Good employees in the store. Only issue I have is the parking.

Need a battery for my car and the gentle man that assistance me was so helpful professional and answered my questions. I am glad to give this store a 4 star rating.

Someone need to investigate this store location. The clerks are running scams on people. offer to sell me a battery at lower price if i cash app him 50.00. Meanwhile customer outside irate about hitting her card up for double purchase during a day she was not in the store. Dreaded dude.

Fully stocked and clean location! Small store but great inventory. Customer service was great. The staff were knowledgeable which made our shopping experience a breeze as neither myself or my fiancé knows squat about cars lol. The only down side is that we went in to by a new car battery and they had our particular battery in stock but they were unable to install it for us and we needed to take the battery to a mechanic because it required some extra steps that the staff were unable to perform. Aside from not being able to have the battery installed on sight we would definitely recommend this location for all of your cars essential needs.

I’m not sure how people giving 5 stars but I had a terrible experience. Not one person greeted me or offered me assistance when I clearly didn’t know where to go. When I asked for help, all I got was a point of the finger. And again not offer to help. Then ringing up, not one word was said no hello no thank you. They don’t offer bags for your purchase. Argh never again

If I could leave zero stars than I would! Janky janky place!!!! Don’t bother buying a warranty on your battery and come to this location, because the store manager with the bald head here will lie and make it seem like you have other car issues and they wont be able to replace your battery. He over talked one of the workers who was in agreement with the battery being dead and made it an alternator issue instead. Be aware l, corporate listens to what the people that work there say instead of the customer. For this to be auto advance I expect the employees to at least know about cars! Get a second opinion before you give these people any money!!! Thank you to Domonique and a random customer who owns his own shop that was so kind to help assist, and went above and beyond with his customer service, A1!!!! PS- A new battery WAS indeed needed, warranty was good until 2025!

I wish I could rate with a negative star. This franchise has given me a run for my money. Literally. First, I ordered online and picked my part up at the Temple Hills location. The staff was wonderful but I was given the wrong part. The number on the receipt didn’t match the number on the box. Tried to exchange at a different location they said they couldn’t do it. (In terms of customer convenience, what’s the point of a franchise if all locations aren’t connected enough to perform the same services in each store and online.) Went back to the Temple Hills location, again staff was wonderful but I received a broken part. Will return to another location to try to get the correct part that is not broken and see what they say! Hopefully in this situation the third time will be the charm. After this debacle however I won’t ever be back to ANY of the platforms or locations. At this point I don’t even want to go to any of their partners including CarQuest and Diehard to name a few.

The employees were helpful. They knew what they were talking about and took me to the correct aisle.

Not sure what was going on but nobody working today was terribly friendly or eager to be helpful. Stood at the front counter unacknowledged for a while and was eventually helped but felt like I was bothering everyone there with my business. Not terrible but I’ll seek out another one next time.

3 lines were open, the store was not crowded and yet I stood in line for 15 minutes. They were moving way too slow for no visible reason. Once I got to the register, the service was good but the wait with only 6 people in the store was ridiculous.

The women that work at this store have the worst customer service I have ever seen. they act like they dont want to be there. I dont know what happened to my guy that use to be there he was ready to serve the customers and help with no problem. I will take my money to a more professional establishment

I had bad experience at that location, Employee was very unprofessional and rude, Nicole L made the rest of the staff look bad by giving un proper information saying they don’t exchange products there when it clearly stated on the receipt, limited lifetime replacement, honestly don’t think she should be representing that brand that way, I will never come to that store again after not being help, I feel bad for her, must of had a bad day, still don’t give her the right to take it out on the customers.

At the time,they was helpful in getting me ring up quickly but,the area's customer could be more friendly.

The salesperson that waited on us consulted with someone more knowledgeable but this was seen as positive as some folks would pretend to know and mess up. The salesperson took care of business after that and even volunteered to put the part in! I was quite impressed because the part was rather heavy and she was female! Now, that might sound chauvinistic but I'm also a female! She clearly knew what she was doing and did an excellent job. The initial issue had to do with returning a battery for a larger one. My previous visits to this store have also been positive.

Cleanest Store,Greeted Instantly and I do mean as soon as you walk in. Stop here 1st and all your Question's Will be answered and most likely problems solved,Customer service is on 1,000! Thanks Advanced Team....

I went their today but they close due to the weather but weather was fine road was fine clean the sign on window say open was on they should close the store forever

If you want to wait 20 minuites for a shelf part. Great!!!!!! Not to mention 1 cashier then 5 other employees in eye sight. Sad.
