Dustin saved my a$$. After Carvana sold me a claimed 1 owner car with undisclosed damages requiring thousands in repairs. They are much more than an oil change joint. They certainly have earned my business. Repairs were top notch and Dustin handled all communication with the warranty company which is a job in and of itself. Great job, highly recommended.

I broke down on 95 close to those wonderful guys, my car was overheat. I was on my way to Florida. Call the mom explain the my situation. They told me to come and they took care of me the best. I was in 2 hours back on the road. Thank you guys. God bless you

The precision tune in Aberdeen always takes great care of me. Dustin always makes it a pleasure he’s knowledgeable. He’s friendly, and I never worry about being taken advantage of.

Justin the tech was really cool. But manager was shady. Gave a written estimate and tried to increase the charge if the estimate after the tech told me what the cost was. Some of the work listed on the estimate not even done. Manager wanted to insist the charges were correct. After the tech Justin came back to correct the mistake. Came to a compromise. Still more than what he told me what the final charge he originally gave me. Will see in a couple of days if I have any issues with the car. Go over everything and cost for work on your vehicle..

Honest dealership! They do the work without the fluff. Advise you on cheaper options, quick & efficient services. I came in for an oil change later in the evening the team got me in and out. I’ll continue to come to this shop.

Called them up on a holiday weekend and they tell me to bring it to them! So I had it towed there for a starter to be installed. And just like that he told me I will have it done buy 130 and he held to his word. At a very good price and excellent customer service! Highly recommend!!

I messed up scheduling my appointment, never actually booked it, showed up and i would have totally understood them not being able to help me. I went up to the front desk and asked for them to run a diagnostic on my check engine light. He said diagnostic is 89 dollars starting, but he can just run a scan for free right now. They had me pull up, ran the scan, told me the problem, and I was out of there in 15 mins. They didnt have to do that, but they did. Very friendly staff and I will be returning when there actually is something wrong with my car!

A long overdue review and thumbs up to Dustin and all the hardworking techs at the Precision Tune in Aberdeen. They have repaired all my vehicles over the past few years. I just recently had my control arms and cv axils on my 07 Mazda replaced. As always they do an excellent job and now my car drives buttery smooth. Every issue I have in the past, they fix the problem in a timely manner. Highly recommend if you want your repair done right!

Took my Carvana vehicle in for warranty work. They had it for 4 days while going through the motions with SilverRock. They fought for what I needed but in the end I came out-of-pocket about $150, well worth it. They are straight shooters and did a great job! Thanks again to all at precision auto and Justin for being my POC.

I have been looking for a place to take my car and went by some of the reviews from women on here..I must say being a women its definitely hard to trust some of the auto shops out there but this place was great took me in first thing in the morning to find out an issue I was having. Dustin and his teck I apoligize can't remember his name..but they were honest and considerate with my frustrations and explained things to me and did not push anything on me and fixed the issue with my car. For anyone on the fence deciding where to go this is the place. I will definitely be going back. I'm huge on customer service and by the way they treated me they are too. Thank you again guys.

I had an CV axel replace. The manger (Dustin) was very customer friendly and polite. He handle my transaction throughly. The customer service area and restroom were well clean. My overall experience was great!

I will admit on our initial visit we had a few misunderstandings with the scope of work. This was a major issue for me. When I brought it to the managers attention he took care of it quickly making sure I was satisfied. He took the time to explain everything to me and wasn’t going to let me leave unhappy! I really appreciated that. The work was done perfectly, my cars running great and I can say I am satisfied customer and will go back again.

The work done was fine, but they overcharge!! I wouldn't go here unless you're desperate. Even the oil change was more expensive than Jiffy lube and they charged extra for diagnostic scan even though when dropping off they said it was included. They also replaced our water pump which was charged $800 over maryland avg according to kelly blue book.

Got a flat tire on the way to the airport. Called around before most places were open. Dustin at Precision returned our call and got us in and out ASAP. Great service. So polite. Highly recommend.

I have been using Precision Auto Care for the the past year for both vehicles I’ve had and Mr Justin, the manager, always super kind and helpful! My wife went on this appointment and we could not be happier with the service we were provided. The A/C was not even turning on. We could not get an appointment with the Ford dealership for weeks. I encouraged my wife to drop in, since I recently have been trying to go regularly for oil changes and have been quite happy with the service. They got her in right away and quickly diagnosed the problem. We had a very brief conversation about options and they got down to business. The work was completed in a very timely manner and they worked with us to achieve the results we were looking for at a good price. I don't mean to say, "they give great discounts," because servicing a vehicle correctly, with the right parts, and at a competitive price point and by a qualified technician matters, and for those reasons this establishment is earning my business over the Ford dealership to which I have gone for years!

My first visit... Luckily - I saw the sign out front when I was driving by, and went in for the best price on an Alignment I've seen anywhere in the area. Was helped promptly and the work was done quickly. The guys were both really welcoming. On the way home, the vehicle was tracking and handling much better, which was nice improvement, but the steering wheel was slightly off center. I went back the next day and they were quick to get it back on the rack, checked everything again, and got it squared away in short time. Very happy. The technicians were friendly and helpful, and the service advisor was too. Even though I wasn't a big ticket work order, I felt like a valued customer and was treated very well. Glad I chose this shop from all the local options. Vehicle tracks smooth and straight, and I feel safer travelling with my family now. Thanks guys... I appreciate your work.

Great work. Took care of my basic needs and some additional items that I was seeking. Getting in at the right time may be tricky though. Fortunately, I was in and out on a day and time that business is very slow.

I called several places & stopped at 1 before I ended up here. I had a flat tire that I needed to get checked & I needed it taken care of immediately. All the other shops told me I could drop it off & they'll get to it later in the day. Precision Auto took me immediately. Turns out I needed 3 tires replaced because they were so old & dry rotted with huge cracks in them. I feel they were honest with me & didn't take advantage of my lack of knowledge of cars. They gave me a great discount, threw in an oil change at a reduced rate (I needed 1 soon anyways) and fixed an issue with my parking break for free. I'll definitely come back next time I need work done. Russ & the mechanic who worked on my car were great, real friendly. I definitely recommend coming here.
