My family and I had an excellent experience at ReStore with Cherrie helping us. She was so kind and knowledgeable. She made the experience quick and easy and she was so sweet to my nonverbal daughter. I will definitely shop there again.

It would be helpful to make announcements every 10-15 minutes beginning a half an hour before you close. Like, greet people when they walk in that last 30 minutes and say, hi welcome, just so you know we close in 30 minutes at 6pm. And as you see people while you're working , say hey, just so you know, we're closing in 10 minutes so you might want to gather your final purchases and hop in line soon. That way, browsing customers that are visiting for the first time won't be surprised when they're abruptly told to make their way downstairs to leave at 5:50pm on a bright and sunny summer afternoon while being gently forced and guided down the stairs. I know that sounds strange but it was the most pleasant yet controlling interaction. I was happily yet forcefully moved towards the stairs. Anyway. Just an idea. Oh adding Ive worked in retail, restaurants and customer service for over 30 years. I know what it's like to close a store but still have to clean, mop, marry ketchup, reset, etc. My issue is not the fact that they close at 6 and want to close on time. My issue here was lack of communication and abruptly being told to go before the actual closing time and while other people were in the store as well.

Great place to buy used furniture! Literally, there's some great looking furniture for less than $100🦆 And if you're a DIY person looking for furniture, paints, and other appliances, this is a great spot for you to look at. Everything is very well organized, floors are clean, there's no smell in the place, and the employees are always working hard.

The staff and volunteers are super friendly and helpful. I found great deals on things I actually need and saved a lot ! I plan on coming back for a few more things

The couch we bought there had bedbugs. Nice couch, but yeah the $1100 Orkin bill wasn’t fun

Went in to look around for some materials for my garage and some of the young guys working there were very helpful until some arrogant manager came over and sarcastically asked them what they were doing. I had asked them for 12 sheets of luan and they needed to be in good shape because I was using them on an exposed ceiling. The manager came over and I told him I needed them undamaged and he look at me with a very disrespectful stare and said that I was funny…. He was very ignorant and wasn’t happy the staff were helping me. I checked over the luan that they pulled for me and a few were damaged and I didn’t want to waste time having them put them back and get other ones so I told him I didn’t want them and he can put them back. I just went to Home Depot and got the same thing in pristine condition for $0.50 more per sheet. They are overpriced there and management is horrible so goto another location or the Loading Dock in Baltimore. I buy stuff there and management is helpful and not ignorant…. He should be fired and never work in customer service or management of any type…. I hope he reads this. I am sure all of the staff know who I am talking about and they share my comment. He was probably in his 50s and had some crazy red or reddish blonde hair…. He had this crazy look on his face like he was always mad…. Steer clear…

Is this place shutting down? No longer can get sofas! The store is so empty! Used to be nice and could spend hours looking. We spent less then 10 minutes in our last trip and the store was EMPTY!

Used to be a wonderful place to find all sorts of treasures at low prices. Now since the Pandemic they have stopped accepting pretty much everything valuable (ceiling fans, appliances older than 10 years, any sort of vintage collectible items). Shame, I thought their goal was to keep things out of landfills. I used to love volunteering here and helping fix up the lighting and fan section. The prices have also gone way up since 2020.Thankfully Second Chance still accepts these things but is really the only place to go to find any vintage appliances.

Little pricy but if you need paint brushes or rollers way excellent deals. Also found some seriously old light bulbs for a lamp my wife has, which I couldn't even buy online or Lowes or home Depot. That was awesome, stupid lamp hasn't worked since last summer. She was really excited to see it lit up again this evening

You can get building materials cheap. You may have to look around but it's well worth the trip. They have an assortment of lovely furniture and used appliances. They have lighting fixtures, cabinets, commodes, sinks and some bath tubs. They have an area upstairs for china, crystal, bric brac, books, paintings, carpets and more.

This store is huge! Filled with cabinets, dressers, couches, and a few other furnishings. They also have household appliances like ovens, fridges, washers, dryers as well as tools. Overall a great place to just browse

After filling out the necessary form, sending photos of every item of furniture I was planning to donate, being told that I was approved, and then hiring movers to get everything outside as mandated, the habitat for humanity employees just showed up and said they couldn't take any of it at all. Now my lawn is full of furniture and I haven't the slightest idea what to do except fill a landfill. Absolutely terrible service. Highly do NOT recommend.

