They have a good selection of fuel line fittings, but man oh man is this place expensive or what.

Good store and good staff. Always nice and friendly. It's recently rebuilt and it's nice and clean inside.

Harris's stores been rebuilt top-notch. He go in to set up a different than it used to be the people. There are very nice who're very willing to help you as quick as they can. Came in to determine why my check engine light was on, the two gentlemen who were working helped me and got me exactly what I needed. Customer service and expertise were very good and I felt that they genuinely cared to see my situation get better. Job well done AAP!

I went in to purchase replacement windshield wiper blades. One young man was assisting someone and the other was at the counter. There may have been 3 people in the store other than the employees. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes waiting for the young man to acknowledge me so I may ask a question regarding wiper blades (there used to be a book you could look up wiper blades). I watched him take a drink, talk to his co-worker; everything but acknowledge I was standing there. When I was finally able to get his attention, he was like "uh yeah..." I preceded to ask about windshield wiper blades and he says " I am helping someone else." I went to NAPA auto part store. I will not go back to this store. Previous to it burning down, the staff were knowledgeable, customer service oriented and willing to help!

Convenient location I went there picked up product paid back in the car less than 15 minutes staff very knowledgeable

Always friendly and knowledgeable. Online ordering is a breeze. Inventory control could be better, but all big boxes have those issues. 5 stars for all of my transactions and interactions.

I purchased a battery online from Advance Auto Parts and had them install it. The battery has given me numerous problems which requires me to keep needing to get a jump start. When I took it to two different shops, both of them said the battery was bad and had failed the test. When I took it to Advance Auto per the so called 2 year warranty, they claim the battery passed and they would need to charge it and see if it holds the charge. This has occurred more than once. Last month, I was told if there was anymore problems that they would switch the battery out with no questions asked. Enter today with me once again needing a jump start. I called the store and spoke to Mr. Marshall(the person that gave me the promise and knew the situation). Mr. Marshall tells me that the policy is that I would have to take the battery back to the store to get it tested again and then see if it holds a charge done by them. This wasn't what I was promised last month and I don't appreciate being lied to and being sent on wild goose chases. I ended up buying a new battery today from Sams Club as I was done dealing with Advance Auto and their games. I won't be buying anymore batteries from Advance Auto. Don't bother leaving me that auto reply saying to contact y'all. I just wanted it for everyone to see what I went through. I will be contacting the corporate office as well.

Worst experience from employees this is 3rd time I visited but they are not ready to sell anything no help from employees

I asked an employee to confirm that the cabin air filter I was purchasing was for my car model, he confirmed and so I purchased without a receipt. The part didn’t fit and when I came back within 2 hours they wouldn’t offer a refund or exchange for anything other than the exact same useless part. Terrible customer service!

My go to for oil changes and parts if I don't feel like waiting for rock auto. Save more money by ordering online and entering coupon codes. If you need help, ask for Igor. He's a legend that's been there forever and has a wealth of knowledge.

Asked lady if they had a Honda civic key fob battery she said yes. She was too lazy to even attempt to open it and change it. Never had this problem anywhere else.

Had to purchase a battery and the service person was courteous and extremely helpful with recommending a product. The service was quick, and I was advised on what the possible labor time would be. The team was courteous and funny with one another and it carried over to their interactions with the customers.

Sales clerk wasn't too knowledgeable and asked me if I'd be changing my own battery because she wasn't going to do it since she'd done enough that day. Like ummmm ok. However, the man who changed my battery was very nice and professional.

Even though they had only had two employees working at the time. Igor came out and serviced 4 individual people outside in the freezing cold. Very helpful and knowledgeable

Staffs are very courteous and very helpful. I went there to buy rotors for my vehicle. But the manager did his best to get one for me from another advanced Auto parts store.

bad customer service needed a batery test sep/15 11am and waited for an hour i asked again. then girl there working rudely told me keep waiting you are not paying anything.... other guy was helpfull tho.

My special spot to buy all the things my vehicle needs and then some. I love the circulars with all the great buys to care for the life of my car. An incentive for me is I get a military discount which helps me save some pocket change in my purchases. Any car related questions I have the staff will look it up and have an answer for me. And for the DIY'ers you surely won't go wrong to buy what you need.

Storefront clearly says battery and alternator testing. They made us buy a voltage tester when I wanted to check if the alternator voltage was right. Three employees and not one of them knew what they were doing or their own policies or services.

I went in for a battery change. The person that did the replacement, didnt even speak to me, his body language was arragant, he took 25minutes doing a battery change. He didnt have professional apperance. Im never going back to this store.
