There was no question where I'd go—Auto Collision Specialists has earned my complete trust and loyalty. I've used them multiple times now, and they continue to exceed my expectations. The team guides you through the entire process from start to finish, making what could be a stressful situation remarkably smooth. If insurance is involved, they work directly with your insurance company, which takes a huge burden off your shoulders. The customer service is exceptional. Amanda, the office manager, is incredibly personable and attentive—she makes you feel like a valued customer, not just another claim number. Greg, the estimator, is knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to explain things thoroughly and answer any questions. Most importantly, the quality of their work is outstanding. Every repair has been done to a high standard, and my vehicle has looked great after each visit. I have had body work done at least 3-5 times at ACS. I would not have any repair work done anywhere else. Their work is impeccable, always done right, and customer service is excellent. An added bonus is when you pick up your car it is washed, cleaned inside and out including windows. You will not regret having your body work done at ACS Collision. 5 stars+++

From the 1st phone call with Amanda and meeting with Chris Rouse we knew we were in good hands. They are very professional and know what they are doing. After being involved in accident, I was unsure where to take my car for repair. Auto Collision Specialists (ACS) was highly recommended, and I'm so thankful I chose to go with them! From my initial call to set up an evaluation appointment to handing me back my keys when complete, the professionalism, care to detail, and extensive knowledge of the team at ACS was unmatched. I had the pleasure to work with Chris Rouse, but I get the feeling that any member of the team is as dedicated to their job as him. Chris not only worked quickly to get my van repaired with the best possible parts available, he was knowledgeable and helpful regarding the insurance claim process. He kept me updated all throughout the process. My van has adaptive equipment (left-foot accelerator pedal) and I was unaware that renting a car while mine was in the shop was even a possibility. Chris not only informed me that it could happen, he assisted in ensuring that I got an adaptive rental all set up. I felt that Chris and the team at ACS respected my vehicle as if it was on their own. When I got my van back it looked absolutely pristine. The damage was to the front left side and the paint job looks incredible. I will definitely use ACS for any future auto repairs and will 100% recommend ACS to anyone!

I had some damage on the front of my car — the paint was scraped off and even the deeper layer was affected. The team at Auto Collision Specialists repaired it perfectly; it looks absolutely brand new. The paint match is flawless — the original Monza Grey color looks exactly as before, with no mismatching at all. I took my Santa Fe Sport to Auto Collision Specialist to have the liftgate repaired. It was incredibly damaged, and I wasn’t even sure it could be fixed. From the moment I walked in, I experienced the best customer service imaginable. Chris walked us through every detail, explained potential issues, and set clear expectations. The communication throughout the process was outstanding. To my surprise, we picked up our vehicle well ahead of schedule—and at a price I’m certain couldn’t be matched anywhere else. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. They have earned my trust and my business for a lifetime!

