I prefer this site, over DMV in Largo. They are always helpful and get results. The wait time beats DMV hands down. I recommend and refer this site regularly - Bowie Walmart location.

Amazing job! They even had a screwdriver to loan me so I could turn in my tags to them and get new ones. Very fast and friendly service!

The experience was exceptional! The clerk was friendly and informative. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes! I had this image of a long line and a long wait. I was pleasantly surprised. We need these outlets.

I had a short wait before I was seen. The MVA representative was very polite and handled my registration quickly. My only disappointment was the increase in price because I chose to use the express center. The price is already high and should not be increased because it is at an express center. For that reason I will give a 3 star.

I just want to share the great Customer service I recieved from Kashae Griffin at this location. She was kind, welcoming and made sure I understood the process. She walked me through everything I needed to do and even gave me her card to call back and make sure everything was a go before I came back. It's not everyday someone will provide great service in the service industry but working with her yesterday and today, I recieved outstanding service. I had to come and share. Thanks Kashae!

She assisted me over the phone, and when I arrived, she happened to be the same person who helped me in person. I came in with a hard deadline to get my tags changed over from VA to MD. Stressed isn't even the word. Kelcy, Kashae, and Leticia did an amazing job making sure I had everuthing filled out correctly, that I called the correct department for my title, and even calling back when I had indeeded missed checking a box. The process can be overwhelming but homestly these ladies put my mind as ease. (And my tags came sooner than I expected!)

I had purchased a vehicle from a private seller in Maryland back in August and spent several days fixing it up to drive back to upstate New York. I was trying to get the car home legally without paying thousands to ship it — something I’ve done with other states before. Instead, I spent months getting conflicting and incorrect advice from other tag & title places and the MVA. I was repeatedly told it was “impossible,” or that only the MVA “may” be able to do it. Locals told me horror stories about 4+ hour waits with scheduled appointments. Based off the time I spent on hold—this is likely true. One MVA employee told me, “those places have massive fees” and wanted me to schedule appointment and drive 1/2 way across the state to save $20. Meanwhile, the car sat at a friend’s house while I tried to figure out what to do. All I actually needed — which no one else could clearly explain — was a 15-day transit tag and the correct paperwork. Maryland Express Tag & Title was the only place that truly understood the process. When I first spoke with Kelsey on the phone, she immediately said yes and clearly explained what I needed to do/bring. Given all the bad advice I had received elsewhere, it sounded too easy — so I asked her to please confirm with a manager. She quickly did, and verified that everything would be fine if I brought the documents she outlined. When I visited the location inside the Bowie Walmart on December 10th, I Michael M. and Leticia T were also awesome. They reviewed everything right away, reassured me I was good to go, and handled the entire process professionally and efficiently. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. This included time for me to fix a couple sections I missed on the paperwork. I had set aside an entire day — and even a backup plan to stay longer night if needed — but their efficiency saved me a massive amount of time, money, and stress. My insurance company told me that NY and MD may be of the most difficult states and I just happened to be dealing with both, which makes their competence even more impressive. I bought an older, increasingly rare car. I wanted it as a teenager, thanks to this team, it’s finally in my garage. If I contacted them first, I likely could have driven it back months earlier. Huge thanks to Kelsey for the phone support, Michael, and Leticia, at the Bowie location — they absolutely deserve the recognition. I 100% recommend this location! I wish they had places like this in NY.

Went to the location in Bowie on 12/12 to request a duplicate title. I am sorry I forget the young lady’s name who helped me but she was fantastic. I wish if there were more people like her in the area. I am so impressed by her communication, calmness and attitude. I almost gave up expecting a great customer service after covid but I guess there are some places.

My experience at the Bowie Maryland express tag and title was very good. Kelsey Mendoza was the title agent that took care of my vehicle registration tag entitled.. Kelsey greeted me very professionally and asked how she could help me today. I told her what my request was and she says she would be happy to help me with that today she processed my paperwork and made the experience is pain-free as possible. Nothing like going to the MVA, you guys are great. I would use you over and over again before going back to the MVA office. Thanks so much for your professional attitude.

This morning there was only 1 working individual and her name was Kashae. I was 4th in line and she was apologetic with opening a little after 10am , but she handled each of us with patience. The phones were ringing every 3 seconds. The customer in front of me needed a little more attention , and Kashae handled that with ease. When she got to me her attitude was still lovely, and then 2 of her co workers arrived, and she got me in and out!! That was my first time there but not my last!!!

Leticia was helpful in assisting some of the seniors I was helping. She was patient and helped to make the process smooth and easy. Thank you, will definitely come here moving forward!

Went there to register a new vehicle, and Leticia was the one who helped me out. The whole process was fast, smooth, and honestly way easier than I expected. I’ve had a really bad experience with tag places being so unhelpful and truly the workers not wanting to do their job. I stumbled across this place as a recommendation and was told to ask for Leticia. Leticia was so helpful and very patient with me. I went back a total of 3 days due to my lack of understanding and each time she was patient, helpful, and amazing! Leticia helped me and made getting my Tags and registration an easy process!

Everyone there was extremely helpful, friendly and very welcoming. Super knowledgeable!! Leticia was very patient with me in dealing with transferring my registration from one state to another. I will definitely continue to go to them whenever I need to renew.

I received very professional, positive and fast service today from Ms Ana Tenago. She greeted me warmly and quickly got to assisting me. There was no waiting, I was in and out in 5 minutes and the charge was $5 for tag return. Very convenient and personal service

I had the pleasure of working with Leticia she was very helpful as I had a complex situation and she was able to assist me give me all the information I needed. Fortunately I had all the information she needed to help me. She took the time to explain everything and did a fantastic job.
