Unfortunately, the staff wasn’t very helpful — which is fine, since I didn’t necessarily need assistance. That said, a simple offer of help is always a nice touch in any customer service setting. My bigger issue was at checkout. No one offered to assist me, which again isn’t a huge deal since they have self-checkout. I was actually excited to see that my rewards popped up on the screen — but I wasn’t able to apply them to my purchase. After asking an employee, I was told I’d have to go to a staffed register to use my points. Honestly, that seems a bit counterintuitive, especially if the store is encouraging everyone to use self-checkout. Biggest tip for customers: If you want to use any of your rewards, you must go to a staffed register — which only helps if there’s actually someone working the counter or available to greet you.

I had an excellent experience working with Najee. He went above and beyond to address my concerns regarding my vehicle. Throughout the process, he remained professional, patient and genuinely helpful. His dedication to providing outstanding service made the entire experience seamless and pleasant. It was truly a pleasure working with him.

Good store, employees are on point, but the AC in the store needs to adjusted some, because other stores in other counties around the DMV are nice and cool. Why PG stores are like that will make you wonder. If you can't do it for the customers, at least do it for the employees.

Bought a battery in October it's now March battery is dead why??? Bring battery back they say they can not find it I have a receipt so what's the problem with replacing my battery with a new one it's still under warranty

The manager scot was rude. He didn't even wanna show me where the oil was told me go look for it. Then when i finally conviced him to help he did not grab the one i needed. If I could go zero stars I would. The manager had a attitude and was super aggressive like he didn't want to be there.

Rude and tried to oversell me on a product by grabbing the more expensive one without my consent. I’m glad I at least know my prices so I knew he was trying to sell me a more expensive product… got the cheaper one and left. Don’t plan on coming back.

I want to commend drew.w on his great customer service I came in today visually upset he ask me what’s wrong figured out the problem and helped me solve it I’m truly happy with the service he provided today but every time I go in there I always go to him autozone or anyone needs more Drew’s I hope auto zone values and truly shows support to drew he great at what he do sincerely a happy customer

Very disrespectful staff. Came in to ask a question and one of the workers just came off as rude, had a an attitude and overall impersonal. I'm sorry if I am bothering you at your job but then again it's your job to answer questions and help customers. If the answer was no then just leave it as that. "We're not mechanics.." Who said you were? Then when I said I'm just asking a question then he wanted to be helpful.

I want to shout out Dwight for his great customer service he really helped me and my wife out with changing our battery. A task that I know how to do but didnt have all the proper tools on me. Him and his partner worked together to help us out while another employee just gave up on us. I really appreciate the service that was given to me.

Visit this location on Thursday morning to purchase new brakes and rotors. The associate acted as if I was bothering him. When inquiring about pricing the representative told me I needed to make a decision about my break pads before he could move on. Not fully understanding why but clearly I don't work for autozone so I'm not familiar with the system. Anyways he prepares to ring me up and ask me about the rewards program, as I'm putting my Information in the systems begins to glitch. The representative states that I just won't be able to sign up. I specifically asked if the order can be restarted and he tells me no. At this point, is attitude was already off and then he seemed irritated with me. I decided to just leave my order and went to the location down the street.

I went to this location today to purchase new brakes and employer Scott assisted me. Scott did NOT make my experience a pleasant one. He appeared to have an attitude, be impatient, and continuously spoke really low as if he was irritated with assisting me. I was so offended by this experience that I decided to not complete my purchase and to go to a different place to buy my brakes. I’ve been to this location before and dealt with other employees who were professional however Scott clearly needs coaching in not projecting his attitude on to customers.

I went there today to but some Frion for my truck the manager was completely unprofessional had a very nasty attitude had food every where didn't want to help at all. He had me start me truck as if to help me because he said he would then he stepped off leaving my truck running and me standing there not knowing what to do next. He never came back I cut my truck off an left. And this is the manager of this store customer service is negative zero they don't even deserve the one star!!

I called this AutoZone Store while waiting at the other AutoZone Store located at 4505 St Barnabas Rd, Marlow Heights, MD 20748 to see if they have a Battery available and if anyone was available to install the Battery. They said yes and they was more than willing to install the Battery for me..!!! When I arrived at this store, the young man, I did not get his name, he greeted me when I walked into the store and he was knowledgeable about his work. Great Staff, Great Customer Service, Great Atmosphere...!!! Thanks I Really Appreciate It..!! I Highly Recommend Anyone In This Area That Need Auto Parts To Shop At This Allentown AutoZone Store...!!!

Very helpful. A nice young man named Brian took the time to help me replace my headlight bulb. It took a few minutes to figure out how to do it, but he didn't seem to mind and stuck with it til it was fixed. Definitely recommend!

Ms Dee was very helpful. She helped me find the right battery for my car with a 3 year warranty and even gave me a small rebate for my old battery. Great service, super knowledgeable and very patient.

Outstanding customer service! I was looking for a license plate anchor and the manager went out of his way to help me, including getting tools from the shelf to remove a seized screw. Excellent customer service, I highly recommend this store!

I stopped by to get a headlight for my vehicle. When I arrived, there was not a line present but rather people standing around awaiting assistance. There was one associate by the name of Tia who led me to believe they were understaffed being that she was so in a rush and adamant to state she was about to leave, getting ready to leave, because she was still at the store (mind you there was a rush of customers at this time) 18 minutes after she was scheduled off. Overall I believe with more associates staffed tonight could have been a lot smoother for those working and the customers looking to be prepared for the upcoming weather. I had to leave because the associate could not assist with placing the headlight in after 15 mintues.

No refunds given for parts with or without original receipt. Horrible customer service by manager!!! Told me to swap my part and come back then told me he would give me store credit for a part i purchased and brought back in great condition it just didnt work for my car.

Can't even install a car battery properly. The employee looked lost to begin with and I was going to ask someone to verify his work but trusted that he was going to do it right...nope. My car didn't start at all, not a budge. Then he went inside to see if a part fell off my old battery. Well they gave me a battery that was from 2012...the second one was old too. Unacceptable. I ended up getting my original battery that was partially working installed back in. Wasted over an hour and a half while they played around with installing a battery. Last time I'll be going here for anything

Worst service ever. They need Disney to revamp there customer service in this place. I come up to the register young mild skin African American woman was so nasty and unapproachable I didn't even want to shop there any more.One thing to remember in customer service or retail I have a choice where I spend my money and I definitely shouldn't have to deal with someone like that when in the big scheme of things I'm paying her salary by purchasing parts. Please remember I didn't fill out the application you did.