I can’t say enough good things about Auto Collision Specialists. They helped me after a lost deer, completely out of nowhere, launched itself onto my car's front end while I was on the westbound on-ramp to 695 from I-83. The damage was extensive, and to make matters worse, insurance didn’t cover everything due to the car's age. I had to go out of pocket to restore the car properly. This wasn’t just any car though. It was sports coupe that had belonged to my dad, who passed away from cancer a few years ago. For me, the car is a bit of a symbol. It is a reminder that while he was taken too soon, he lived his life fully. He cut loose and had a good time. That’s a comforting idea. Keeping the car in good condition helps that endure in my heart and mind. So yes, it was upsetting when I felt like I had failed as its steward. Thankfully, I went to the team at Auto Collision Specialists. I say team, but it’s clearly a salt of the earth Reisterstown family business where they treat their customers and team like family too. This is old-school service that just feels right. Service that’s honest, personal, and rooted in pride and integrity. After explaining how much the car meant to me, they assured me they’d make it look like new, and they did. Even though it’s an older model and parts weren’t easy to come by, they handled everything with care, skill, and transparency. They kept the costs and timeline reasonable given the situation. When I picked it up, I was beaming like it was Christmas morning like my Dad had given me that toy I asked for but didn't expect to get. A few months later, I got unlucky again. This time someone backed into it while it was parked at a shop after routine maintenance. Frustrating? Yes. But, this time I didn't bat an eye. I had full confidence that Auto Collision Specialists would come through again for me and they did (I wouldn't take it anywhere else). They even made the whole process with the other person’s pesky insurance company painless, for me at least! I’m truly grateful that there are still people who run their business the right way. Auto Collision Specialists doesn’t just fix cars, they restore peace of mind and, in a way, faith. Faith that good people are all around, doing honest work with care, integrity, and a sense of community. That meant a lot to me, because, fittingly, it reminded me of how my dad did business. The team at ACS takes pride in their work. They are not just a "paint shop" that tapes and sprays. ACS is meticulous and they are truly "restorers." Whether the vehicle was in an accident or whether it has aged over time and needs to be brought back to life, ACS is able to make the car look like it just rolled off the showroom floor. They are careful, methodical, meticulous, and highly skilled. Many shops leave your vehicle missing screws and with collateral damage. ACS reassembles your vehicle far better than it was when they received it. They will provide screws and hardware where necessary in order to get the vehicle dialed in to near perfection. This is the first "auto body shop" that can say deserves the trust of their customers. I handed ACS a 30+ year old vehicle that was unsightly and falling apart. ACS returned a well reassembled beauty after a full repaint. After disassembling and reassembling nearly the entire vehicle, they left no collateral damage and reassembled the vehicle beyond all expectations that I had. Thank you ACS! Auto Collision Specialists is the “best of the best” in the business. I would never take my Mercedes anywhere else for body work. ACS is outstanding. And the customer service exceeds all expectations. Dave Groth is so responsive, professional and proactive. He has tremendous experience and expertise and always guides me through the process in an stress-free way. ACS is family owned (Chuck and his sons are very humble) and located on a beautiful property. Everyone is friendly and I feel so comfortable coming here. Well, well, well, Ms. Sarah was VERY professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. She helped me with the entire process: scheduling my drop off, handling everything with the insurance and rental car companies, and answering my 101 questions with such kindness, patience and care. Then I was connected with Mr. Chris (my guy?) who also was VERY professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Chris went above and beyond the call of duty. He kept me abreast of Every single detail pertaining to my repairs. I Never had to call to check on the status of my vehicle and he Always had time for any questions I needed answered. And when I picked up my vehicle, the beam in his eyes and care in his voice let me know that he treated this job, my car as if it was his own. I am forever grateful for the referral and I know why they are called “Auto Collision Specialists”. They definitely live up to their name. It was a pleasure to have been serviced by them. What can I say about ACS, if I could leave 10 star review I would. My mechanic referred me to ACS and it was THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! From the onset with the first conversation with Amanda who handled the estimate and was very helpful. Then there was Sarah who was the person who handled email correspondence and follow up phone calls with ease and professionalism. Any concerns I had she was there to guide. But for me the crowning person was my advisor Chris Rouse his level of service was par excellence! From first contact he walked me through the process. He let me what was needed and gave me a timeline of when everything would be completed, barring any extenuating circumstance (which there were none).) Chris went above and beyond letting me know that I had another pressing concern with my vehicle that was unrelated to the work I was having done. Chris gave me specific instructions on how to proceed. Thank you Chris! Now for what you came here for…,the workmanship, Chef’s Kiss my baby was glistening like a new car fresh off the showroom floor! And it smelled good! It was beautiful! am so pleased with my experience. And the service did not end there but Chris my advisor introduced himself formally and walked me to other vehicle to transfer my things over ? I mean really? Yes, really! So I will say this if you’re looking for a body shop with that personal touch that is efficient and can get the work done far exceeding expectations. I would to commend Auto Collision Specialists on the amazing job they need on my Ford Explorer. First they saw more then the superficial damage I saw, then they finished before the projected finish time. Looks brand new. Will definitely return should another misfortune occurs

I have been a customer of ACS for years. Actually 2 generations of my family prefer only ACS. My son and daughter also only take their cars to ACS for repair. ACS always treats us with respect and professionalism. They do everything in their power to assure parts and paint are perfect to assure the cars are ‘restored’ not just fixed. From the front office to the mechanics and other associates they are friendly, experienced, and professional. They also keep the customer updated on the schedule and work progression and strive for customer satisfaction.

The folks operating and working at ACS are, quite simply, honest highly skilled miracle workers. This was my forth experience with body shops over the years, the first time I didn't take a shop recommendation from my insurance company (I picked ACS following some research online), and the first time I'm going to keep a car that was rebuilt after a major accident. The car is show room perfect like the day I brought it home, and drives like a dream. Doors were properly taken completely apart, skinned, painted on the interior, put back together and hung, and then flawlessly painted on the exterior. Unlike lesser shops, there are no tape lines on the car, and the paint on the fenders, hood, doors and quarter panels is flawlessly blended with what remained of the original car. And they do mechanical stuff right too - When a dealership tasked with doing the reprogramming of the windshield and an alignment tried fudging the numbers on the alignment, ACS informed me of the problem (refreshing honesty) refused the service, and took the car to another shop that did it right. But then they took it even further on my picking the car up, giving me copies of the paperwork from both shops and a lesson on what the alignment numbers mean so that I'd never be taken on future alignments. Finally, their detailing work is amazing - inside and out, my car is as pristine as the day I drove her new off the dealer's lot. ACS is simply a skilled and honest shop that I would recommend to anyone looking for quality workmanship. I hope to never need their services again, but if I do, I know I will be in good hands.
