  I'm in sussex county Delaware greenwood Delaware area but I lived there in Baltimore MD inner Harbour and Curtis Bay also Glen Burnie. Locals there are hard people but friendly . But, due to area locals are hard on outer edges but are really nice as most in other areas are same as any of us. When I called Marty's the person on phone I let know I was in delaware and he said come look at 4 rotors he had in stock I needed and Said I could choose from 4 he had and pick 2 I needed out of 4. Was very nice and didn't make or keep me waiting on phone. Just said hold Please and came rite back and was nice and I was done he hung up friendly. Don't know what black lady was talking. Can't please every one . People think world is theirs or are owed something cause of whom are or ethnicity etc. All are equal and take a number

  They are very rude when answering the phone. They do not deliver parts the day or time they say they will. The parts they give a defective and no good. They refuse to give you a refund or replacement part in a timely manner. I will not recommend getting anything from here at all.

  Worst salvage yard ever. Don't buy any parts from these guys. They sent me parts that were no good and would not give a refund. The last time I ordered from them they sent the wrong parts and never made good and still refused to give a refund. These guys are crooks!

  I contacted Marty's about a used engine and though they did not have it in stock, they graciously referred me to another business. The other business, Frankford Auto Recyclers, did have it in stock. As a local small business owner, I think it is important to highlight companies who, not only, have excellent products and services BUT provide exemplar customer service. Marty's is such a company. If I have any car part needs in the future or know of anyone who does, Marty's will be the first stop. Ask for Frankie!

  This is a great place to go I just wish I could pull my own parts but then sometimes it's good to have a part ready for you when you go there and if it's not there trust me they'll find it for you they definitely had my thumbs up peace blessings to all

  worse customer Service ever. I request a part to be send to a shop and they drop it at the wrong place than they took 2 days to send it back the to the right shop and when they showed up the delivery guy didn't even leave the part because I wasn't at the shop but the other worker was at the shop. the dilievry guy took it back to Baltimore and they refuse to send it back because I personally wasn't there, I drove one hour to Baltimore to get my part and when I showed up the part wasn't even there I had to drive back the nest day one hour to get the part and the part they give me was all broken/leaking . SHOP'S DON'T OREDER PART FROM THIS LOCATION SO YOUY DONT END UP HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM.

  I've had multiple good experiences at Marty's. They are a used auto parts office, so your saving a significant amount of money on your car parts. I've never had an issue exchanging a part and if they don't have what you need in stock they will go above and beyond to find it at one of their other locations. They are good about answering the phone, but you might have to wait a few minutes for them to get to you. I consider them to be honest about their parts and I've seen them refuse to sell a part since it wasn't in good condition. Highly recommended. They also offer lifetime warranty on alternators and starters.

  They CARE. I called in looking for a side mirror. Even though they didn't carry it, the man I spoke to took the time to check all of their locations, offered an alternative, AND even found a location in Missouri that had it and offered their number to make the process easier on me. The silver lining is he spoke to me like a human being, not another sale. You can't beat customer service like that.

  I put a deposit down for my part and they said they will call me the next day to pick it up no one ever called so I'll call them and they said they got a part but it was broken okay cool so they said they will call me the next day after another good used part I never heard anything from them after that

  I have never seen or heard of this company in my life. Their white delivery pickup truck comes flying behind me on the road tailgating me and flashing his headlights at me and weaving in and out of traffic for no reason. I would have to assume that the customer service is just as bad. I’ll never do business with them. You have to remember you’re in a moving billboard. If that’s how they act on the road. That’s sad!

  Very upset with how things were handled. Long story short Lee was incredibly unprofessional and rude to work with, by rude meaning he likes to hang up on people. Never going to try to do business with them again. Would never recommend and never will.

  This place is good for used parts. He has a lil of everything. They pull it for you. U can put in orders , then pick up the next day. Even if the part is no good, you can return it. As long as it's theirs. I always do business with Marty's . He's a good guy. Go check him out.

  Terrible customer service. I ordered a part gave my credit card information and not only couldn’t get a confirmation of my order, but the salesman wouldn’t take my calls. I would strongly recommend finding another salvage facility to do business with.

  I called them at least 5 times before heading out there to make sure they had what I wanted. I asked them to check if the part was good to avoid wasting time and drive for no reason but they claimed I have to be in the parking lot before they got it out. It was a good 45 minutes drive, so I gave them my ETA. I got there, only for them to tell me oh we went to take a look at it a while back but it was damaged and we didnt have a number to reach you on. By that, they meant they the workers dont know how to operate a phone. That was absolutely unacceptable. Wouldn't go back there and dont recommend anyone does.
