The initial discussion was pleasant and the work was done quickly. The pricing as competitive, however the tff called later and advised additional work not mentioned initially. Further y vehicle has a feature that required a more specialized alignment at additional cost. I thought this should have been discussed in the beginning.

Called them and asked if they could balance my tires a 33 1250x22 they said yes went in to get tires balanced sat there for over an hour then they said they could not balance my tires because they were choppy the tires are basically brand new and in the process they managed to cut and chunk the sidewall of the tire as they pulled the truck in and out of their Bay and then denied doing it

I was here 3 months ago to what was supposed to be a brake fluid flush. Come to find out, the mechanic working on my vehicle stripped one of my screws. This was stated to me AFTER receiving a message that my car was ‘complete’ and not addressed that there were any “complication” before i picked the car up. The Managers and mechanics refused to take responsibility and also claimed it was “fine” and that just because it was one stripped screw it wouldn't have any affect on my car. Its been 3 months and now the car is leaking brake fluid from the SAME location it was damaged and wont pass inspection to renew my tags. Mind you my car was not like this when it was handed to NTB. No responsibility, no accountability, and refused to repair damages done be THEIR mechanics.

Had my car towed to firestone after a minor accident . They didn’t inform me that they refuse to cooperate and work with insurance after the initial call . After getting firestone’s quote vs my insurance company’s quote there was a $500 difference. Went to settle up any charges and they had no record of anything that had been done to my car . Tried to get my car towed out of firestone and they told me they couldn’t release the car until fees were paid (after telling me they had no record of any charges) , then proceeded to tell me my car was snowed in and they weren’t going to clear it for the tow driver to pick it up . Would not recommend Firestone to anyone.

I came in for a simple oil change… there wasn’t an unusual amount of work to be done in the bays …. It’s an hour and twenty minutes since I arrived and my car is still up on a ift with all the staff sitting around chatting and snacking and largely ignoring my pacing and looking into the workbay … I’ll never come here again

I recently had a severely flat tire on my Porsche Cayenne. I was stuck from getting to a wedding. They fit me in and got my tire repaired in time enough to make it to my brothers wedding. The manager and every member of his team were extraordinary. You can’t go wrong with this team.

I recently called Firestone as they were listed as an in network provider through Carvana to get a diagnostic done. I spoke to a female representative who never provided me with her name so I’m unable to identify her by name. I proceeded to discuss with her the service I was inquiring about. She then puts me on multiple brief holds and ultimately comes back to say James (the manager) informed her they cannot provide a diagnostic service for my car. Even though they offer this service for some reason they can’t provide this service to me!! After having a conversation about the matter, I request corporate number in which she then puts me on another hold. James then comes on the phone (I can already hear he’s over the fact they’re having this conversation with me) and refuses to provide me with corporate number as well as his last names. He states “there is no one above me, no you cannot have corporates number, I am the GM, this decision stops with me and will not go over me”. PLEASE avoid this location by all means! If I could give them a -0 I WOULD!!! In addition, requesting corporates number,the general manager contact number, and full names of the workers IS something that Firestone can be provide. After speaking with corporate they informed me that’s public knowledge. The way James and the female employee handled the situation was HORRIBLE!

I was eternally grateful to Vanessa and Dylan and the staff at the Aberdeen Firestone for squeezing me in short notice and taking care of my car. After being totally frustrated with the ineptness of NTB, it was refreshing to deal with a store that was professional and that provided me with good quality customer service. Four Alenzas, an alignment, and a vehicle inspection. And I feel like I have a good set of tires on my vehicle. I took them for a spin on the beltway and they drove nicely. Again, thanks to this store and staff for their quality service and professionalism.

