I give them five stars bc they fast and respectful and most I when I pick up my title everyone there be treated me good there and most i don’t care people say. If I need help with a car they come help out . they always have the good attitude.

TERRIBLE. The manager Alison rarely responded when I emailed her and she refused accountability on Copart's damage even after I provided proof. My car had an accident on the back end and was taken to their lot until I bought it back from insurance. They took weeks to deliver - awful communication skills, AND when they towed the car to me, they broke the under engine shield cover. SHOWED THEM PICTURES OF THE CAR ON THEIR LOT VS HOW IT WAS DELIVERED - denied evidence. AND could it get worse? YES. A sensor was missing from the front of the car.

Had a vehicle that was totaled towed here. I needed to get into the vehicle to delete my personal information from the car and everyone between the staff at front and the staff in the back was helpful throughout the process. They even helped provide power to the dead battery for the screen to turn on. I recommend this place:)

Most of the vehicles are not eligible for purchase by individuals you should have some kind of license. It’s a total waste of money.

Very awful service. People who work here have little knowledge about the job. When you want to get a title, it’s says there a line and you have to wait 2 hours but there is just two cars parked who is waiting (including me), when you go inside they are just sitting and chatting between them and when you want help they send you back to wait, wait for nothing. Spend my time waiting with the other person, because the staff were “busy”. Horrible customer service.

Terrible costumer service, we waiting for long time and they don't have restroom to the costumer ,As if you were asking, after spending thousands of dollars, they treat you like you are asking them for help so they can find you a title.

Horrible service. This place will let your car sit at the impound during insurance claim for weeks.! My son’s car has just been waiting for them to pick it up for three weeks. The was signed over for replace three weeks ago and do not bother to call. The staff gives inaccurate and misleading information to just have you calling back for days. UNBELIEVABLE!!

I had an accident in June. My totaled car was taken to Copart. I called them to request my tags, and the lady told me they would send them to my house, and that it could take up to 30 days to arrive. I called them back some time and they told me my tags were destroyed. I can’t cancel my old insurance without it, so now I’m struggling to get insurance for my new car. Horrible.

I visited this site today to preview a a vehicle and was a little apprehensive based on the reviews. The reality could not be further from the reviews. I found the team (shout out to Pamela, Chelsea and Michael) to be amazingly helpful. I was new to this world and they (and the whole team) were patient and extremely helpful. I didn’t win the jag in the end but I’ll be back to this place if a car comes up that I like.

As a dealer who purchased more than 20 vehicles from Copart in the past few months alone , I don't recommend this location at all. I have contacted the customer service , lot manager and regional manager for this particular auction but no response. They have damaged a car which I purchased at their lot and after the time of purchase and refuse to respond to any emails and calls. I will attach pictures for everyone to see the vehicle condition when listed vs when delivered. I give Copart a chance to remove this review by making it right.

First of all when you walk in there about 4 people sitting down behind the counter. No one says hello, looks up at you or anything. After standing here for 15 minutes someone asks did I put myself in line? How tf am i to know to check myself in if the staff don’t open their mouth. There’s no chairs so while you’re waiting to be called for 1hour+ before they know what you’re here for you just standing around. Prepare to stand and figure out the process on your own cause these people are a trip. I really can’t stand simple business with a bunch of incompetent clowns as staff.

The management at this location needs a serious customer service training refresher. The manager would not allow the loaders to load my vehicle because my vest was 'construction orange', not lime green. I had to purchase the vest in the office for CASH, and was refused a receipt. Also, no access to restrooms. Very rude, very unprofessional.

Went to preview 3 cars. Coincidentally all the mileage is rolled back. Be careful for sure a rat race. I wouldn’t be surprised if the mileage being rolled back coincidental. Be careful do your due diligence.

The worst copart yard to have any type of experience at. They don’t treat you well at all. They take the longest even when they are empty in the pickup area. The safety patrol will come nag you if you’re sitting on the back of your truck about a vest. Not worth going to this yard at all. They should shut this one down In my opinion

Customer Service is non-existent! I am going to write a lengthy e-mail to the Corporate office about my experience. There should be absolutely no way that such a big and well known Corporation has such low quality customer service and confusion. I mean, everyone I spoke to had not one clue as to what was going on, who I should be transferred to, and all had different schedules or notes. The attitudes! The attitudes were disgusting! Do whatever possible to avoid doing business here! Save yourself the unnecessary confusion and headache!