Great prices on used home/garden items. Very reasonable prices. typically it’s excess material from contractors or homeowners who had extra material. I've returned frequently for numerous DYI projects since materials here are a fraction of the big box prices. This location also has a lot of decent gently used furniture.

I LOVE this Habitat ReStore! Even if I don't find anything I need, it is fun to see all the merchandise. Last weekend we dropped in and found a beautiful Book case, a lamp, and shade. All so reasonable.

Fabulous resource for furniture and building supplies that you can feel good about because all donations and purchases go towards Habitat for Humanity and their building projects, unlike other donation stores where proceeds do end up to a degree in CEO pockets. Nice selection of materials and homegoods with occasional gems. Sadly no clothes but that's not needed. Lots of sofas and chairs available, all good quality. Friendly staff too.

Ok this was once a go to for bargain prices and awesome items for the home and remodeling projects. However I noticed an increase in pricing and a decrease in quality, selection and customer service. This store has definitely forgot about discount stores, thrift stores, freecycle ,shopping online and most of all Amazon which is what a recommended in lieu of shopping here. It seems they are catering to a very specific customer base which is a silent killer in retail.

One of the best resale stores I've ever been to. It's 2 stories and is full of so much great stuff. Perfect for the project or remodel you've been wanting to do. Everyday it's inventory is being updated, and the good stuff moves fast, so stop in often for the best goods. Plus what they do for our community is amazing, and I'm a supporter of that.

This place can be a hit or miss, but trust me this is great place to find some items for any project.

What is there not to love about ReStore? You can find knickknacks and books and furniture and building supplies and most anything else to transform your house into a home. And the employees are super-friendly as well as knowledgeable about what they sell. If you visit, leave a few treasures for me to buy because this never fails to happen when I visit!

Large selection of furniture and appliances at discounted rates. Cabinets sold individually or as a set. Discounted paint and paint materials. Decent selection of tile ranging from $.10 to $1 per piece. Friendly staff. Many other great deals. Assorted hand tools, wood, all second hand.

Gently used home improvement items at great prices. They have everything, from stoves and sinks, to washers and livingroom furniture. Also carry a ton of other tools brand new for painting, flooring, even light bulbs, but at much lower prices. And proceeds go to a great cause. If you're doing any home repair or remodeling, do yourself a favor and check out this great place.

This place is great! At any time you can find tables and chairs, sofas, appliances, cabinets, tools, and even paint and supplies. They even have dishes and glass ware. I've been to several Habitat for Humanity locations and they all have different items. When I purchased my first home 2 years ago, this was my first stop. Almost everything you need at great prices.

Get place to stop in and check what inventory they have in stock. Perfect furniture to restore for home use or other. Recently found a wood armoire that will be perfect for my bedroom. Refinishing it right now with chalk paint. You can see the some progress in the pics below. Can't wait for the final product. They have other types of furniture, flooring ...and other home goods/accessories as well. Very reasonable prices.

My friend told me about this store because I lost everything having to move from an abusive home. Saying that I Love This Store is an understatement. The furniture prices...well, you have to see them to believe them! I furnished a three bedroom house with under $1000! The best part is 100% of the proceeds go to Habitat for Humanity! It's a win-win.

This store is used items for home improvement they also have amazing deals on appliances, counter tops, dressers, sofas, chairs you name it if it goes in a house they had it!! Their merchandise changes by the week sometimes by the day! Always something new to see and buy each visit. Their prices are so good they can't be compared to goodwill or salvation army. The quality is also alot better then those stores. You won't clothing or anything of the such here though so stick to those for your dressing needs. If you are moving into a new home, or working on an all out rehab you will fair much better by shopping here vs. Lowes or the depot. The workers were very kind and knowledgeable in then pricing of each item. You can also find new painting items here and used "basically new" gallons or cans of paint. You won't get to have it mixed and made its just paint that people bought to much in their own chosen colors. Still a steal compared to normal prices elsewhere. Store is also pretty large and has lots of items!