Purchased new tires and alignment along with a few other additions during their tire promo that included windshield wipers. Was told at the day of purchase (Dylan) they weren't sure how to apply the free pair of windshield wipers and had to wait until the next day for the Aberdeen, MD. manager (James) to approve. I called prior to let them know I was stopping over to pick them up. Upon arrival, was given the run around saying first that it wasn't their initial recommendation to be replaced so I wasn't eligible. Then was told that I did not request the wipers on the day of purchase which I did. Then was told the wipers were not in stock and had to be ordered when told the previous day there were plenty in stock. Then was told that I would be charged for installation. Received a constant run around and deflection from them wanting to honor the free promotion. Makes zero sense why a manager would make this kind of decision when we have our truck tires to do next. James was willing to lose business over a $25 promotion! My point is don't waste people's time if you had ZERO intention of honoring a promotion in the first place! We have been coming to this location for many years now and have been very happy with the employee's quality of service but their manager James leaves a poor impression of what is ethical in regards to honoring promotions. Can't say we will be doing business in the future at this location because of this especially after spending over $1600 with $444 of it for labor with mounting tires, balancing and added sensors. If something as simple as this is unethically occurring than what else is happening at this location?

Battery died on me. Had it checked out by Firestone. Found it wouldn’t hold a charge, and replaced it. Provided timely service at a reasonable price. Thank you, Dylan!

We took our car in on September 24 to check the electrical work and have an inspection done. They told us they couldn't fix the original problem (the screen on my dashboard was frozen), but upon inspection found my car needed a tune-up and some other things. On the report/invoice they gave me, it also stated that my battery was in good condition. The following day I took my car to the dealership (recommended by Firestone because they couldnt solve the problem) to see if they could figure out the original problem. After dropping it off, the dealership told me that carbon was found on my fuel injectors and that the main problem was my battery. Apparently it was the original battery in a 6 year old vehicle, and corrosion was found on the battery terminals. I was confused about these problems since I had just paid for "decarbonization " at Firestone the previous day and they had told me my battery was fine. We had also paid about $450 to do a tune-up on my car. The dealership said that it looked like the service wasn't done or that it wasn't done correctly, and they would need to do another decarbonization/tune-up. Before approving the work, I called Firestone to ask why they were recommending carbon removal/tune up when it was just done. The firestone technician said he didn't know, they had completed the service and sent me the receipt for what they had done. The dealership was adamant that the carbon was still present, and that he could take pictures to prove it for us (we are still trying to get those unfortunately). So we ended up paying twice for the same service because Firestone either didn't do it or didn't do it correctly. Also, the fix for the original problem was just the battery, which firestone told me was in good condition. My invoice from Firestone says "Your battery is measuring within the manufacturer's specification for required CCA." Because of all this we called and filed a complaint, first with the store then escalating to the Regional manager. The store manager (James) was quite rude, questioning us on why we took it to the dealer in the first place (again, they recommended it) and why the dealership was investigating those problems for an electrical issue (I dont know, I'm not a mechanic). He claimed their decarbonization and tune up works differently, and takes time to work, so it wouldn't be cleared by the next day. I asked why he didn't explain that when we called to clarify before approving the services at the dealer, and he provided excuses about his mechanics not knowing that. We have called corporate twice because nothing was resolved, but have not heard back (its been over a week). So essentially, I had to pay twice for a service that Firestone had said they did, and they still haven't tried to make it right. We have been Firestone customers for 10 years because they are on most military bases, but we won't be back to the store in Aberdeen. Seems like a better use of your money to just go to the dealership and pay once.

We had a bad tire and although having to return several times they filled to tire with air again We hope they found the problem? They were very Nice to speak to and we promised to do this review. So if It is not fixed I will be back leaving a correct review so we will see 🤔🤔

Mr. Chris is very kind, honest and courteous. Went there for an alignment (my 2nd with this shop in the past 4 years same vehicle) and I was greeted warmly. My car was done in an hour and the total cost was fair. I did make an appointment on the phone the day before which was very easy. This was again a great experience with having my car serviced. Thank you.

