Update: That info they provided in their reply is just the email and the direct # to that store. The same people who already said that they weren't going to pay fix my car. What a joke. I could, MAYBE, understand them doing me dirty if they were a small mom and pop shop. But you think corporate of a company this size would stand up and take care of their customers. Avoid this place at all cost for fob programming. Long story short, I came in last week to get my extra fob programmed for my car and the "tech" ended up destroying my body control module. Had to get it towed to the dealer. Tried to blame it on my remote start, which is the dumbest thing since I've had it on the car since the beginning without any issues programming fobs, at that store and other Batteries Plus stores. They told me AFTERWARDS that they have had issues before programming Nissan and Infinitis. Refused to pay for their mistake, basically said it was my fault, so now I don't have my car and have been having to pay for rentals. Now I have to fight to get my car fixed by them, instead of them just admitting fault and taking care of their mistake. We shall see if they do the right thing.

The employees helped me find the exact battery I need to replace for a unique vehicle. They literally have every battery you could need!

I had an amazing customer service experience a few days ago. I went inside the store and asked if they had A two wheeled hand truck so I could bring a used battery into the store. An employee named Desiree (sorry about the spelling of your name) said that she would bring the battery to the store from the back of my pickup. She told me that moving batteries all day was good exercise. I had surgery over a year ago and still can’t do much of what I did before surgery. Desiree went, to me, above and beyond what great customer service is. I thank you so much for all of your patience and support. I only go here for unusual light bulbs and I have the lifetime warranty on the battery replacements for my key fob. The service is always efficient and fast. I rarely wait longer than 10 minutes to get a new battery for my vehicle's keep fob

I have purchased all kinds of batteries here, from computer back-up to motorcycle to marine to portable spots to button batteries. What I have needed was always in stock, and service has always been first rate. This is where to go every time!

Wonderful customer service. Well priced products. Replaced my dead apple phone screen at substantially less than anyone else could. And the wait was just a few hours. ( as opposed to other vendors!) Will definitely use them again.

After several attempts to get a new battery on a Sunday for a Mercedes, I was told about this company. I called and was greeted with the most pleasant and professional greeting I have had the pleasure of encountering. The young lady was informative as well as knowledgeable about my problem. When I arrived the atmosphere was as great as the conversation was on the phone. My battery was ready and at half the price of the dealership. The young man was quick and proficient. Also having Fleetwood Mac playing while I waited was a plus. They have a customer for life as far as for me and everybody I know. Thank You so much.

I have used Batteries Plus for several years for work , mostly recycling bulbs and purchase batteries . However today I needed them personally and direly . My car battery died while at work . I called Battery Plus and Jacob Johnakin answered the call , checked to make sure they had what I needed , gave me a couple options and explained the differences . Jacob is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to speak with . Luckily a coworker had a jumpstart power pack and I was able to get it started , I also bought one at Batteries Plus because it saved me from being stranded . I arrived at Batteries Plus on Padonia Rd. in Timonium . It was essentially a torrential rain storm outside , it was coming down fast !! I told them I am in no hurry , I don’t want anyone getting hurt or drenched . I looked around the store , even chatted up an employee . Next thing I know , Jacob says , “ you’re good to go “ . I couldn’t believe it , it never stopped raining nor did it ever slow . Jacob informed me that their manager Alex Ferola stepped up and completed the job . She was amazing , fast accurate and friendly ! All of the staff here are great ! If you ever need anything battery , bulbs , flashlights , keys , fobs , etc .. make sure you go to Batteries Plus especially the one in Timonium it is well worth it !!! CORPORATE : PLEASE get your people some kind of booth to replace car batteries in inclement weather ! I know some locations will be tough due to being in a strip mall , but please try . Your people are what make you great !!! Thanks so much ALEX and JACOB !!!!

Really good products and people. We only had a problem with one car fob that did not re-do properly in over a dozen years of going to their Timonium location. They're very helpful in locating the right batteries and bulbs. Service is fast and friendly.

A year ago my husband and I went to Batteries Plus in Timonium, MD to get a key fob battery. We were so impressed with the customer service that I made a mental note to go there if we ever needed a key fob replacement. One recently went missing and after a week of it not turning up anywhere I decided to have another one made and went to Batteries Plus. The customer service was again excellent and the new key works perfectly. The price was also less than other places I called and they were able to do it immediately while I waited. I highly recommend this Batteries Plus

I want to tell everyone about the wonderful customer service I have received at this location on numerous occasions. It is very refreshing to have people wait on you that genuinely care that you are happy with your purchase. Unfortunately, It is very rare these days. Also it does not matter which person waits on me. Everyone has been great!!!

Batteries annd Bulbs are fast and can fix anything that I need. They hire people that are very knowledgeable and know what to do. They fixed my phone, all my batteries, all my key fobs. I only go to Batteries and Bulbs because I know things will be done right and it will be a reasonable price. I recommend batteries and bulbs to all my friends!!

First time customer. Wasn’t sure what to expect. I called first- excellent service. Decided to make the drive - great location. In store, I felt welcome, staff was knowledgeable and went the extra mile and the prices were fair. They won my loyalty.

I ordered online and received an email the next morning stating my purchase was ready for pick up. Great price on an excellent battery and once I was in the store … I was greeted by a very friendly employee who showed me to my purchase and informed me about the core charge once I brought the old battery back!

The customer service was exceptional, and after some persistence, I finally got a spare key fob for my car. The price was very reasonable, and every staff member I interacted with was kind and helpful. I truly appreciate their patience and dedication. Went to get two watch batteries replaced yesterday. The associates were very friendly but they were unable to open one of the watches and badly scratched the back. It was engraved and had sentimental value. It was in brand new condition before this. If they didn’t have the right tools or training, I would have rather they let me know and I would have gone elsewhere. The other one was serviced and it sounds like if I go back I could swap the battery for free but I have zero confidence in this place.

This store has been so helpful over the years. I have gone to this store since they initially opened about 9 years ago. I get my car key fob batteries replaced with the unlimited replacement plan which is a great deal, especially for keyless fobs which expire often enough. They’re quick and helpful with car batteries too. I love that they install the battery and take care of recycling the old one! I’ve gotten about 4 phone screens replaced here which is a much easier and faster process than using the Apple Store. They are also very thorough in communicating what is and is not covered in replacements and services. There’s no guess work or confusion, the clarity is so appreciated. Every visit has been great- the staff are friendly and knowledgeable!

The crew is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. The customer service is beyond excellent. Each individual brings something special and important to the store. The assistant manager, John, is extremely professional and handles every customer with care and ease. I also would like to recognize a very kind and humble worker, Bill. His warm personality and welcoming spirit adds abundant joy to the nice atmosphere. Plus, the repair service is A+.

Better than staples. In less time for just as much money I got my phone screen fixed. They also put my new phone case and screen protector on. Staples has a 5-7 day time frame to fix samsung phones, due to them being shipped out. They do although fix iPhones in store. Not much help to me. Staples dosent even sell samsung phone cases. Batteries sells phone cases, screen protectors and all sorts of things. They fixed my phone screen in under 2 hours. They're customer service is impeccable.

Phenomenal customer service here! I had no idea which battery I needed for my car key and they had it replaced with two minutes with a guarantee to replace it for free if I came in again. I should also add that I walked in 10 minutes before closing time and still received excellent service.
