I came to AutoZone to get a new battery. There was difficulty getting a terminal off, but the people at AutoZone went above and beyond to get it taken care of. I really appreciate all their efforts.

I’d like to give a big shoutout to Travin at AutoZone for his excellent service! I came in needing help with my car, and he kindly assisted me with adding engine oil. Travin was not only knowledgeable but also extremely friendly and patient throughout the process. He made sure I had the right oil for my car and even helped pour it in, explaining everything clearly along the way. His positive attitude and willingness to help really made a stressful situation much easier for me. It’s rare to find employees who genuinely go out of their way to help, and Travin is definitely one of them. Thank you, Travin, for your great service—you’ve earned my trust and appreciation!

I have been to three different AutoZone stores in my area and each one had employees who were helpful, competent and respectful. I highly recommend going there for your auto needs.

Good knowledgeable dudes here that work well together. Came in for a battery in a pinch and to pull a code. The young gents here helped me with bothD Oh man I would come here for all my parts if this was my local store. Someone is doing something right with the culture at this store. This is a very GOOD and odd thing,

Isaac, the manager, was such a great help to me today, he checked my battery (replaced it for me) and checked my alternator. Once found out that my alternator was bad, he referred me to a mechanic and called for me and was able to get me a discount. Love this place and highly recommend due to the terrific service. Thank you Issac!!

Great customer service. Looked up what windshield wipers I needed then told me which aisle and let me pick my own brand, didn’t try to upsell me. As I was paying the other employee ran out and installed them before I’d even finished up, I hadn’t even asked! I appreciated their service and will be back.

Chris L. took wonderful care of me. Give this guy a raise! I can tell that him and the team take a lot of pride in good customer service. Installed my battery and headlight bulb in no time at all!

I went in for a new car battery as my previous one had failed. CHRIS took care of me and was truly unbelievable!!! I am 73 years old and have never been treated so well, both by Chris's professionalism and his concern to help me through this stressful situation. Julian Davi, give your BALLS a tug!!. I've seen your other/past reviews and you're just not happy individual. Chris and the rest of the crew at Autozone on Annapolis are far and beyond the best their is in customer service!! WOW!! Julian Davis, must not know where to put the windshield washer fluid, or even know what vehicle you drive....just saying??‍♂️

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Chris, the assistant store manager, was by far more helpful than I could have asked for! His customer service was stellar! I will continue to go to this location!

I was in a bind that day due to my car running out of gas. Chris was extremely helpful that day as I needed a funnel with a nozzle that had a specific width to go in my tank. Wasn’t sure if he had what i needed but he went the extra mile and searched the inventory and found what i needed!

Auto Zone Bowie on Annapolis Road has outstanding staff! Car issues always happen back to back with me. First it was my husband’s car last week and my car this weekend. Thought my issue was just a battery. I spoke to Justin yesterday who was awesome in explaining why my car manufacturer strongly recommended a particular battery. (It was a battery only and AAA took care of it.) This morning though, a light bulb was out. Chris replaced it and helped me sort my cigarette lighter not working which means I can’t charge my cell phone. He took care of everything while explaining helpful hints and not making me feel like a “girl.”

I want to thank Chris L (Parts Manager) for his assistance in helping me today in purchasing a battery for my 2016 Nissan Rouge and installing it for me. His professionalism, Attitude and Great customer service did it for me! This location is way better than Route 3 Gambrills Autozone.. That location is rude and no patience. This location they treat you with respect and urgency. Thanks again Chris. You the man!! I’ll come back for future needs and will recommend family and friends to you and your store. Corporate/ District should definitely give recognition to these employees.

Chris is awesome!! He is always so helpful and ready to help. Went for brake lights on the 4th of July and he made sure I was taken care of !! He installed them right there and made sure they worked. He has helped me before with wiper and battery installation. Always great with conversation too. Keep up the great work and know your customers appreciate you !!

I experienced one of the best customer service experience in a long time through Justin. Very humble, willing to assist , great knowledge of products and i can keep going on and on. I would hope he is the store manager and if not, he needs to be. Great asset to Autozone family.

