarkia about a Ford F-150 that was posted with Eagle Used Cars, I guess he is affiliated with this company as well. The listing stated that the truck was a Lariat, but it was actually an XLT, huge difference in price. When I asked him to correct the listing, I received a string of distasteful and rude email messages which I will post on social media. Please be aware of his lack of customer service. Never acknowledged the error in the listing. If you are looking for customer service, Mr. Salarkia is clearly lacking in that department.

Variety and unbeatable prices at this dealership is unbelievable! I recently bought a Nissan Maxima sl 2017 from auto whole seller and I still cannot believe I bought this car 5-6k less than anywhere else! Sean is the owner and your to go guy. Thank you so much Sean and god bless you!

I purchased a 2014 Ford Fiesta in June 2020. It was a great deal. Sean was helpful and respectful throughout the whole process. He processed my tags and title with the MVA quickly and also delivered the car to my house. The car has been very reliable. I’ve driven thousands of miles with no issues.

Great deal on the car, buyer be warned of customer service. Sean offered to go to DMV on our behalf, for everything to be processed in 60 days - the entire process took 5 months,. The temp tags were days away from expiring before he agreed to renew. He went to the DMV on our behalf and cited charges we did not agree to. After confrontational phone calls and being hung up on, he refused to go back to the DMV. I processed everything at the DMV myself, therefore requesting a reimbursement after the fact.The reimbursement took 8 weeks after several unanswered emails and limited communication. When confronted about timeliness and lack of response and accountability, Sean is very confrontational and disrespectful and the entire process was a headache. His facade is kind to your face and incredibly disrespectful otherwise. Other reviewers here have experienced similar things - I caution you to move forward with this dealership.

Due to unforeseen circumstances we were looking for a 12-passenger van the day before our actual vacation. Sean Sal Arkia was able to get the vehicle inspected, issue paper tags and we were able to pick up the van in time to stay on schedule. Thank you Sean

Purchasing process was easy. I test drove the Ford F250 truck I eventually purchased, put the deposit down, and came back a few days later to complete the purchase after the few requests and paperwork were completed. Brought back for AC repair which Sean completed within two days at no cost. Sean is very personable and was always reachable before, during, and after the process. I would buy from Auto Wholesalers/Sean again.

I strongly recommend this dealer. I got my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee from them. All the information provided on the internet was provided there. Car looked exactly how I expected it to be. Hassle free Sean was very outgoing and good at explaining every detail that had to be done to get my car.

Waited 2 months for my tags that he promised I would have in 30 days. Story after story. The temp tag was a week away from expiring so I called him and he told me to “come beg for my tags”. Mva needs to shut him down
