I took my car to Canby Motors for bodywork, expecting professional service, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The repairs were not done properly, and when I raised my concerns with the manager, Mr. Zack, he assured me that he would check with my insurance and call me back. He also promised to send me a voucher as compensation for the inconvenience. However, I never received a call back, nor did I get the promised voucher. The lack of follow-up and accountability is extremely disappointing. I expected better communication and service, but instead, I was left feeling ignored. I would not recommend this shop to anyone looking for reliable and professional auto body repairs.

Upon the “completion” of repairs, I observed significant gaps and ill-fitting components, as evidenced in the attached images. Well, some damages were more severe than the others. I acknowledge that the major issue which was the gaping hole in the side of the door, was resolved to the best of their ability. Yet, they are still remains a noticeable dent. These issues were apparent upon visual inspection, underscoring the importance of thoroughly checking your vehicle before paying your deductible. I strongly advise future customers to conduct a detailed examination to ensure all repairs meet acceptable standards.

The team work was evident at Canby. I was treated by kind, patient employees (Jesse was one of them) in the office who were happy to explain any questions. My car was in for a rear end collision repair. The turn around was fast, and I was grateful to get my car back quickly. The new car parts were a perfect match and my car was cleaned inside and out when I picked it up. I was very thrilled with how every part of the Canby experience went. Thank you!

Zach, Amanda and the rest of the team at Canby Motors are the most professional and trustworthy people you'll ever want to repair your vehicle. Everyone I met while at the shop was polite, and they did a stellar job repairing my SUV. Zach came highly recommended by a mutual acquaintance when I needed a second opinion on another shop's repair job, which I suspected wasn't done right. He immediately identified the problem, along with a couple things that I hadn't noticed. My insurance company wanted me to return to the original shop, and Zach knew I really didn't want to do that. So even though he didn't have to take on this problem, he worked with my insurance company to have the claim transferred over, and ordered parts to do the repair correctly. I'm hoping I don't need collision repair again, but if I do, I'm definitely taking my car back to Zach at Canby Motors. And I've already recommended him to friends in case they ever need work. Please do not hesitate to trust Zach and his team. Truly a rare find.

My insurance is what led me to the Canby Motors location in Aberdeen, but the experience made it a place I would use again. Zach and the employee at the front desk were polite and friendly during every interaction. When a part didn't fit properly, Zach quickly made sure he got a different one so the repair would be done correctly. The technicians did an exceptional job on the body work and the paint repair was blended perfectly! It was a great experience overall!

Awesome service all around!! From dropping my car off to updates throughout the process . Everyone was polite and helpful. Even finished my car before schedule. I want to highlight Zach in particular because he definitely went above and beyond for me and I appreciate it.

Horrible service. Took over a month to get car back. Kept making excuses to why my car wasn’t finished ran out of rental from my insurance because how long it was taking and had to pay out of pocket for a rental.. Takes advantage of customers. Car was delivered with tire pressure light on and still haven’t fixed it. Also damaged the interior of my car. Will never have my wife or my car fixed there ever again. At any of there locations

Canby employees greeted me, they promised a great job and to get the repair done promptly. They fulfilled their promise. The repair was top-notch, their connection with the car dealership was great. Completely happy with the repair, even my dog and theirs had a great experience. They fixed Abe's Lincoln and my Nissan. Truly a great experience.

It's hard to find good customer service and quality workmanship these days but at Canby, you get both and an amazing staff that goes above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service. Melody is so welcoming and keeps you up to date with the progress of your vehicle. Mr. Canby is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Upon picking up my vehicle, it looked brand new. Vehicle was cleaned and detailed with a bottle of water in the cup holder. Service was top notch and I love how they stand behind their work with a life time warranty. If I ever need work done again on any vehicle, I won't hesitate to return for repairs. Thank you!!

Gentlewomen at the front desk (Melanie I believe, 5 Star) is amazing. She went above her job to make sure I was in a rental fast once I agreed to have the work done. She is always pleasant to deal with. This was the second time I have had my Wife’s car fixed here. I would give them a 5 star but I have no other experience to compare to. They are a no insurance hassle company that makes an unpleasant accident the best experience it can be. I will continue to us them if needed and would recommend that you check them out!
