On Thursday I walked into the dealership after visiting another dealer in regards to a ram 1500. I sat down with Xander B who helped an assisted me with trading in my current lease and purchasing a new vehicle. They were able to use the current incentives in order to accommodate my price range. just purchased my first vehicle from here. Was referred by a family member who had purchased multiple vehicles from here. They are a great dealership very patient with you, and very easy to work with. They are honest and trustworthy people who want to make you’re day. Also left my card there and they called and told me and even returned it to me. Would buy another vehicle from there again.

Way above-average experience with this dealership. Normal amount of back-and-forth to hammer out the finer points, but no drama or nonsense at all. Would buy from again. Also make sure to ask for the salesperson Tyler, super nice guy, though he kept insisting I call him by his nickname Lil' Mook Mook, which is kind of weird for a car salesperson but he took another $200 off when I did.

I had been looking at a car on line for a couple weeks. My friend and I were chatting about it so we took a ride to check it out. I received several calls prior to my arrival but Ian (Lego king) was the first so I called him first and he was awaiting my arrival. He showed me the vehicle, we took a test drive, we talked about it and several others. He was great. He answered all my questions and I went home with the Nissan. He was great and the finance manager, Matt was awesome too. I highly recommend these guys

I would give the service dept a ZERO if they had a spot for one! They are thieves, nothing like spending 1,956.00 on a brake assit sensor and leaving and thinking it was fixed ,I took my 2021 jeep Laredo X back ,after about a week,they concluded there was nothing that can be done,but was told I could take it to another shop to get it checked out,when I asked about getting my money back,I was told no. Buyer beware, they do not stand by thier work! The manager didn't even have the curtisty to call me after I asked to talk to him. How they stay in business with thier shady dealings is amazing. They should be named CROOKS AUTOMOTIVE!

I purchased a new vehicle here with the help of Jaden and the great people/management involved with new car sales. I travelled from out of state to purchase my vehicle and Jaden ensured he answered all my questions and made the process so smooth once I got there. The mgmt and Jaden stayed late to be sure I was able to leave satisfied with my vehicle. It’s hard to find great service these days, Jaden and Cook Dodge, keep it up!

One of the worst experiences I ever had dealing with a vehicle getting serviced, I was quoted $170 and charged $425. Then parts were missing from the engine and the dipstick was missing and I had to go back to the dealership to pick up the dipstick and they said that they would make it right but they didn’t, They said that the other missing parts are underneath the hood by the window but nothing was there, I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone and their customer service communication is horrible, they should’ve gave the vehicle back the same way that I dropped it off.

The overall experience was good. The first vehicle I bought had issues, but they allowed me to exchange it and compensated me for my time. Robert was an amazing salesman. He didn’t talk down to me or over me like many car salesmen do. He let me control the experience and that made me feel comfortable. If you purchase from Cook, ask for Robert. Bill, the sales manager was easy to talk to and put me at ease with the issue at first. Highly recommend Cook Auto

To say that I am disappointed would be an understatement. Two parts to this poor review. Part 1 is the service department. Had my Ram in for warranty work. Was told it would take one day to replace the faulty rear window, on the day I made my appointment. Made sure the parts were in stock and showed for my appointment a week later. Was told on the day of the appointment that it would be at least 2 days and it ended up being 4. I allowed some extra wiggle room in there. We are due to leave for vacation and I allowed some time for "things happen." It was recommended to me wait to pick up on the fifth day due to chemicals/smell used to clean up the mold from the rear window leak. It's a known Ram issue that Chrysler's only solution is replace with exact window/frame that will leak again. Only the vehicle interior was to be detailed to clean the mold. Imagine my surprise to find the tires armor all'd like a 2 year old would do with a spray bottle. There was a reason I wanted nothing touched on the exterior. That message wasn't delivered to the detail dept. As far as the chemical smell. That doesn't exist. Lifted the floor mats and mold. I can assume at this point that none of the mold removing products were applied as I was told. There was a rather large brush mark on the rear fender. I picked the truck up after hours and the sales team were the only ones there to acknowledge the mark and it was supposedly sent to the service team. The service team did not contact me about taking care of the mark. I was offered to send it to the detail team that night, whom already let me down. I declined. Wasn't about to trust a potential paint correcting issue to anyone. Get the truck home and am looking to reinstall my under seat storage tray. The brackets that were added to attach the tray are missing. A phone call to locate the brackets was made and I guess there are no brackets. That is a cost I will NOT be bearing. So my father's day will be spent cleaning up mold, assessing what else wasn't completed and figuring out how to secure my storage tray so that we can go on vacation and not have 40 lbs worth of tools sliding around when the brakes are applied. Part 2. This is for the sales team. Double and triple check your paperwork. This dealer loves to double charge for destination. It might not be against the law but it certainly is a shady practice. Buyer beware. So if your looking to spend your father's day weekend, undoing the work that was done in service, I highly recommend this service dept.

