My daughter’s vehicle had an issue this morning and she was stuck in the middle of our street. We called Rockdale and Bruce came out immediately to assist. My daughter was on the road in no time. We use Rockdale when needed and they NEVER disappoint Thank you for helping my kid!!!

Got stuck in the middle of my road trying to leave this morning. My car wouldn’t shift into gear, wouldn’t drive forward or backwards. I was stressed to say the least! Gave Rockdale a call and they sent someone out immediately! Bruce helped me out of my situation super quick and sent me on my way. I appreciate what they do so much! Definitely recommend giving them a call if you’re in need!

Bruce is very professional and understanding the best worker here I believe me and my husband I love his customer service!

Generally the people the county hire to remove cars from accidents are not the best but this team is the exception. They will match your energy and your vehicle is treated well. Cost about $190 to tow from reisterstown to park heights so average pricing. And they got the big boy trucks if your semi breaks down.

My vehicle had to be towed. I was going away for the weekend and called to see what I needed. Thank goodness they have procedures because it made me feel safe that my vehicles was in their secure lot and not at a place like the Balto City yard.

I was in an accident and my vehicle was damaged, so I went to pick it up myself using my own trailer. Unfortunately, I wasn’t allowed to do so, which was a bit inconvenient at first. However, the staff explained that their company policy and insurance regulations don’t permit customers to remove vehicles on their own — and that makes sense once they explained it. Despite the initial frustration, they offered to tow my vehicle back to my home at a discounted rate, which I really appreciated. The driver was professional, and the service was quick and helpful overall. I understand their policies now, and they handled the situation fairly and professionally.

Company was very rude and uncooperative. Making up policies to prevent pickup and be able to charge more storage. Very unprofessional! What a scam!

if you can avoid doing business with these people, please do so! customer service was absolutely atrocious in late july my vehicle was involved in a collision, and was completely totaled. my vehicle was then towed by rockdale towing. about 2 weeks after the accident i had called about coming to see the car which they said was fine, but i ultimately had to cancel. its now september at this time, and i received a letter saying i had 21 days to claim my vehicle from the date of letter (aug 22), meaning i really had 3 days to get it. i called the place to tell them and see if it was possible to get an extension since I was still working with my lawyer and insurance companies. And the lady who had answered the phone said to me, “so do you want to claim your vehicle”, to which I responded? Yes, I would love to claim my vehicle, but I can’t right now because I don’t have collision coverage. To which she responded “ so do you want to claim your vehicle”, again. It was very frustrating to talk to her on the phone because it didn’t seem like she understood what I was saying or had no compassion or empathy. The next day (sept 11) I decided to go over there With my mom and brother and talk to them in person, to hopefully reach an understanding. There is no physical office. It’s just a booth with a window and bars. I was standing outside for at least five minutes before anyone came up to the window. We told her my car make and model and told her what we were there for. With me, I had brought my license, title and registration and requested to talk to a manager or owner, hoping they would be more understanding and willing to help me. The person I talked to was a guy and we told him what we were there for, and asked again for an extension. He then walked away and came back five minutes later saying that I had until September 29 to get my car otherwise on the 30th and my car would be a “tuna can”. he was very passive aggressive throughout the entire interaction, and was not helpful at all, he was a very rude and disgusting person. I then started walking away and realized they didn’t give me my title back which we believe was purposeful. i then asked about my stuff that was left in my car and about getting my tags off To which they responded that I had to pay all of the fees in order to basically even look at my car (which is not legal) , i asked about the fees to which the original lady responded that i owe over $3000 in fees, and every day that its there, is an added $60. I then left, unsatisfied, annoyed, and with nothing from my car. i cam back to them one last time in late september to get pictures of the car, which my insurance company requested. when someone came to take us back, i said “hi, how are you doing today” to which the man replied “good” followed by “didnt we already give yall pictures of the car” to which my mother matched his energy, and said “yes, but the insurance company wants specific pictures”. when we got to my car, she was obviously covered in leaves with the windows open. i noticed i had left my first aid kit, toothpicks, and my moms medical papers, none of which i was able to retrieve, because they basically hold your belongings hostage to get a payment out and of you. if you dont pay all towing and storage fees, you’ll be lucky if they even let you see your vehicle. like i said before, theres better towing options out there. they completely disregarded everything i said, is very unprofessional, and refuse to work with you on the issues you may have.