8/8/25 and 8/12/25 I dropped off my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for AC service which consisted of refrigerant recharge, Dye tested and blend motor and actuator replacement . According to my receipt that is what they said they did and what I paid 900.00 dollars for. I drove the Jeep for less then 2 hours and the AC was not cold, I called them and they said to bring it in and they would look at it. I dropped it off on 8/11/25 and they called me on 8/12/25 and stated that the refrigerant had leaked out they had to perform a Dye test again and recharge the refrigerant. It still doe’s not get cold and now they say it needs a condenser. Whats the point in running diagnostic test if they are not able to accurately diagnose the issue. I firmly believe after reading the other reviews that this location is padding the invoives for work not performed or diagnosed properly. My recommendation is to run in the other direction from this place and warn all of your friends as I will. I will also be filing a complaint with BBB and writing to Firestone Corporate about the operation of this store and the staff.

After taking my car to Firestone this most recent time for an oil change, it is now making a horrible squealing noise and leaking something greasy/oily all over my driveway. The oil change before that, my car was making a grinding noise when I got it back. I took it back to notify them and they did make the noise go away, but when I asked them what they did they said they had to "bend something with a hammer." I don't know jack about cars, which is why I take it places to get work done on it, but it seems like every time I take it here, it comes out needing more work than it did when it went in. This place used to be good, but has gone downhill the past couple years. I will not be bringing my car back here in the future.

I will only give 2 stars because although they are thorough on letting you know what is going on with your vehicle they are the absolute worst with customer care and courtesy! I brought my vehicle in for an oil change for an appointment at 10 and at 130 after them telling me at 11 it would be done in an hour it wasn’t close to ready! They are so slow and do not communicate with you through the process they just say we are running behind! This has not just been one time it’s been multiple times and I will no longer be coming to Firestone for vehicle maintenance because they don’t have respect for peoples time or common courtesy

If you want your vehicle fixed correctly by competent people then do not take it here !!! I just took my truck here last week for overheating and paid over 2200 dollars for a new thermostat and radiator and Freon flush and guess what ? Today which is four days later I’m overheating being left by the side of the road till it cools off . I call Aberdeen to let them know this and all this idiot has to say is they already have customer vehicles and he can’t see me till Wednesday. I’m a delivery driver and need my vehicle . I told him I just paid you over 2 grand to get this fixed correctly shouldn’t I be a priority since you obviously did not fix it correctly ? His response ? Not my problem . Don’t waste your time or money . I called the Firestone at 702 Baltimore pike who said they would definitely make time for me even though they were extremely busy if I didn’t mind waiting . That’s where you need to take your vehicle . They did an amazing job and fixed it properly . Apparently the incompetent techs at Aberdeen need more training since they don’t know how to burp the new system and release the hot air pocket . Never again and if you want your vehicle fixed correctly I suggest you take my advice . Stay away from Aberdeen !!!

If I could give zero stars I would. The employees here are liars and simply can't be trusted. I had a flat in my rental car on Friday. I needed to drive back home on Sunday. I was referred to this location by the rental car place. Called Firestone on Friday and the employee told me they would look at it that day and 100% be done by Saturday. -Dropped off at 2pm on Friday. -Called Friday night at closing and the employee said they would get it in first thing in the morning. -Called at 10am on Saturday and they said it was next up. -Called at 2pm on Saturday and they said they were doing the best they could and it was next. I inquired about all the promises made and the employee said he wasn't responsible for something another employee said. -Pulled up 30 minutes before closing time and the vehicle had not moved. I grabbed the keys because these people simply can't be trusted. Mind you, I had told the shop multiple times I was driving my three children over 400 miles and needed it fixed and they said 100% they would With liars like this working, can they really be trusted to give an honest feedback on anything in the shop? I have pictures and call logs of everything as well. If they were honest up front, I would understand but I didn't even get an apology. Garbage people at his location and that's a shame. Avoid at all costs.

