I was a walk-in. After being disappointed with Mr. Tire's servicing my lights, and googleing a five star mechanic, NTB came up, had excellent reviews. I talked with Brittany, was serviced with excellence, in and out within 15 minutes, pleasant atmosphere, great prices, and highly recommend them. They got my business now! Lights are working!

Nice place to go. Went there for a new battery. I did make an appointment and was in and out within the hour. Brittany was great about communicating with me during the process. Will definitely go back.

IN THE MATTER OF A CRISIS WE COULDN'T THANK BRITTANY AND ROB ENOUGH. THE ONLY AUTO SHOP THAT HELPED US GET BACK ON THE ROAD. A SIMPLE JOB FELT LIKE A SURGICAL TASK WHEN WE CAME TO OTHER SHOPS. ASK FOR BRITTANY AND ROB IF YOU WANT TOP TIER SERVICES.

I live in Elkton but work in Aberdeen. I worked a few hours on a normally scheduled day off and decided it would be a great time to order new tires and have them installed at this location on that day. Now on to the day after... This NTB was 100% correct in taking the old tires off but only 25% correct in putting the new tires on - I'll explain... As the song goes - One of these things is not like the others, only 1 tire was mounted correctly, the inside of both fronts and the rear passenger are mounted facing the outside. The 4 pics say it all - 75% of my "new" asymmetrical tires have been running backwards with the weaker shoulder on the outside - I drive a 4200 pound All Wheel Drive Taurus and they don't treat this mistake like an emergency to correct as I do, it's "sorry we will try to squeeze you in" to restore the after the sale safety, comfort and confidence you should have left with... (Now I understand why a road hazard warranty wasn't even discussed or offered) A Mavis tire center closer to me will make the corrections but I still had to schedule that so this company blows for making mistakes and in efforts needed to correct them... If you wish to only have 1 of 4 asymmetrical tires mounted correctly this is your place, who am I to judge your choice in how you want your loved ones as well as yourself to be taken out - keep your tire receipt in the glove box so the crash investigators can finger this locations inability to mount tires properly as the cause of your own demise and that of others... To Mavis / NTB - Nothing stings like an accurate, truthful, pic proven review. You sell thousands of tires to people who would have never checked your work... You owe me a refund on the install fee and you might want to do a courtesy recall for the customers who have had tires installed by the "Bad Tire Install Tech"!!!

I recently took my vehicle to NTB in Aberdeen. Pat Bartholow greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. He is friendly and I trusted him to give me the best service.

I have been going to this location. Ever since the doors opened as NTB. I came in on 10/1/25. I had 4 new tires put on my sons Sonata. I was very happy with everything. Until they called to say the emergency brake wasn't holding well. And should be replaced . Along with the break pads. I said thank you, but we can handle that on our own. Plus being a lot more price friendly. Doing the work on our own. I went to Napa to buy what was needed. Went out Sunday morning to work on his car. What a surprise to find out that the emergency break shoes didn't need to be replaced. Nor, did the bread pads. I asked my husband how come the guy told me it wasn't holding. Maybe it had something to do with the fact he didn't put it on. When we put the emergency break on. You could not move the rotor at all. When we took of the emergency break. Of, course you could move it all over the place. When you hire people to work on cars. And they suggest things to be done. People tend to believe they know what they are talking about. Like I said I have been coming to you since you opened yours doors as NTB. I'll be going to Mr. Tire or Buddy's Auto in Abingdon. Now everything I bought from Napa. I need to take back for a credit. Because it wasn't needed.

This place has quickly become my go-to. Every time we get a nail in our tires, or a last min wheel alignment, the friendly and professional staff has always found a way to squeeze us in. Work quality is great - highly recommend them for your automotive needs!

Recently got an oil change here. However, after getting the service done, I drove maybe 5 minutes away to run errands and noticed my oil level still fair minimum. I called NTB back to ask why the oil level at minimum, when I get oil changes it’s always at the maximum level. They agreed for me to bring my car back and they did whatever they needed to do because my level was now at maximum. I was not going to complain; however, now I am having coolant issues. I am not sure if the coolant hoses were maybe disconnected to get to my oil filter, but I did not have a coolant leak prior to getting service here.

Great team that always provides quick and reliable service on my cars & trucks. They have a clean and spacious customer lounge. They’ve earned my trust and loyalty.

Amazing and fast service. Went in to get my brake lights changed as it was broken and only took about 30 minutes. Would go again if I have any problems with my car.

Great service both times I've scheduled service. The team is communicative, professional and welcoming. Dylan was hands on with informing me of what was going on before the service and also communicated the suggestions for my vehicle. Services completed in a timely fashion on a Saturday morning at that! Good people, good service! My type of party!

This shop always goes above and beyond my expectations. Got me back on the road for my sick gig next week. The tech were quick and thorough and the management are very personable. Will be back.

First off the customer service was amazing! They were very polite, professional and knowledgeable. They were very busy and explained that they may not get to it by the end of the day. I left the bad tire with them at around 0900 with no expectation of getting it back that day. They had it back on the car by noon! They took the time to put the spare properly back in it's place. I highly recommend this shop for your tires!

Everyone that I spoke with at NTB, Aberdeen was WONDERFUL! They were all very professional, and added some extra necessities to my service so I didn’t have to come back and it didn’t take hardly any extra time at all. I got here before my appointment and they got me right in!

We had a blow out on our travel trailer on I95 with a flat spare. Called several places. These folks had two tires in stock. We made it to their shop right at closing. They mounted both tires and we were on our way. Great service and best price. Instead of heading back home we are back on our way. Thank you.

Called for a tire fix on a busy Saturday morning, they took me in immediately. Everything said and done in less than 30 minutes, at a reasonable price. I didn't know they did oil changes etc., now that I do I will be going back. Will be nice to have a reliable place for car maintenance.

I came in this morning for an oil change on my car and Jeff and the employee he was training were extremely helpful and thorough with the breakdown of the service and price. Even though they noticed a few other services I could get done, they didn't pressure me and were willing to let me know what my options looked like for the future. I've come here for tires, a timing chain, and now an oil change, and have had an excellent experience every single time!
