I’ve used Bransfield Motor Company for the second time and I’m very pleased with the service and the staff is very friendly and they make me comfortable with doing the service on my vehicle. This is my new mechanic family. I definitely give them 5 stars.

Don't go here for Maryland State inspection! I have multiple complaints and issues with this place based off my most recent experience trying to get them to pass a vehicle... Had to pay them for 2 inspections because their inspector was out of town for the last few days of month when I needed to have my car reinspected. I addressed the issues so that I would pass and then at my second inspection (that I had to pay for) they decided that the seat covers that they originally said I needed because of torn leather were actually not sufficient and I needed to have my seats reupholstered. I brought my car to a different inspection place paid for a third inspection and was passed easily. The other inspector laughed and said he would never fail someone for torn leather seats. I confronted the owner? Or whoever sits behind the front desk and he was very defensive and unapologetic. I would give them negative stars if I could.

I should have written this months ago because I genuinely can not recommend this place enough. They do such good work and are some of the most compassionate people. Brian is a stand up guy who truly cares about you and is not just in it for the money. I always feel like family and they are willing to go out of their way to help you. I never feel like I’m just being upsold and they are just making honest recommendations. Truly an amazing business with great people

I have had multiple positive experiences with Bransfield. They are honest, efficient, kind, and professional. My older car is running like it’s brand new following some routine maintenance and high mileage recommended work. I would recommend them to anyone.

Bruce And John and all the guys at Bransfield motors had excellent communication with me, Explaining carefully, what needed to be done and what could wait and they provided thorough customer service. We upgraded many parts of an old car over about six months time and I'm really happy with what they've done. I trust them.

My family and I have been taking our cars there for 15 years. Even when we moved out of the area, we still drive the 45+ minutes for service b/c Bransfield is honest, reliable, and good at what they do. I have never had any issues with the service and always feel comfortable leaving my car with the guys at Bransfield. An added note -- I once got a flat tire on the beltway at 4:30 PM on a Friday. Completely panicked and not sure what to do, I called Bransfield. They were still open and MORE than willing to come tow my vehicle to them and leave me with one of their loaners. They were there within 20 minutes and truly saved the day.

Unparalleled customer service to put it mildly. They consistently go above and beyond in a way that only a family owned and operated business can. There is no substitution for theit genuine eagerness to deliver the highest quality, most honest, thoroughly knowledgeable service to your vehicle as well as the customers themselves(speaking for myself). If you scraped around, could you find a *cheaper* place? Probably. That's the case for pretty much anything. There might be a time and place for cheapest but your vehicle isn't that place. I've also seen plenty of places that charge a lot more. In short, if you live reasonably close, this place should be your go-to auto shop.

I've been a Bransfield customer for over 8 years and never once have I been told to have unnecessary repairs or replacements done. Honesty means a lot to me. In July of 2023 my vehicle's check engine light came on. Bransfield diagnosed and fixed the problem. However, 7 months later the light came back on. Same problem, but the part supplied by a dealer had failed. Dropped off my car, { without an appointment) got a free loaner and later the same afternoon got a call from Brian stating the car is fixed and there is no charge for the fix or for the labor. Thanks Bransfield for standing behind the repair even though the problem was not caused by anything Bransfield did. 5 star service every single time.

We needed to get a trailer inspected. When we called, they told us it would be $58 so we took the trailer there when we got there and they looked at it, then they said oh no, this will now be $80, so we said okay, we'll go with it then when they were getting ready to do the paperwork and charge us to do the inspection...Now, all of a sudden, it became 160. So at that point we just asked for our paperwork back and left. How is this okay? This is definitely not a way to do business.

Courteous, professional, fair, trustworthy, honest Their amazing customer service and excellent workmanship always have me leave feeling great. It's such a pleasure to do business with such kind, professional people. I wish I could give them more stars! My family has used them for probably 30 years.

These gentleman are wonderful. I will be taking all our cars to them exclusively due to the outstanding service. Very fair pricing and they explain in detail all that is needed and the "why". They were highly recommended to us and we are extremely pleased and understand why they have so many fans.

I was referred to this company to get work done on my Lexus. From the beginning to end, I received the best customer service in a long time. The high end service dealers (Lexus, Acura, etc) do not give the type of customer service I received. For my convenience, I was provided with a loaner car for several days while my car was being serviced. Very reasonable prices. Check them out.

