If I could give zeros stars I would. Charged 1850 to get my car out their lot. Car was still drivable and everything. Said oh well that’s the price. Very unprofessional and scams. Definitely a rip off I suggest to call your insurance roadside assistance!! Even if they take longer than them do not let them tow your car because that will rip you off.
My car drifted & slide in the ditch , I told the driver and police officer to take it to my house said he told me no & took it the their lot while the police officer was making jokes about it. I promise you don’t call the police they will talk to you any kind of way and curse at you and this towing company cause they are unprofessional rude and rip offs
Best Towing Company Around!!!! Very professional. Communication was GREAT!!! I received a time slot for delivery and my vehicle showed up on time. They have even hauled Semi Trucks for me. I would recommend Baltimore Towing to anyone for all of their towing needs.
Baltimore towing is in bed with Gray Manor Inn and are towing cars from their parking lot and charging $300+ to get them back for being parked inside of the business limits. I've never seen a more blatant display of Racketeering in my life. I'm picking up my car, paying the made up fees, and never giving Gray Manor or Baltimore Towing my business again.
My car broke down in the middle of traffic I told the driver and police officer to take it to my bf house up the street and he told me no and the police officer tried to put me in handcuffs just because I was telling her I couldn’t afford it!!! I promise you don’t call the police they will talk to you any kind of way and curse at you and this towing company cause they are unprofessional and unreliable and they also wouldn’t let me get my stuff out of my truck

The driver was amazing, make sure to take every step to protect my car. Reason I'm resting it a star, is due to non transparency about upcharging for my tow since it was out of their service area. Middle river is 15 minutes away from where I got towed from and they charged me 295. Would definitely call around before, and use them as a last ditch option.
Drivers think they're above the law and can just do 65 in the left hand lane in the highway for miles and just cause traffic. Dude never moved into the right hand lane until .2 miles before his exit. Judging by the other reviews, a few of their drivers or past drivers drive around like idiots. That's a liability you guys should look into...
Ran out of drive time while shopping at a Walmart in Baltimore, Tow truck driver pounded on my door with an open carry firearm and i felt threatened for my life. Forced me to leave, UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY and no respect for semi drivers.
Towed my trailer in the parking lot even though the lady told me it was ok to park there they pretty much pray on people and wait till you park they want 2,500 dollars to get it out it's crazy
Our Driver call for help he was stuck at the mud , they come pull off the truck all was done in the next 60min, BUT when they call for payment they ask for 4.500$ . Please avoid this towing company they will take all of your money this is how they doing they will tow your truck and trailer and pay more more more and more SHAME ON YOU!!! I just went here to help my neighbor get her possessions and tags from her car the people there are very helpful they even took the tags off for us just make sure you stop in at the desk and don't just drive into the yard
Tow truck driver was really cool and helpful. But whoever was at the front desk in charge on Thursday the white guy with the dark hair was pretty ignorant. He asked me where the accident happened so I told him but the driver put the wrong address so he said " so you must of crashed it and kept going" lol as he tells the guy to sweep the floor around his feet as he stands there. So I told him no and explained where it happened but he still had an attitude. I haven't been in an accident in 20 years and know nothing about cars so I asked if he thought it was totalled and he giggles. Just very unprofessional after losing a brand new car. All is good though. Life goes on lol
If i could leave 0 stars i would but goole wont let me. These people came out of no where and towed our penske truck and they never called or said anything to us. Very disrespectful. And then when we called them to verify it was our truck the man we spoke to said "he didn't feel like going up to the yard to check the Vin". No help at all. Very disappointed with the service also where we had parked was. Ot in the lot the had towing rights to.
They Tried to charge me $1500 for a local tow because it was a Tesla, claiming risk of fire. All we had was a flat tire... The driver that came out was very helpful and understanding. But the owner “Sunny” seems to only care about his paycheck. Was able to call another company “Done Rite Auto” who only charged $250 total.