My car was trashed of things that doesn’t belong to me in the inside after being left there! A bumper, shoes and all kinds of things and dirt! My car was clean and clear before going there! Someone pulled out things that were put away in my trunk as well! I will never willingly let my car go there again!

Welp, i walked in and NOBODY in the office greeted me. Not even a "hey someone will be with you shortly." Finally, after 5 minutes of standing I go up to the counter and say what I need assistance with. They respond with looking over to the empty desk and say, she'll be with you shortly." Who is she'll? No one is sitting there. The other agent ask, is that all you need and proceeds to assist me. Insane that i didn't know i all this time i was invisible. No one saw me, crazy. Its either im invisible or the customer service died with low gas prices.

If I could give no stars I would. I've been waiting for my title for 4 months! 3 separate times they've told me that it was getting mailed out. They've already received my money for the request and mailing of the title, but won't mail it??? I'm 4 states away, I honestly don't know what to do next. I can't drive my car without getting the car registered, this is a complete mess. Don't EVER buy a car from here.

manager very mean and disrespectful. seems they are angry about their job. cannot give direction to first time carriers. cancelled appointment even when driver explained it was his first time there and didn't know the procedure. A little curtsey and kindness would have made a lot of difference. wish I could give no star.

I purchased a car from this location in October 2022. The title was not ready at the time of pick up. I called numerous times over the past 3 months trying to have them mail me the title. I was told on more than one occasion that the title had been sent to me via Fedex, however it had never been sent. I contacted the office manager, the office supervisor, as well as the regional manager, but my emails were ignored. It took me involving an employee from another location to finally get their management involved in locating and sending the title out. My emails and phone calls were never returned and even after waiting for over 3 months, they still had the nerve to charge me for the FedEx fees. Horrible customer service, and even worse management. The only employee that actually helped me was Sierra, who was able to physically put the title in the mail.

People are mean I picked the vehicle for the 1st time and I didn't know the whole process how to do it they told me that I need to make an appointment online my app didn't work properly I call my freind he help me to make an account then I try to make a appointment but it said that it was booked till next day I star to worry I went to the office did the same process again and then I finally got my car. Just before you going there be ready to meet people that are lazy and mean. 1 out of 5 stars bad service

I had an issue and the manager Kali was able to direct me…I had previously been misinformed by corporate but I’m glad I got in contact with the branch about my issue. If you are having an issue about a specific lot ,I advise you contact the branch instead of corporate as they are more informed about their rules and policies, since the policies differ from branch to branch. Overall a good experience with the manager.

Lynette took care of me. She is very kind and professional. The staff here is amazing. The gentleman up front was very helpful to another customer. The young lady with red hair is also amazing as well. They get you in and out without being made feel rushed. Out of any copart I go to this is the best one. Great staff and thank you Lynette for being such a pleasant experience

If I could put 0 stars I would. Worse service ever. Charged me storage on a car that was already picked up and refused to refund me my money GM is a piece of sh...t. Says it's my fault they didn't notice car was gone. Never buying from here again much rather keep buying from IAAI I recommend everyone go there if you are reading this I recommend you dont buy any cars from Maryland all there yards have horrible service full of rude people.

Buying cars from this facility is nothing but headaches from pick up to Receiving documents. Seems like this place is being ran by rookie or someone who isn’t cut out with the day day Operation. Bought a car two months ago still don’t have the title. No announcement on title being delayed. Paid for delivery, month later they say they can’t deliver it. They owe me a refund on the delivery still haven’t received the title I wanna call they just keep pushing me to the side I wrote emails to general manager with no replies. If it takes a general manager to handle a situation over two months and it’s telling me that it’s not run by a professional businessman instead by a loony tune circus clown

this is the most horrible place of business I know. they have zero customers service and lack knowledge of their job. they all need to be fired and replaced with more knowledgeable and professional staff. I sent someone to make payment and the agent or manager set the payment type to credit card instead of cashier check and told her she was short.

Nice employees pretty helpful. Policy of checkin on mobile app needs to be better explained to first time customers. They almost need a 4x8 sized sign when you walk up. Not their fault at the location though.