I recently had some routine maintenance services by Bransfield Motor Company. Both the customer service and the work were excellent. Additionally, they ordered a part that was not part of the regular maintenance and it was installed the very next day. The loaner car provided while the work was being completed was the icing on the cake. Thank you ,guys for your courtesy and wonderful work!

I’ve been going to Bransfield for over 5 years now and they are fantastic. Prices are always reasonable to me, they have free loaners if you need one, they are always very friendly and easy to work with. I would highly recommend Bransfield to anyone!

Several months ago, my engine light went on and I took it to Bransfield. Several thousand dollars, I got the car back. And after a few miles the engine went on again. They apologized profusely and promised to locate and correct the issue at no charge. It took much longer than expected, due to supply chain issues.But they were tenacious in solving the problem. Overall, I found the service excellent.

I moved here from NJ and was in desperate need of a new mechanic. Brought my car in to be looked over, and for some minor repairs, and to say the least, it was by far the best experience I've ever had at a mechanic. The customer service was awesome, very transparent, and reasonable in pricing. Even accommodated my schedule with a loaner car! It's safe to say, I found my new mechanic.

Yes, I had a great repair experience at Bransfield Motors. I was looking for a place to repair my torn off side view mirror and a few serious dents in the door on the driver's side from previous accident .I had only liability as car insurance, so I had to pay the bill. I decided to just ask Branfields if they knew how to do those type of repairs also ? I Surprised by the response. They did a great job, and got out all the dents. and it looked great for an affordable price.

I've been a customer of Bransfield Motors since the early 2000's and I'm still going there even though I live 30 minutes away now - it's worth the trip! Among other things they maintain my show truck, a fully restored and customized 1989 Chevy Suburban. These guys are super courteous and they are straightforward with communication. They give you options, and in my experience they usually end up under the estimated repair $. I recommend them unhesitatingly. p.s. ask for Brian, he's the man!

I had some substantial auto work completed here. A short time later the repair failed. I brought it back and they re-repaired it at no additional cost, no additional hassle. The following year the engine went up. Bransfield gave me options to consider (I did not repair and chose to sell). When I returned for an oil change I had so many loyalty points accumulated it was gratis. Pretty cool they keep track of the loyalty points for you and the NEVER expire. I recommend this neighborhood repair shop! Thanks

Have used this in the past to do service on Nissan cars and was completely satisfied. Knowledgeable technician at affordable prices I have used Bransfield Motors for more than 15 yrs to service my cars. The're knowledgeable, thorough and help customers to make the best decisions on service based on SAFETY first; and now offer loaners! I've owned Toyota an Nissan type cars, including luxury brands, and have not experienced issues after having Bransfield team service. I believe in supporting local, small, family owned businesses vs. large chains when possible. Although "old money families" helped U.S. tremendously.

The mechanic experts at Bransfield have kept my 2007 vehicle (233K miles!!!) going and going and going, all at a very fair price. John, Brian and everyone At Bransfield are excellent and no BS. They keep cars on the road, period! They tell you exactly what needs fixing asap, and what can wait. Highly recommend Bransfield Motor Company!

My wife and I moved to Maryland a few years ago and bounced between big chain garages when we knew we were not getting the best deal. Wanted to finally have a place for "our garage" and saw the reviews - they aren't exaggerating. Not only does Bransfield give you quality, and honesty, they do so with genuine care. They have taken care of us when we need it and will send out reminders letting you know what you should look to get taken care of based on past visits. Cannot recommend them more.

Such caring and efficient customer service is rare these days. Bransfield was my lifesaver on Valentine''s Day! Had run errands all morning but then the car died in Giant's parking lot. Bransfield came promptly, charged the battery, checked out the car in their shop and replaced the battery while I waited. I was given an extremely reasonable bill and was back on the road in no time. My daughter could not believe such great service. I will continue to use Bransfield and recommend them to my friends. In fact one friend was there the very next day. Extremely pleased with Bransfield Motors! We were new customers with a urgent car issue. I called and Emily told us to bring the car right in. They were very pleasant to deal with and got the issue fixed. They even offered us a loaner which was greatly appreciated. We will definitely be back! We also wanted to thank Brian as well. He is very understanding and compassionate.

I've never been treated better!! They are honest and genuinely care about their customers. Brian and Mr. John will go out of their way to make sure that you have a rental, if available, and are so honest about the repairs needed on the vehicle. Bransfield Motors will not create problems for your car, to get you to return. Your safety is their number one priority!!!!
