ZERO STARS* DO NOT RECOMMEND. Company towed at new apartment complex near Ripken Stadium. There is ONE sign near the building and not anywhere else, facing the spots in front of the building. I parked acrossed the street of the complex WHERE THERE ARE NO SIGNS AT ALL. Thinking it was a neutral zone, I parked my car there for one night, woke up for work and walked out to where my car would be at 5:30am. It was gone and a cop saw me aimlessly walking around looking for it to which he asked if I was okay. I informed him that my car may have been towed and that I was confused as there were no signs. Even he said that it was “weird” they’d tow a car where there were no signs. He thought my car may have been stolen instead LOL. I then called the towing company and they said they had my car, then said it would be $565 to get it from them. If it were parked illegally you’d think I’d receive a ticket instead, nope. Absolutely insane, accept cash only, very shady and dingy. For the amount they charge people to get towed (NOT EVEN 10 MILES) you’d think their building and car lot would be luxurious, it is run down with metal scraps littering the lot to which I probably have in my tires now. Wish I could add the video showing there’s no signs to be seen at all near the entire strip of parking on the side I did.
Edit: I am aware this company is contracted to tow in this lot, but to tow where there are zero visible signs and to charge that much sickens me.
100% Illegal business. I highly recommend calling the police. I am pressing charges and most likely sueing in civil court. They stole everything out of my vehicle and refused to give me my property even after calling and showing up in person. They also sold my vehicle before the 30 day window for me to retrieve the vehicle was over! They are required, by law, to keep it for at least 30 days! They don't care, they will break every law there is. This place needs to get shut down ASAP. Nothing but SCAMMERS!!! Absolutely sickening

Did not accept card so had to go to two atms which meant more money due to fees.
The tow guy took me to the second atm and he was a really nice guy.
Wish I could give it negative stars. I bought a car from this scam dealer. Please don't anyone go here. He's a liar and a fraud. As soon as my daughter drove it home it was fine but the next day it started having issues, and it didnt want to start. I called them and all I was told was sorry we don't do repairs . Now it doesn't run at all. I am livid at this place. I wish to there was a way to have it shut down. It's a fake they are fraudulent thrives. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

ABSOLUTELY Horrible experience!!! Go anywhere but here. READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE COMING HERE!!!! I wish I read the previous reviews before I gave these scummy people my money. I bought a used car in early 2023 and the day after I brought it home it already had issues. And they don't buy the hunk of junks back that they sell you. I had it worked on multiple times before it completely stopped working by October of 2023! THEY SUCK!!!!
I think they are criminals . I just got my car out of impound paid 900 it was in a couple days bc I just buried my 6 year old daughter . Had to get emmisions done 2 days later they came and towed it this is after I been out of work for a month. I think the other tow company called them and said got one go get it then it's a cash business. Real fishy. Karma gonna get them.
A Fraud Company , charged me 500 for a tow fee and they didn’t even have my car for 24 hours. Also charged a 65$ storage fee. No one even contacted me to let me know my car was towed
I posted a photo so it will be on here soon. This company is absolutely disgusting. They do nothing but ride around low income houses at 1,2,3 am in the morning looking for anything to tow. If they can't find anything, the make up something so they can. They took my car FROM MY HOME! WHERE I PAY RENT!!!! Didn't inform anyone, no notice or anything. I called my police thinking my car had been stolen. Not illegally towed sway FROM MY OWN HOME! To top it all... I missed work obviously and then they charged 600 hundred dollars for a car they stole. So I hope it was worth it. I'll see you in court.

Ignorant drivers who think they can do and speak any way they want! Harassing people and demanding people to move. Staring at minors as they do laps looking for others to harass!! Very unprofessional and ignorant behavior!!! Threatening to tow cars with people inside them??!! Like seriously maybe you should run and train your employees better!!!!

This company stole my car twice . the first time they stole my car they claimed my window was shot out and cause my flat tire. my window was cracked not shot out and my tire was flat for a few hours in front of my home, i called HOA and they told this company to been stop towing cars in this community and they did what they wanted and guess what they had to bring my car back. today 7/17 they towed my car for exspired tags which is false i showed proof and also my car was covered in my mother in law drive way because of the storm and the guy rips my tarp off and towed my car, when called first guy said cause my window againnnnn then michelle the lady who is rude is hell said my tags i called police and showed my proof and they still wont release my car, so i am now taken legal action against them and i have so much proof for this case. i have recordings of the many lies they told me today. hope they are ready for it because i had court today and also work and the pain and suffering they keep causing me wont be nice when im finished with this tow company they will not want to tow another car illegally like they are the police.
If there was a 1 star this place would get it. Predatory towing practices. Staff is rude, used cars are trash and flipped vehicles. The repair shop is a band aid fix location. They over charge, but given the reviews it's either a 1 star or 5 star. Which I have a feeling the 5 stars are people they know. I will continue to pass along the negative remarks about this company.
Word of advice, if you see them hooked up to your car. Get in your car and refuse to leave. Have them call the police, when they get there tell them you were in the car when it was lifted. At this point it's your word against theirs....and you can tie up a ton of their time.
630$ to pick up my car that had been there for 1 day???? Cash only such a rip off -whoever took the phone call couldn’t answer a question straight to save there life - stood outside in sleet for 10 mins before someone finally answered the door and extremely rude.
Only reason there is a star is it won't let me post without it! Tow driver was EXTREMELY RUDE! My daughter parked my new in a lot that was not marked for repaving. Tow driver told my 18 yr old daughter, 1/4 of his size that he didn't have to talk to anyone because he "carriers" (Weapon on side!!) when asked to speak to me on the phone. I heard the entire thing! Had to call the sheriff to assist as my daughter had a panic attack and to hold driver until I arrived literally 10 minutes later. Will tell EVERYONE not to use this company!! SCAM BEWARE. This towing company is a predatory cash-grab. My vehicle was towed from my apartment complex for “being consecutively parked in a spot too long” I WAS ON VACATION. Rude staff, shady business practices, questionable business motives. If I was given the choice to have another one of my vehicles towed by CARRIERS TOWING, or take a swift kick to the groin, I would gladly lace Justin Tuckers cleats up, and even thank him after!!!

