Not a paid review but a factual review. I called Heavy Duty Towing made mention of the equipment i needed towed. Car carriers do not tow easily. The guys were knowledgeable with the area, showed up pretty fast, and took the time to hook up the truck safely. On the drop off they took extra time making sure the truck was dropped off in the same manner it was picked up and communicated with me the entire time. I was glad to have run into HDT answered every question i had didnt come off as " you just a driver" you dont know anything. I would definitely call HDT if i breakdown in the area again. thanks for the great customer service

I was impressed with the speed and professionalism of your employee. I ran out of gas in the middle of the highway four lanes of traffic. I was afraid I was going to be hit from behind the ETA was 20mins he got over to me in 10mins. I am so grateful to the operator who answered the phone and the young man operating the towe ? truck.