Called looking for a tow of a car in a tight spot, needing to go not even 2 miles, and pickup was located maybe 3 miles from their main location. Was asked to send pics of the cars location to them via text. Never heard back. Called Done Rite towing in Essex and they had a driver there in 20 mins, tow was completed from pickup to drop off in approximately 6 mins. Great service from them
Very terrible service. Reminds me of the Hills have eyes. Handed people the wrong keys to the wrong car, lacked professionalism, and very racial. Wade was the only sensible one. We were sitting there for about an hour and my friends were harassed for several forms of identification and had to jump through hoops to get their own car back. On top of that one of the drivers or owners who knows because they act like they couldn't open their mouths saw a white lady come in and offered her beverages and my friend who was there ignored her. Never even said hey would you like some water? No
.. he went above and beyond to go get coffee and cream and sugar
That is a place to never have your car taken.....Avoid at all cost unless you are viewed as Jennifer Aniston or Brad Pitt....

Our 3 motocycles were stolen. We were told they had found 1( the smallest 50 cc). It was picked up at night and instead of notifying us that night and the fee would have been $119, they waited until after midnight( charges for another day were applied) to call us. Additional fees were charged for storage. This bike was I urs. We are not the thieves. Why were we punished for the crime. We r hoping f I r the other 2 bikes to be returned. H I w much will this total hundreds or $1000. Why am i paying double for my property???. All towing co., should be more willing to return others property, not get so greedy. Also answer rhe phones.
What began as a very unpleasant and stressful conversation on the phone turned into a respectful, professional interaction in person. Although my experience involved two different people, one which hung up on me, ended with a much desired response from a more sensible person.
So, my car was towed there due to an accident that totaled it. I was able to grab my tags and personal items for a towing and storage fee. The price was very fair and the man even helped me junk the car. Great service indeed!
$100 for a lockout less then 2 miles from their lot. Not to mention it took them 45min to get there. And the driver wasn’t sure how to open the door. So I grabbed the tools and did it myself in 10seconds.
Driver was very professional and nice. Nothing against him. But maybe training on newer vehicles on how to pop them open.
I was totally ripped off by their company. They billed for unnecessary charges. They towed my car from the scene of an accident, he took about 5 minutes to get my car on the truck and left. He charged for over an hour of “extra winching” and “extra ordinary circumstances”. I have a little car (2013 Ford Focus), and there was no issues with him getting my car on the truck. When I asked about the charges I was told “we have to make our money somehow”. I’m not very happy and they will never get another dime out of me!
Best tow company! My insurance could not find a tow company to pick me up off of the freeway. I found these guys and they were quick to respond. After waiting nearly 2 hours for nothing, these guys were there in 30 min. They're dedicated for sure. Thanks again Junor.
These guys are great. It was my first accident in a big truck and these guys have the patience of saints. They did everything they could to help get my truck and trailer off the road and even towed it to Pennsylvania where it could be worked on. They where very professional in every aspect. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a tow truck big or small.
Considering the stress level of having to pick my Daughter up after her first accident. The guys were so kind and caring from the driver calming my Daughter to helping with directions to their lot. The Owner was so considerate keeping the shop open while i made multiple phone calls to avoid being charged storage over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. I enjoyed chatting with him while we waited for the next tow truck. It really made the day a little easier.
i saw that there were some really bad reviews on here but only after calling them to tow my truck from a local dealership to a shop i use for repairs. After seeing the reviews I was a bit concerned but all in all the experience was acceptable and professional. they were a couple of hours late for the pickup that they said would take about 45 minutes. They actually took about 3.5 hours but they did arrive and promptly towed my truck to the local repair shop. The gentleman on the phone, who took my calls, was friendly and always answered each time I called. They called me back after my car was towed and took my credit card info for the payment. They are on the high side, price wise, charging 195.00 for less than 5 miles but i was in a rush and didn't research pricing so thats on me. You can't blame a company for their pricing if you decide to go with their services. I was also skeptical about giving some random guy my credit card info over the phone but within minutes the charge went through and it was in the exact amount he stated, They quickly sent me an email with the receipt as I requested also. This was definitely not a scam and they definitely have a real towing service. You could probably negotiate a better rate than i did but using their service was not a mistake and I would definitely use them again.
