I'm 61 years old and have used many mechanics across many states. I have to say Tyres is by far the best I've ever had. To say they bent over backwards to get my car running is an understatement. Chris, the office manager, is a true gem!! I won't recommend Tyres, but I will say you must use Tyres as your mechanic. Anything else will be sub-par comparted to Tyres. You will not be disappointed. Fantastic experience after getting pushed around from other dealerships. The guys here were incredibly helpful with the full process of getting my truck fixed and WELL under the price of the dealerships too.

My mechanic, John Schill, was courteous and honest about when the tire I needed would be available and when he could work me into the schedule. He came out to inspect the tire right away and gave me a date for service. I brought the car in on the day of appointment (2 days later)and the work was done promptly that day and I have had no subsequent problems with the tire. The price was less than he had estimated so I appreciated that! Before I went to Tyres Auto I had gone into another tire shop that was just the opposite- they did not offer to look at the tire, and were not able to tell me when or if they could do the work. I’m glad I found Tyres Auto and I would go back.

I recently had my Honda Odyssey serviced at Tyres, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The team went above and beyond to address all my concerns. They replaced the timing belt, water pump, spark plugs, serpentine belt, idler pulley, and transmission fluid, and even flushed and refilled the cooling and brake systems—all with genuine Honda parts. The attention to detail was impressive, especially with the thorough notes on each service, like bleeding the cooling system and testing the antifreeze. They also took the time to assess a passenger sliding door latch issue and reattach the rear door trim, which I greatly appreciated. The staff were professional and communicative throughout the process. I highly recommend Tyres to anyone needing reliable auto service—five stars all the way!

Great experience, I found them through TireRack. They did the work quickly and accurately, were super friendly, helped me get a discount on the service by using my Costco card. They went above and beyond when I had a question about something specific to my car. Awesome shop! Edit: Their customer service is second to none. They are EXTREMELY responsive. I've had other shops barely even check their email, but when I emailed, I had a response at 8AM Monday (i sent it on a weekend, too). Phone calls are either quickly answered or returned in a timely manner. A small issue was taken care of by the shop, no questions asked, and they gave me a loaner while the work was being performed.

LIFE SAVERS! I cannot speak highly enough about Tyres auto. I brought a car in from out of state to a different mechanic, and it failed the Maryland Safety Inspection for a number of items. The other mechanic quoted me for a $4800 repair, but Tyres was able to do the same work for $2800! Even better than that, they advocated for me and pointed out that some of the parts that the other mechanic failed me for in the inspection should not have actually failed. They printed out the specific parts of the Maryland law covering those parts of the inspection, highlighted all of the relevant areas, and advocated that I bring it back to the other mechanic and explain that it should pass. Tyres clearly went above and beyond, since they could have just taken the opportunity to do extra work and earn more money from me by replacing the parts anyways even though they weren't necessary, but instead they went out of their way to save me money and help me avoid unnecessary repairs. With their help, I was able to get my vehicle to pass the inspection! Beyond their excellent service and commitment to helping me get an affordable repair, they were just incredibly nice to interact with the whole time. John in particular was beyond helpful, explaining things very thoroughly and going above and beyond to advocate for me and help me out. This really was the most pleasant experience I've ever had with a mechanic. It's so important to find a mechanic you can trust, and I am very confident that I can put my complete trust in Tyres after this whole process with them!

This was my first time using Tires Auto Repair. They were polite, fast, and efficient. They explained what they had done, gave me a summary of the general condition of the car, and told me about a few none essential items that would need attention later in the future. Their sitting area was comfortable with good wi-fi so I could work while I waited.
