I was referred to use Big Horn Towing through my Volvo dealership. My Volvo unexpectedly wouldn't start. Great experience with the company. Set up was quick and easy. The driver assigned to me who's name was Antonio was very efficient, ahead of the estimated time frame, and was qukc with the job as well as highly detailed so nothing happened to my vehicle. I would highly recommend using this company for emergency services or any tow in general. My driver Antonio I would also highly recommend. Very professional, knowledgeable, and detailed.
After a rough day with my vehicle breaking down and having two tow services having me wait and then unable to tow along comes your tow operator Richschard who called me told me what time he would get to me and be able to fix the shifter to get the car in neutral and on the truck. This young man arrived right on time and got the vehicle on the truck and delivered it to the dealer as I requested. Richschard is a very professional confident and knowledgeable young man and deserves to be recognized for his excellent service. Thank you
They were assigned by my roadside assistance and didn't come after 4.5 hours. Luckily I was at home, but they were totally unprofessional and didn't give my roadside assistance dispatcher any updates
Needing to get your car towed from the middle of nowhere is never ideal. However, I have to say how seamless Antowand made it by constantly communicating and working with me would make me pick Big Horn Towing again (hopefully don’t need a tow again ).
Antowand was great! He texted me with an arrival time that was spot on and made sure to update me along the way to my location. I’d definitely recommend this towing service in the future. 10/10 rating for sure!
This was my first time using this company and I had a great experience. They sent Antowand to come and tow my car. He was fast and professional. Antowand got my car and I home safely. I would definitely only ask for HIM again.
Tonight while at working DoorDash in Hanover pa when my brake line busted and I did a claim with my insurance (usaa) and they sent out Antowand Reed. He was wonderful he texted me his ETA and was great very professional and if need a tow again I’ll keep them in mind. Antowand Reed gets a 10/10 and karma ( my service dog) approves
Insurance provider dispatched tow truck from this company. Eta was changed 5 times. Had to wait nearly 3 hours. Then the driver literally left with my car from the AutoZone and proceeded to drive around in a circle in a near by Walmart parking before finally heading to the requested destination. A crazy long wait for sub par service. 10/10 would NOT recommend.
Called for a tow through my insurance company at 9:30am today. After them changing the ETA 7 times, almost four hours later STILL NOTHING! I called back my insurance company and asked for a new tow company.
My insurance provider dispatched this company to tow and repair flat tire. Tow truck driver refused to fix tire and refused to tow. He was kicked off of lot where my car was located. When I called to speak with his supervisor I was met with the same unprofessional rude demeanor. I wouldn't refer this business to anyone!
Had a great experience with Big Horn Towing. Mark was very pleasant and helpful with the whole experience. This is the first time I have had to get my car towed by a company. He made it quick and painless. Would definitely recommend him and their services!
Doesn't deserve any stars. Was supposed to tow our vehicle per our insurance companies roadside assistance. Said arriving soon, never showed. Called him and he never answered. Insurance company called, he never answered. Do not use this company.
do not use this company!!! their driver threatened my life, called me and my friend out of our names and told me he was doing me a favor by towing my vehicle!!! absolutely unprofessional
Within 15 min of me calling they showed up. Driver was professional amd friendly. Even managed to park my vehicle in between 2 parking spots. Very greatful and thankful. Pricing was reasonable.
If you need a tow in this area call someone else. My car died on me last night on the way home from dinner. It was around 9 pm the driver said he was on a tow and he would get to me after. I had my 3 yr old with me so I called a friend to give us a ride home. Thank God she did that the tow driver never showed up. I had to call him in the morning wake him up to see where my jeep was, because it was not at my house. He informed me that he does not do tows that late at night. Thankful I called some one to help me and my baby get home. We would have waited all night for this guy to never show up.
We received a text through our insurance's roadside assistance that Big Horn was 20-30 mins out this morning. They flat out didn't show up, and when I called to see what happened, they could not care less and were extremely unprofessional. If it was possible to post this with "zero" stars, I would.
I needed a truck towed. I waited over 2 hours for this company that was called for is by AAA. After several phone calls to AAA they stated they had already picked the truck up and delivered it...REALLY!!!cause we were still sitting behind it after 2 hours. Do not use this company...liars and bad business ethics.
They are supposed to tell my car through my insurance company State farm they delayed it all the previous day until the next day said I would be the very first one to be picked up it is now the middle of the day and the truck is currently 2 hours late and when I called and asked for an updated ETA they hung up and never contacted me back
My dealing through Big Horn Towing (Perryville, Md.) was through my insurance company Progressive. On 10/18/2021 I arranged roadside assistance at 8:30AM. After completing my request Progressive sent me a text at 8:41AM advising Big Horn Towing was dispatched. At 10:33 I received asking if my vehicle had been towed, at which time I replied no.
Subsequently Progressive contacted Big Horn and was advised there would be a delay but I would be informed of the new ETA. At approximately 12:59 PM I received another text requesting the status of the tow. I advised the tow had not been completed. I reached out to Progressive and was then informed of a 40 minute ETA.
I waited until 2PM (an hour) and contacted Progressive again to check the status. At which time they contacted Big Horn Towing. I was then informed of a 30 minute ETA, at which time I became irate. So I waited another 40 minutes and of course no tow had arrived. So I contacted Progressive again and was updated with a 10 minute ETA.
After another 35 minutes I had pretty much given up hope. I called Progressive, which in turn they called Big Horn towing. While on the phone with Progressive I received this text.....We apologize for the inconvenience, but the provider can no longer complete your job.
At no time I don't think I was unreasonable. I pay for a service through Progressive and I expect it to be completed within reason. To Big Horn towing.... In the future if you are overwhelmed with other jobs please let the insurance company know so they can assign it to another capable company. Please do not give unrealistic ETA's. Now I will have to miss another days work waiting 5 hours for an uncompleted job.
I understand you run a business, however I work and your selfishness may have cost me a days pay at my job. I advise anyone to pass if you hear the name of the company coming. Just call the business number and see how unprofessional they are.

The driver was very professional and showed me that he cared. He took careful steps to ensure that my car would get on the truck with no problems. He even took the time to ask me specifically about the issue my car was having. In addition, his patience and sense of humor really helped me. Thank you