Today I came in and explain to the manager how I’m in a Bad predicament and I could not afford to have them inspect my vehicle. Would he be willing to look at it so I could get an estimate to have someone help me get it fixed. It was for my brakes and he proceeded to tell me that they give free break inspections. That took a whole lot of weight off my shoulders so when he came back to me to tell me what was wrong with my brakes the price he quoted me was extremely affordable. He was able to give me a discount and understood my situation. Thankfully, because of him and his Compassion today, I now can go back to work without one less thing to worry about so I can focus on taking care of my family. I strongly recommend this company Firestone in Aberdeen,, Maryland. I will come here from now on with any problems I have with my car. Because they have compassion for their customers and understanding.

Satisfied customer! I had a very professional and knowledgeable experience. The team was flexible and considerate of my limited budget. They prioritized the necessary work and scheduled any tasks that could wait for later. I really appreciated this, especially during a tough financial time. I'm usually frustrated with garages that try to upsell services and parts, but the staff here was honest and never pushed me to buy anything unnecessary. Having worked in the car industry, I understand some mechanical aspects, so I value their integrity.

4 APR 25 Update to the last. I just left the BMW service department. Ultimately, my alignment was significantly off as indicated below. It’s a shame that “James” the Firestone Manager of the location blew me off as if they performed the alignment correctly. At no point did BMW state that it was my tires were the reason. To make matters worse, I am pissed that I even wasted money at Firestone. Do yourself a favor and stay away if you’re getting work done on your vehicle. Most importantly, don’t let them suggest any additional work. They are all about getting money. What I want is my funds back that I wasted with my alignment at Firestone. There’s nothing else you can say to me that would make this better. I wouldn’t dare allow this place to do any more work on my vehicles. I wish there was a way to give no stars. Just pathetic. 29 March 25 They don’t deserve any stars. The mere disregard for messing up someone’s vehicle is unacceptable….Approximately two weeks ago, I took my BMW to this location to get a brake fluid flush. There was nothing wrong with the vehicle prior to. As, I just had services done at BMW. With that said, they came back to me during an already 2-3 hour service stating my vehicle needed an alignment. Me being me, I went with it. Bear in mind, nothing was pulling to the left or right prior to them completing the recommended service. Now, my vehicle is pulling to the left. So, I return to them stating the problem and requesting them to fix it. In particular, I spoke to the service Manager “James”. He would not provide his last name or a contact number of a higher level. He immediately stated that the alignment was done correctly. It’s my tires that are the issue. I’ve had my tires on my vehicle for 2-years. They are still in mint condition. As, I don’t drive my vehicle often. BLUF, he came up with an excuse for messing my alignment up. At this point, I want a refund. I do not recommend taking your vehicle here. James is unprofessional and clearly places the blame on everything but what it is. There’s no reason my alignment should. E off. As stated, it was good to go when I entered the facility.

This crew is super professional & proficient. Love them and have referred family members and friends to them. Each time I go there I learn something about my own vehicle that I had no idea about. And they don't mind taking the time to actually tell you the truth. Here's an example: I heard my brakes squeaking on my other vehicle. So, I took my vehicle to another place before I'd ever gone to Firestone. They told me at the other place that I needed new brakes. That wasn't true. I went to Firestone because they were running a special on brakes and asked them about mine. They told me it was a bunch of sand and probably grit or something that's making it make that noise. It had nothing to do with needing a new set of brakes. So, I will definitely be a customer for a long time. Now I have a new whip and it is awesome. I know I will get quality service on this auto. Even my daughter & my grands say that they really like the service. One other thing I really like is the fact that they offer discounts, promotions, just all kinds of things to make it easier on the customer to be able to afford to maintain their vehicle. The convenient credit card makes it easy to keep our vehicles in great shape. Yeah, FIRESTONE is my team. And they take care of me and the HOME TEAM!
