This place is full of incompetent and greedy people. My mother’s car was brought here due to an issue with the battery, while replacing the battery the crew, who later admitted to having no idea how to fix the issue, they ended up breaking the battery. We had to have it towed (THAT WE HAD TO PAY FOR AT 11 PM) to a separate mechanic who could fix it. Our car is now being repaired by a separate mechanic who needs payment because Autozone refuses to pay for a VERY EXPENSIVE mistake that THEY made. Absolutely greedy and taking advantage of their customers, DO NOT SHOP HERE. Their corporate is also completely useless and refuses to help. Never shopping here again even if I’m held at gunpoint.

Thank you Darryl for today 12/23/25 for helping choose the best bulb lights for my car and also helping in replacing the bulbs . He also made sure all the lights on the car are also working . Thank you once more Darryl

Andy is extremely helpful. I was having an issue with a starter I had purchased a few months back and he had one transferred in from a store the next day and assisted me with a warranty swap. Highly recommend this location for cleaniness and helpfulness!

I want to give the biggest shout out to Kia at AutoZone in Reisterstown MD. I appreciate her going above and beyond to help me change my key fob. It was not easy and I knew I couldn't do it from the video. Kia took her time and did it for me. The other AutoZone I went to on Pulaski Hwy just out right told me no without trying. I appreciate Kia going above and beyond because my car was parked across the street at my job open because I was scared to lock it. This is a rental car I am driving. Again kudos to you Kia. Thank you for helping me when I didn't know what to do

I just wanna take a second to shout out Anthony at AutoZone — this man deserves his flowers. I came in not 100% sure what kind of oil my truck needed, and not only did he walk me through it without making me feel dumb, but he broke it down in a way that actually made sense. You can tell he’s well trained and knows his stuff inside and out. He had that rare mix of professionalism, patience, and straight-up real customer service that you don’t see often these days. He wasn’t just trying to sell me something — he made sure I left with exactly what my truck needed. That’s top-tier product knowledge AND people skills. If AutoZone is reading this: give this man a raise, a promotion, or at least some damn recognition. Anthony, you held it down, and I appreciate you bro.

AutoZone always comes through. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and never rushes you. I’ve come in with questions or needing parts last-minute, and they’ve always pointed me in the right direction. Returns and warranties are handled smoothly, and they usually have what I need in stock or can get it fast. Reliable place for parts, tools, and advice.

I purchased 2 headlight lamps. Both were out on my vehicle and it was getting towards evening. I asked if I could get some assistance with installing ( I did this in the past) since I needed a small screwdriver. The "person" or "store representative" stated, "We don't assist customers with anything''. I expressed my dire need since I had went to several locations that did not have it in stock. This guy( large black guy in his thirties) had no empathy whatsoever despite my plea for the use of a screwdriver. I ventured to the location across from the Wegmans at Painters Mill Rd. The young MAN was happy to help me, with a smile on his face( he was of Caucasian decent) he expressed empathy since it was almost dark at that time. I 'thanked" him greatfully with the utmost appreciation. This young man IS an asset to this store location. He was obviously in a pleasant mood. I will only patronize this location for my automotive needs. Forever greatful. The other location.....is history.

I can’t say enough good things about Keenan, Paul, and William! They went above and beyond to help me, and their customer service was absolutely top-notch. From the moment I reached out, they were friendly, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure I had the best experience possible. Not very friendly staff at this Autozone location. i purchased windshield wipers from this location and request to young guy around 25 year male to replace my car wipers he strongly denied and said we’re going to close the store but store closing time was 45min after i purchased product and he left the store and started helping other random people Please go to some other location or go to Walmart Not a good place to purchase auto parts.

I bought a battery today. Aside from costing over $200, I was shocked the warranty was only 3 years. The Toyota battery I replaced advertises 84 month warranty and still kicks. First time I've humored myself using their service to install the battery. I quickly realized he didn't know which way to turn the nuts to loosen, and was focusing on the wrong nut. I had to get my hands dirty to help. Should've just done it myself and not had to lose more faith in humanity and today's generation of pansies.

Friendly staff. Easy in and out process no fluff or fuss. Happy to do a scan on your car if the check engine light comes on. Reminds me of my hometown auto parts store.

I had to purchase a battery for my car and was able to do so with little to no trouble and they even replaced it for me! Jordyn and Jason were wonderful! They were able to get the old battery out and the new one back in with ease. Thank you so much! If I ever need anything for my car again I will be coming here.

Associate came out to my car to help me identify my oil type. He also found a deal that offered a free filter with my purchase. He we a great help to me today.

Good service and good employees there's 2 guys name Alex Baldrrama and the other guy name Patrick w there both helpful to my mom she was having issues her car Patrick took alook to my mom car and he found the problem it was the alternator and battery was bad.Alex is good kid he replaced battery for mom car and opens the door he is very kind and nice. Thank u guys

I stopped by to pick up windshield wiper blades. Darryl saw me standing in a very short line, asked me what I was paying with and then he rang me up. I asked his input on windshield washer fluid - he got me situated with that and gave me really helpful tips on the blades. Oh, I'll also take his advice on getting my headlights restored. AutoZone - keep this one around, because of his service - I'll be making this location my AutoZone of choice.

Staff was unbelievable friendly, knowledgeable and eager to assist with car issues if needed. This location has Best in class team of employees, and they happily support our troops with a military discount.

I have never been so disappointed in a retail location with a manager. Troy at this location doesn't care about his customers or helping them out when a mistake has been made. I'm a business customer. Ordered a part from another store that didn't show up. I needed this part right away and was told this location had it. I drove an hour to come get it and Troy decided he'd rather be rude and tell me because it was in he system as needing to be transferred transferred my store, that I couldn't take it. I had to wait for my location to receive it. Horrible customer service. Horrible manager. I will never return to this location

Outstanding service by Margot, the store manager. She went out of her way to assist with an online order that was canceled for items being out of stock. As soon as the item was delivered, less than 24 hours later, she put it aside for us, even though the order had been canceled. Communication and customer service on this matter was fantastic. Thank you Margot!

These guys are always upbeat and helpful w greeting when I enter the store, unless busy or absent from front, and always asking if I need assistance. Very friendly. I've been going here for 5 years, so it's a good sample size.

We went in for a new battery for my mom and we had great service. There were three beautiful ladies who very nice and pleasant. The battery install took no longer than 15 mins. If you need anything ask for Shemika I believe she's the manager and she has an amazing customer service.
