Looking at the reviews, maybe it's just me. But the vibe of this store is off, I have been involved with this store for at least 14 years. And I always hated it when I had to go there, I liked father of the store, he has passed now though. I had to go there today and there's just something not right there, like negative energy or something. I definitely will not ever go back there again. But like I said maybe it's just me.

I wish I could give zero stars. Went in with three people behind the desk. No one acknowledged that I was there while i stood there for several minutes When I attempted to get their attention, one proceeded to wave his finger at me while he flipped through a book. I was the only person in the store. I don't know how knowledgeable any of them are as no one bothered to try to help. I found all three to be extremely rude and dismissve. I will take my business elsewhere

Best service I've ever had at an auto parts store.

I've been going to this napa for a few years now. I would say this is by far the best auto parts place if you're looking for staff that's willing to help you out.

Stop in to get the synthetic oil changed special, I asked Phil about my rear wiper, he went out took a look at it, advised me what to do, I got great service courteous and professional, thanks Phil I will return

Bought wipers for my vehicle and the clerk installed them for me with a down pour outside in the middle of a tornado warning....which actually touched down not far away in Westminister. Now that's great service!!

Convenient Location, Good Selection of merchandise to choose from, & speedy and respectful staff to assist. Price paid for merchandise was pretty good. I LOVE the Reserve online and pick up in store feature.

Every time I come in the staff are helping someone figure out what they need. Not just size of a random bolt but real head scratcher not common occurrences we always seem to face. Always have my parts in stock.

A very old store the remerchandising of the store seems never complete. They have 4 sometime 5 people at the counter for sales and 1 costumer in the store and you will wait. Someone may greet you after the wait. I still continue to shop here off and on because of prices and it's local.

Great place. The employees are extremely knowledgeable & friendly. They gave me some very good advice on how to do complete my repair and it worked!! Thanks guys!!

I love this place whenever I go there they got the parts prices reasonable if they don't have the parts they can get it within a reasonable amount of time. I ordered a whole drag link set and tire rod.

Best place hands down for parts.... way better than the gluten free big box stores

I would give them 5 stars but my first walk in no one wanted to help me. And when they finally decided to they weren't very helpful at all they acted like I was stupid and didn't know what I was talking about when reality it was them that didn't know what they were talking about. Then finally I talked to this really nice and I wish I knew his name he was extremely helpful I'm very nice and super funny.

These guys saved my tail. I'm a truck driver and one of my air hoses broke on reload location. After calling places for 2 hours No one would deliver to me. Last call was to these guys and they came to my rescue and dropped off what I needed. Thanks again.

Employees were very nice and knowledgeable. The got me the part I needed before they closed that day. Awesome and keep it up.

Knowledgeable. Friendly. But...antiquated VISA system with a printout that I had to sign all that took 5 minutes just for 1.29 light bulb.

I like these guys, they were courteous and kind, they didn't have that just hurry up and wait attitude, that I'm used to seeing from the many parts stores I've gone to. They've become my go to spot.
