This shop is so helpful as someone who doesn’t know much abt cars!! Mike was awesome and helped me figure out what I needed and gave me really helpful advice about my car! He went above and beyond, I’m thankful and will definitely comeback.

About a month ago, Ryan helped me with a return and installed a new wiper blade on my SUV. He was friendly from the time I entered the store by greeting me and providing assistance. I felt he deserved a tip for the excellent customer service but he declined it. Hope the company will take care of great reps like this. A few weeks earlier, I met the manager as well (can't recall his name) but he was also friendly and helpful.

Dave and Ryan were great! They both were professional and helpful. Ryan installed my new battery and wipers in a timely manner. I would recommend Bowie Advanced Auto Parts for any auto needs. 5 stars!!!!

Just came in to exchange my brakes And the exchange wasn’t pleasant. It could’ve been better.

Had what I needed. Can be more expensive than Amazon but you do get the part immediately.

Staff is friendly and helpful. For those of you who don't know, they have free loaner tools that you can use to still stuff you buy there and they'll even give you a hand installing it if you run into trouble.

Worst customer service I’ve ever received in any retail store. The general manager Jerome explained the return policy poorly and then became rude and condescending when we asked clarifying questions. When we asked to speak to a regional manager, he left to make a call but was able to assist us with our return request once he got back. At the end of the interaction, his tone heightened and he made unnecessary remarks insulting our intelligence and was actually aggressive in his mannerisms. If that is the so called general manager, I have serious concerns about their customer service skills and their hiring process.

Other than interaction with a young man working there, I think his name was xayvion. He was very kind and helpful, made things very easy to find. The store is cluttered and chaotic and the music isn’t welcoming to neighboring communities. It’s culturally insensitive and I would really like to see better from my local advanced auto parts.

Great and friendly staff good service and well stocked

Thanks to Juan Rocha, RPP, this was my best experience with this store. He greeted me coming into the door and made me feel welcomed. Over the many years I have never felt this way with this particular store. He shared a wealth of knowledge and assisted me with excellent service!!!

Couldn't ask for a more helpful and knowledgeable staff. I came in with my 92 year old Dad needing something and they took us right there, took it up to the register for us, offered assistance if I had needed it getting to the car. Really nice people. Oh, had a very good selection to choose from covering all price ranges. Highly recommended

I stopped in thinking I needed my battery replaced. The three gentleman on staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Craig expertly tested my battery, confirmed a new one was needed, and installed the new battery in the parking lot. Top notch customer service at this location!

I ordered a battery online, went in the next day and they replaced within 30 mins... on a SUNDAY! STELLAR SERVICE.

Customer service was not the best but the if fully stocked which is a good thing

Today, approximately around 4:50pm, I went into this store to get a full refund for headlight they sold me and it was the wrong one. They wouldn't take headlight back because it was open. All electronics are non-refundable. Now if I was told that when I brought it I wouldn't be here writing this review. My point is the associate sold me the wrong part, which is not my fault. Spoke to the manager on duty. He was very nonchalant and really didn't care what I was saying. So I called customer service and they gave me store credit, the same thing the manager could have done.

If you want answers go to Brandon. He is very knowledgeable and has great customer service.

As I was driving home, it began to rain mixed with snow. My windshield wipers were frayed and wasn't wipe the snow-mix off. I couldn't see clearly and was a little concerned. The very next day I stooped at Advance Auto Parts. I went in and told him that I needed a windshield blade. He read off his list of cost and their performance after I asked which kind should I get. Some were costly and others weren't. Once I decided and purchased it, yes, you can buy 1 at a time, I asked how do you put it on? He volunteered to put it on at no additional cost. He had me drive to the curb and removed the old one and put on the new. He instructed me to turn it on, spray windshield water on the glass, and I was done. I offered a monetary gift for his service, but he refused. I told him"God Bless You", and drove away. I was so relieved.
This wasn't the first time. A lightbulb replacement, suggestion of a radiator, and other things. As a person who knows little about parts, these people know their business. Great place to get help when you don't need to go to a mechanic.

Generally pretty happy with the stock and service. I like the quality brand parts over some of the off brands the others have. Service is usually good and prices are always decent.

It was not very pleasant. The female clerk directed me to wall to fine an air filter for my vehicle and it did not appear to be on the wall. When I told her I could not find it she did not bother to come and look for herself since her computer said they were 2 in stock. A left frustrated without purchasing anything. This is the 1st time I had a poor experience at Advance Auto part.

The employee was very cordial and helpful in verifying the product I was buying.

I bought a car battery from this place 2 years and 10 month ago. It carries a three year warranty. Over the last 3 days the battery would die over night and needed charging or a jump. One would think that this is a sign that the battery is going down. Upon inspection the terminals were oozing, and the battery was warped. I called Advance-Auto and was called the battery is under warranty and would be replaced without additional cost. I brought the battery back and Marshall the manager I suppose, hooked it up to his battery tester and it showed it was "good" and told me it must be my car. Really?? What do you expect the battery to be after I charged it for 12 hours??? Just wait until tomorrow morning and it will be dead again. He was rude, not helpful at all, he just turned around, walked away and let his "employee" handle the situation. He denied me the warranty that the battery carries. A guy that works there should understand cars and support his customers. Needles to say, I will not be back there.

Addendum note: I purchased a new battery. The car is now starting without any problems. So, Marshall, it was NOT the car!!

This place has cool folks who will help you out if you need it. Just keep in mind that their entire inventory is online, so you can go in knowing what you want right away. I think you can even order stuff for pickup.

As far as auto parts stores go this place is good. Staff is always helpfull and courteous. Never had a problem having to order something they did not have in stock.

this would be an alright auto parts store if you didn't have to wait behind 30 people every time you go in... doesn't matter what day of the week, what hour, or what time of the year, it is a guarantee that you will be in there at least 30-45 minutes, mostly spent waiting in line. they seem like nice folks, and they generally have the parts and stuff I need, but I just can't stand using up all my time set aside for car repair, waiting in line just to buy something.