Was in the market for a new truck, stumbled across this BEAUTIFUL 2015 Ram 1500 Laramie. From the beginning salesman Tom offered me the most personalized and honest experience! He let me do the entire sale at my own pace and explained every step of the way! I could not have asked for a better experience, definitely recommend this dealership and recommend Tom even more!

My experience has essentially rendered me speechless, which never happens to me. But, truly, this was a 10 star experience from start to finish. I went in here on a whim to see a Dodge Journey listed on their site within my budget. I was greeted by Tom, my new best friend, and he eagerly got my information so we could hop into it and take a test drive. I didn’t love the car, so we went inside and talked about some other cars listed. While browsing the inventory, we were approached the Bill, one of the sales managers. Bill also became my new best friend during this process. We took a Kia Soul for an extended test drive, but I wasn’t ready to pull the trigger. My girlfriend and I had an appointment elsewhere that afternoon, so we decided to honor that and take a look. But we couldn’t stop talking about Tom and Bill, how funny of a pair they were, and how snazzy their socks were. On our way home, I saw a 2020 Hyundai Ioniq on their site and I emailed Tom to let him know I wanted to see it the next day. I loved the car as soon as I sat down in it and knew I wanted to buy it. However, I don’t have great credit or a ton of money to spend on a monthly payment, so the anxiety was sky high. Somehow, this pair of salesmen got me approved at a monthly rate I could afford, and gave me an incredible deal. I am actually sad the process is over and I don’t get to joke around with these guys all afternoon. I was so nervous as a first time buyer, but Tom, Bill, Cory the finance man, Frank the Corgi mascot, Barb at the desk who talked dogs with me — everyone I encountered at Cook — made me feel so welcome, so appreciated, so at ease. If I could go back here and buy a car every week, I would. I will never ever shut up about how great of an experience this has been, from the second I nervously walked in there, to the moment Tom hugged me goodbye. I will be buying every single car for the rest of my life from Cook, and I will make sure everyone I know stops in next time they buy a new car. Thank you for getting me into a new Getaway Car swiftly, Cook 🫶🏻

We recently purchased a 2023 Ram truck from Cook Chrysler Dodge Ram and we could not be more pleased. The entire process was totally painless, and our sales rep, Justin Brown, was amazing. We also want to give a shout out to Cody in the finance department. We were not only treated with courtesy and professionalism, we were treated like family from the minute we arrived. We would not hesitate to return to Cook should we need another vehicle in the future, and we highly recommend them. You won’t be disappointed!!

I loved Ginger, however she is no longer there. I had a terrible experience and it’s still not resolved… even though I have made calls and have physically gone back to the dealership multiple times .. it seemed like there were issues each step. To be honest, it was down right unethical. I expected more from a dealership that appeared to be established. I don’t even have a copy of my paperwork, even though I’ve requested a copy multiple times. They told me my car payment would be one thing and I signed a paper stating that my payment would be that amount and yet I’m getting a phone call to set up a payment for a different amount. Dan the finance guy not only told me that my car would be put into the shop on a Monday… there were so many other things that I was told that they changed… but it was so exhausting trying yo hold them to what they said that eventually I stopped fighting the little things . However, the little things add up too. My used car was supposedly in the shop for a week. I was told it was all done just waiting on the tail light. So I finally got to pick it up just to find that they touched up random scratches with the wrong color white. The driver side visor was literally laying on the passenger seat. Dan the finance guy pretended to put it on but it was hanging down and part of it broken. So my car was in the shop a week and the visor wasn’t put on? They said the car was detailed. It wasn’t . They didn’t even wash the car. When I drove back down there which I didn’t really have time to do, the service manager took my number and I showed him the issues. He tried to blame it on the sales person, but Dan is the one that said he would get my car in the shop to be ready for me and he’s the one that was involved in being unethical about my car payment and was also the one that could careless about halfway installing a broken visor on my car with screws that were too short to actually hold it . It was the service team that lied about detailing the car. My insurance company provides any services that a reported on my car and it definitely didn’t happen. What else did they lie about? I know it’s been over two weeks since the service manager said he would call me to set up my car getting detailed and tried to blame someone who isnt there to defend himSelf while claiming that’s not the type of service they provide …. Yet they have done nothing to fix any of my issues . Again they have been beyond shady. Maybe they just treat females this way? Or maybe it’s how they treat all their customers? Hopefully, they do what they said they would, but it’s been about a month since this all started and they say words with zero actions

Went with my daughter to buy a used car. Salesman Max was great! Everyone we interacted with was super friendly and knowledgeable. The paperwork part was handled very professionally and everything went smoothly. This was a far better experience than one we had with another big name car dealer in the county. I would definitely consider doing business with them in the future.

Ordered repair parts for truck. The service department representative was very helpful inspecting the damage and ordering the required repair parts. When parts arrived the service department called and the truck dropped off. The truck was ready the same day. The repair was completed satisfactorily with no issues. The repair actually cost less then the original quote. I highly recommend Cook Chrysler Dodge Ram they went above and beyond with the repair of our fleet truck. Outstanding service.