I had a family member that had a car towed by Rockdale Towing Co. courtesy of BCP The following day we went to pick up the car and had trouble getting a copy of the registration. We were greeted with kindness and patience. The process was long but they allowed us to stay past closing business hours to gather the information that we needed.

After 2 other tow companies could not get my car on the Tow Truck Tesla sent Michael who was a true pro to help me out. My car was dead and had no juice but Michael knew just what to do, he removed a couple body panels, got juice to the car. He was able to put the car in tow mode, get the suspension to lift her up and on the flat bed she went off to service. Michael couldnt have been nicer and he gave me some tips for the future. I will absolutely call them again if i have to but if you have a dead tesla like I did, have them send Michael! Thanks

I happened to see the last couple of bad reviews left on Rockdale Towing’s website and to be honest I was shocked and wanted to compliment them on ALWAYS doing a great job! I can’t help feeling like the writer’s of the bad reviews had alterior motives. How could the company they were bad mouthing be the same company I have depended on for the last 10 years? I’ve used multiple towing companies and Rockdale Towing always rises as top dog! They are professional, prompt, have the best prices around, an office staff that treats people with respect and management that truly cares about making sure their customers have a good experience regardless of being in a bad situation. Please don’t let a couple of people complaining about a bad experience deter you from using their towing services. I have had hundreds of tows done by Rockdale with zero issues!! They are simply the best around!

I was in a car accident that was a total loss for my car. The responding officer didn't want to wait for the tiw truck from my insurance company. He called rockdale towing. They don't even tow the vehicles to their facility. You have to make an appointment to meet someone in a deserted sketchy area. They were 5 minutes late. When I called for an appointment the receptionist said "I might have an appointment at 4:30" like she couldn't be bothered to check and she was doing me a huge favor just thinking about helping me get my stuff out of my car.

We went to get our items and Rockdale refused unless we could pay the balance. We explained that the insurance of the person who hit us would take care of that and it was not legal to hold someone's belongings until a tow fee was paid. The ignorant pregnant lady at the front slammed the window multiple times her attitude was atrocious and the manager was the same way. They did not care and held our belongings anyway! When the insurance finally paid and we got to go in the car most of the belongings were gone even mail with our address!! This is the second time a crashed car of ours was towed there and items went missing this is not the place to go and avoid at all cost unless you want your items stolen.

I had a tough day stuck in a broken-down truck for hours in the heat, but this towing company truly turned things around. From the moment I called, Katie was absolutely lovely so kind, calm, and helpful during a stressful situation. She made everything feel a little easier. ? When the tow truck finally arrived, the driver went above and beyond he even gave me a bottle of water, which was such a thoughtful gesture after sitting in the heat for so long. That small act of kindness meant a lot. In a world where service can often feel rushed or impersonal, this team reminded me that real care still exists. I went to Rockdale Towing Thursday to pick up my car from their impound lot and got in line behind a very pissed off woman yelling at the girl in the office. I listened to what the office was asking the woman for and made sure that I had my registration with me. I felt bad for the girl who was helping the woman because she wouldn’t stop yelling at her. When it was my turn I handed the girl in the office everything she needed that showed I owned the car. I paid the fees and drove my car out all in 10 minutes. I’m not sure what the issue was with the woman in line before me but everyone I talked to was nice and helpful. I’m glad I had everything they asked for because it made picking up my car easy.