Excellent service. Chris walked over to my car a ways from the front of the store, to help diagnose a dead battery and install a new one for me. Chris was a pleasure to talk to, a true professional. I will be back for my automotive needs. Thank you!

Best store, great customer service form the time you step into the store until you step out. The store assistant manager even got outside to assisted me to charged my AC. That was incredible. Whenever I get to the store he has warmed welcome towards you, and make sure you get what you need.

Overall top customer service by phone and in house. Got here hoping to figure out what was happening with my 2014 Honda Hybrid bc I had battery on but car just wasn't getting enough power to fully start. Got in A very nice attendant with a Dino tattoo ? (didn't get her name) help me by checking battery and found it was low but but wasn't getting full charge. Then attendant Chris came to assist and we decided to remove and try to fully charge the battery (which would take about an hour) and see if the battery keeps the charge. After it was all said and done I had to change the Battery bc it apparently did t keep the charge. Chris helped me get a new battery to fit my make and model (Duralast). It would have been nice to get more of an idea of the battery requirements besides just the price and warranty duration. After coming home and reading up more it may have been better to get the gold duralast vs the regular duralast. But didn't know that was what I was paying for. It was presented as this price and warranty or that price and warranty.. but not the usefulness of the battery to the utility (power usage) of the car based on what car is equipped with.. Still, It worked great, started car with no issues drove away feeling better than I came in. Now Let's see how long this one last. Thanks Chris and the Autozone team for making me feel safer driving away.

Had been here 2 different times, staff it's always helpful, great advice & patience. Bought a battery on my last visit and the price was fair & up to the standard of the quality, couldn't ask for more. Overall great, chill place to go purchase your auto needs.

I love this location. They always have what I need. Justin R is amazing. He was so patient with me, not to mention full of helpful knowledge about what I needed for my car. Kudos to him. Will always go to this location for my car necessities.

Got a battery here in Jan 2021. It was poorly installed by the employee and my auto shop had to fix it. Then it died in just over a year—not AutoZone’s fault, but I went in to ask about a warranty. The manager told me there’s a three-year warranty on it, but because I didn’t bring my car to the store when it died (have it towed there, I guess? To a store at night?), they wouldn’t refund it. I said I’d had it towed to the shop a couple blocks away, and they had replaced it. The manager said, first, that the shop should be able to tell how it died, such as if it was because I had left the lights on or something was wrong with the car. I had no idea batteries had this sort of black-box capability. He then said that if I brought the dead battery to them, they would test it and give me a new one if the old one was indeed bad. Except that my battery had already been replaced because my car died. So basically their warranties are a joke. In short: don’t buy batteries here and definitely don’t let them install them. And above all, don’t bother asking a manager if something goes wrong.

When my headlight socket shorted out, I came here to get replacement parts. I was hesitant to do the repair myself because I have a hybrid, and didn't know if I had to disconnect the hybrid battery, or just the regular one. Then one of the managers offered to do the repair for me! He did it quickly and saved me a lot of money going to a repair shop. Now THAT'S customer service!!!! I would go to other auto supply places before this, but they've more than earned my dedication. I recommend them to everyone.

I needed a new battery. I called and asked if they installed batteries bought there. The person who answered looked up my vehicle and for my vehicle they said they could do it. I showed up and Justin came out to my car. He removed my old battery, sold me a new one, installed it, gave me some advice about something I needed to follow up with a mechanic on and I was on my way. He was professional and nice and I could not have asked for a better experience.

The manager was extremely patient and thorough when installing wiper blades and took the time to train an employee on the process as he was installing. Other staff were also very courteous and helpful

I've visited this store twice and it is clean, well-stocked and the employees are quick to help and address your issues. In 40 degree F weather, the Manager (Isaac) checked my battery; replaced my battery, checked my starter and alternator, and checked me out at the register very efficiently and with great professional courtesy. I wouldn't hesitate to come back here to buy products I need, or benefit from the services they offer.

Friendly staff and they always have what I need for my vehicle. Past visit was for cleaning supplies for the Avalon along with wiper blades (which were expensive but I got a $10 store gift card)& gas cleaner. There are numerous locations in my area so I never have to travel far to visit one. Decent store hours as well and they also let you borrow tools, I have never done so but I have seen people come and and do so.
