Took excellent care of my car and got my tires replaced in a pinch. They were up front and communicative throughout the process. Exceptional service!

Service agent was patient and offered price options for tires. He wasn’t pushy or rude helping me determine what was best for my SUV in tire performance and ride.

Great customer service, friendly staff that tells you everything that is going on with your car . Reasonable pricing . Will be back anytime maintenance is needed on my car for sure

Jeremy and Jordan gave top of the line service from the beginning to the end. Very helpful and knowledgeable. First time here customer that will be coming back for all future car maintenance needed. Highly recommend for anyone in need of service. This is the place to go.

Customer service was top notch. Jordan was in constant communication with me and made sure to explain to me in detail what was going on. The were able to provide me with transportation and a loaner vehicle when my repairs were taking longer than expected.

The guys here at AutoStream in Reisterstown are good at jobs and very knowledgeable. I had no heat in my van and there mechanics were able to get the new installed in a hour or so. From the guys that handle customers to the mechanics I appreciated.

Totally awesome experience. Courteous, Knowledgeable staff. They figured out what was wrong and gave the estimate before fixing it. Even called an uber to give me a ride home and then back to pick up my car when it was done. My car rides like new again, and it’s 8 years old. Wonderful experience all the way around!!

Staff was super quick and helpful, I was in and out within an hour with a patched tire and they did it all for me right before closing! Great spot, highly recommend.

The team here is phenomenal. Great customer service. I brought my Q50 here for a rubbing sound caused by a brake job from somewhere else. They fixed it quickly. I should’ve came here from the beginning.

It was a very pleasant 1st time being there. I feel they were very honest . They will even send you home in a Uber if need be. This will be my go to spot for my truck.

Good experience from drop off to pick up. Performed the service requested and provided follow up on things to monitor. Provided good responses to follow up questions. I’ve used Auto Stream for regular maintenance and for a couple of issues and I find that they provide good service at a fair cost.

Everyone is so friendly and they are good listeners. I bought my tires here and they took care of me when one of them had an issue with a nail. I would recommend this location.

It was a lovely experience! I was in a precarious situation early in the morning after dropping son off at school; my rear windows was down and could not go back up, plus it was cold. Before reaching out to Auto Stream I quickly ran to the more popular company and they had not much assistance or care to offer I was turned away. After calling g other companies without much luck I called Auto stream and Mr. Jeremy gave a glimmer of hope and told he would have his guys check it. Mr. Joe was very accommodating and though I had to wait I was able to get the window up and some semblance of safety restored until I could make it to my dealership. I will definitely use them again in the future and recommend them to family and friends. 10/10.

Overall, I had a great experience at this car shop the staff were very knowledgeable and they kept you updated on the progress of your vehicle. The price compare to other shops was very reasonable. I was given a realistic time to complete repairs.

I recently purchased a car from a local dealership. Prior to purchase I wanted to bring it to a mechanic shop to get a pre-purchase assessment of the vehicle from a third party. I called several mechanic shops in the area and none could see me the same day. I called Auto Stream and Jeremy told me to bring the car in whenever I was available to. I brought it over to him. He looked over the state inspection report and the paperwork provided by the dealership that detailed what they had done to the vehicle. He said he would only do all the same things they had already done and that everything on the used vehicle looked really good. He told me it wasn’t worth me spending the approximately $80 at his shop and recommended that we spend the extra money to get the limited warranty from the dealer. He offered great and honest advice at no charge and we really appreciated his candor. Thank you Jeremy!

Happy Friday everyone! I just moved to the Reisterstown area and was looking for a shop for car care. After reading reviews and making a few phone calls, I stumbled upon AutoStream Car Care Center. From the jump they were very welcoming. Once I arrived, both Jordan and (long beared fellow) were telling me all about the great things in the area. After the technician looked over my vehicle, there were a few major issues to address which were front tires and an alignment. They were about to take care of all of that the same day. To top all this off, I didn't have to wait in the shop. I was offered a ride home and back (only 5mins away) until everything was taken care of. Definitely happy about my choice on going here. Jordan the receptionist was able to fit me in last minute for an oil change before closing, which I needed for a long drive. He also showed lots of hospitality by offering snacks and drinks while I waited and gave updates upon finishing. Definitely will be back!

Jordan and Jeremy were so helpful and made the experience more than wonderful. From being greeted with a warm welcome to the lovely banter. They completed my service so quick and made sure the process was a breeze. My car is good as new! Thankful for them!

I don't usually take the time to write reviews, but I had such a positive experience at Auto Stream Car Center (Reisterstown Road) that I had to share. Jordan S helped me with a headlight change. He was exceptionally professional, kind, and efficient. The best part? When I asked how much I owed, he simply said "nothing." I was genuinely surprised and grateful for his honesty and willingness to help. Based on this outstanding service, I will absolutely recommend Jordan S and Auto Stream to all my friends and family for any future car needs.

Great experience-excellent workmanship- good price. This group works as a team. Immediately I could tell Jeremy is a very knowledgable and experienced advisor. My mechanic “Joe” did a great job getting the work done within the time they said it would take. Professional.. No engine work here; my truck is still fairly new, and got some new 35’s on it, when Jeremy told me how much better my truck would look just lifting the front a couple inches to “level” it, and then add some tint on the windows. Since I spend a good amount of time on the road during the day, I took his advice. The truck looks much better than the standard Ford “stock “ profile, and their pricing was excellent, can still get a tonneau cover! The tint turned out perfectly, not crazy dark but enough it really kept my truck cool in today’s bright sun..These guys handled it all, made the process seamless.. Appreciate that fellas…

I went to have my lights replaced on the side of my food truck and had some minor interior work done. The staff was friendly and the service was fast and efficient! I would recommend them anytime. Thank you Jeremy for taking care of me.

I had Headlight Restoration performed here today. I was checked in by Brandon. He was polite and courteous. After I was checked in, he informed me that they could conduct a Digital Vehicle Inspection on my vehicle free of charge also. I thought, "Why not." The Digital Vehicle Inspection report was forwarded to my cellphone via text when complete. I could review the service recommendations and then call in with questions or schedule the service. I was really impressed. When I picked up my vehicle, I was able to inspect the work performed with Jon. He explained what was done and what couldn't be done. I was satisfied overall. The only thing that I didn't like was not being able to get a paper invoice or print out of the Digitable Vehicle Inspection report. I also didn't receive either via email.