The favor he did for me was not charge me the one day storage fee of 35$
I told him this was the worst company no one could believe that they charged that much
Since I was at fault i offered him 200$ he did not budge 350$ cash only
It cost 11$ for ATM fee

Horrible tow company for my housing community. Nothing more but a $385 grab for this company. All of sudden during holiday season they decide to tow more than three cars from my neighborhood where it is clearly marked as an acceptable parking area. I’ve been living here for over 15 years without issues & now tow truck drivers just randomly out removing cars.
Do not support this business. I woke up this morning (09/21) at 0600 to my jet ski trailer missing which must have occurred sometime between the hours of 0000 - 0600 in Abingdon, MD. I received no notice that trailer was towed away and proceeded to report the jet ski and trailer as stolen to the Harford County Police. It was not until a Sheriff notified me that this company had towed the unit that I proceeded to call Carrier and was informed the tow cost would be $385. Approximately 6 hours later I called the company again to verify what documentation was necessary to retrieve the trailer and whether they had any flexibility on the cost. I was informed that there was no flexibility and the owner unprofessionally stated "I wouldn't pick up the jet ski for $385 if I were you, this is a nice jet ski and it would look really good on the Bush river" indicating that the owner would rather keep the jet ski for himself, which was an odd remark to make given the circumstances. Upon arrival to recover the jet ski / trailer I inquired about who requested the jet ski to be towed and the owner responded with "nobody ratted you out, we towed it while making our rounds" indicating that no one in the community complained nor did the HOA reach out. I later proceeded to call my HOA and was informed that if a complaint came through from a member of the community that they would leave a notice prior to towing away the vehicle / trailer. Obviously this company goes phishing for tows to make a quick buck at an absurd cost of $350/ tow and $35/ day storage rate. Upon inspection I found the trailer in Carrier's lot carelessly placed with the tongue in the gravel regardless of the fact there was a completely functional jack leg on the trailer. Additionally, the owner could not stress enough that it would be $385 cash only and they would not take a card, which is required of a tow company in the state of Maryland. Additionally, a tow company must receive approval from the property owner to remove a vehicle or trailer prior to performing a tow. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this company and if they are the designated tow company of the lot at your residence be prepared to deal with a shady business at best.
This morning came out to car beigg my hooked up and ask the driver how much it will be to drop the car he was very nasty and said call this number and threw a card at me usually they offer you a dropping fee he was very nasty and said no treated me very wrong and rude older guy at time like this they should treat you well they didn’t
It was a pleasure dealing with this company. Bought a used truck and had my best used car buying experience. Lloyd and Tina are nice and respectful. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a used vehicle.
My car was towed here after an accident. Very professional staff that wouldn't release my vehicle without my verbal, in-person approval. Great customer service, awesome staff!
They are simply the best, they're very professional and caring as well. They towed my car with my daughter's wheelchair stroller inside when I wasn't around and it's almost 2 months now so when I came back a neighbor told me my car has been towed and I want to their office and the towing fee in addition to the storage fee was too much for me that i couldn't afford it at the moment but they were kind enough to allow me take my daughter's wheelchair stroller from the car and asked me to come later so we can sort things out.
Got in an accident, tow truck made it within 20 minutes! Driver was very friendly & helpful. I misplaced the card so I called to make sure that's where my vehicle was & the man who helped me was a total sweetheart! Everyone here is super nice! I cleaned out my car but forgot my steering wheel cover & they're going to grab it before my car leaves so I can pick it up, great customer service all around! Definitely recommend them to everyone! Thanks guys! :)
Tow truck driver donnie was rude and destroyed the car that he towed from us. Swore he knew what he was doing but never put our manual car in Neutral nor did he take emergency break off before dragging it on the bed an while more concerned telling me our car would be fine little did he know I knew he had messed it up! Got to the junkyard an the back air vent visor on the back half of the car was ripped off and owner claimed wasnt donnie but car wasnt like that when donnie came an got it. It was damaged in their posession yet they cant even own up to it smh worst tow ever ! Tow truck driver def needs a new job or better training he had not a clue what he was doing a women had to tell him he even screwed up! Smh never again

Car was towed illegally from apartment complex I was visiting. The black American worker/mechanic was extremely talkative and rude. He lied and said my vehicle was parked in the same location for two consecutive days. My car was not parked there for two consecutive days. He also exclaimed they only took cash for tows which I later found out tow companies are required to take cash and two forms of major credit cards. I'm sure this company and many others participate in predatory towing. Why would you make family visitors pay $385 for tows in a low to moderate income neighborhood? $385 is almost half the rent for a 1 bedroom. Im extremely unhappy with this tow and it has cause myself and my family no food for the week.
My car was towed due to an ignorant landlord and the company truly helped us get our car back. They went over and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and helped so very much . I can't thank them enough !!