THESE PEOPLE ARE EXTREMELY RUDE AND NASTY!! MY CAR WAS STOLEN! They WERE SO RUDE! Had me sitting outside in the rain for an hour with no updates! One old lady slammed the window in my face the other one told me “it’s not our problem your car was stolen” I would’ve said a lot more had my car not been in their possession. If you can stay far away from these rude ignorant people!!!!

I was hit by an uninsured driver and had major damage to my car. The Police called for a tow truck and Rockdale Towing responded very quickly. When I called the office they walked me through the steps to get my car out. This was my first accident so I thought it was going to be a headache but they made it easy. In the future if I have the choice of tow companies I would definitely choose Rockdale!

Absolutely Horrible Experience: Especially with One Employee I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience was beyond frustrating. There was a pregnant woman there, her name was Katy (I believe) was incredibly rude and disrespectful. I’m a woman who has worked in the restaurant industry, so I fully understand how stressful customer-facing jobs can be. That’s why I made sure to be polite and respectful throughout our interaction. Unfortunately, that effort was not returned. Katy came off as completely miserable and made an already stressful situation so much worse. She offered no help, no compassion, and certainly no professionalism. I understood the towing policy. I wasn’t there to argue but her attitude made everything harder, especially for someone dealing with this for the first time. On the bright side, one of the towing guys I spoke with was kind and helpful, and I really appreciated that. But it’s unfortunate that one person can make such a negative impact on the entire experience. If management is reading this, I would have loved the chance to speak to someone in charge, but Katy refused to provide any contact information.

I had a 2004 Nissan Frontier towed from one alley to another which isn’t an easy feat. These competent drivers got it done no problem fast and efficient. Overall excellent service would recommend to anyone in the area.

The Maryland State police called this company to tow our car when our car had broken down on the interstate 70 around 5 am Friday morning while we were travelling to New Jersey for a sad family gathering. Bruce the tow truck driver was very sympathetic to our situation and gave us great insight on who we could call for a rental car. Bruce helped us stay calm and dropped us off at a safe place until the car rental place opened. Even though the tow bill was $250 (price set by the state police) I will keep their phone number in my phone just in case we ever need them again! When we came to pick up our vehicle 3 days later with a u haul truck and car transport in tow several of the company's employees came to help push our car up onto the transporter. The people of this company came together to help us going above and beyond what they had to do. For that I will always be grateful!

Awesome people! Wife and I left TN on our way to NJ for her mother's funeral when our car had a break down at Owens Mills MD. Bruce was there and had our vehicle loaded and offered great advice for the situation. His response was much faster than I expected. The company had to hold our car for a few days until we attended the funeral and were able to return. We had to rent a car trailer to bring the car back to TN and there was a whole crew that helped to load it on the trailer. The courtesy and compassion we were shown restores faith in people and the small business owner. May God bless them and their families!

We were visiting relatives on Sept 21 and took a wrong turn late at night onto a narrow country road. When we tried to turn around, our rear wheels went over a steep bank and we got stuck. We called AAA....they kept saying they were "looking for assistance" but after 90 minutes, they said it would be 7AM before they could get anyone there!! Rockdale answered the phone late at night....the ONLY so-called 24 hr towing company that did. They got someone out to pull us out in about 30 minutes. The guy was fantastic...really careful with our brand new car and obviously very expert at his job. It was not cheap of course, and we are filing a claim with AAA....but we are very, very grateful to Rockdale towing!!

My employee was driving up the road and came across somebody. Not paying attention driving down the middle. He had to leave the travel portion of the road to save that person's life. Our 9. Ton service vehicle was now sunk in the soft mud and sitting on the frame and rear differential . A we called rockdale towing Super happy with the company. They dispatched the correct vehicle to lift. Our entire truck up and pull it back on to the road surface. They had to work it from both sides. To get it back on the road. The operator was skilled and patient and did not damage your vehicle. And lastly, I thought the price was very reasonable.Thank you rockdale
