I never had a place charge me 40 dollars to cancel an appointment 24 hrs in advance and still charged me. Joke of a business

If you want the job done right, you should not come here. They will overcharge and waste your time just to send you home with unresolved issues.

I spent $700 on diagnostics and repair for my car window and then the window was fine for a week and then worse than before. When I called they said they would look at it, but if it turned out to be a different issue then they would charge a fee of $45 a min. Don’t go here, there are other places in the area that will do it cheaper and hold themselves accountable for inadequate work.

The guy in the front Bryan is very unprofessional and rude he absolutely should not be in customer service I only went for questions and he seemed like I was bothering him he is not a good example for this company and they should re-train him on basic customer service skills absolutely ridiculous

I did have an overall great experience. However, I was stumped to find out that after I was originally told that I would expect to pay at most $190 for 1 hour of work or if it’s less than 45 minutes I would only pay $140. At the end of my service to install my rhino roof rack, it took 36 minutes and I was excited because I knew that I would be saving $50. The guy ended up charging me $192 because the job wasn’t completed by one person. Instead it was completed by 2 technicians. I was furious, I specifically told him that if I would’ve known that they don’t charge a flat hourly rate I wouldn’t have driven 2 hours to get this job done. This shop charges hourly per technician to work on your car! So if you have 2 people working on your car, expect to pay double the hourly for both technicians. I told the person they need to have a disclaimer that indicate they don’t offer flat hourly rate service, instead it’s by technician each. NOTE: shops typically charge an overall hourly rate for the shop, not per technician working on the car. After arguing with the guy about this, he eventually agreed to charge only the $140. I hope others haven’t been taken advantage of this. You HAVE to tell your customers that you’re not a flat hourly rate shop!

Nick and Bryan were fantastic.....Bryan was extremely helpful in guiding us through various rim/tire options and then Nick made sure we were well taken care of through the rest of the process. Great overall value.....competitive pricing and excellent service. Glad to have a local shop to go to in this age of "online everything". Nice jobs guys and thank you!

I have been going to ATO Autosports for 9 years now. They have customized at least seven vehicles with everything from something as minor as new wheels and tires to a supercharger on a 4 Runner. They have done winches, custom lights, tunes on at least three vehicles, wheels and tires, step rails, tonneau covers, sub woofers and as previously mentioned, a supercharger, dash cams plus too much more to mention. Each time I go in, Bryan and Nick are very helpful. They take the time to answer my many questions and when I give them ideas of what I want, they come back with suggestions and have helped complete project builds. I am not going to say they are the cheapest, but they are the best and you get what you pay for. It's better to spend money on quality items rather than cut corners and get something that won't last. The technicians that do the work are some of the best that I have seen. They take their time and do all of the installs right. When they are not sure of something they call the manufacture. My supercharger was one of the first they did and obviously required engine and vehicle modifications. Everyone took the necessary steps to make sure they knew the install procedure and the ins and outs of how the Magnuson supercharger worked. The tech that did the work pre studied the manual and took extra time to make sure everything was perfect, even though I was ancy and wanted my truck back. Currently they are working on customizing a 2025 Ford Maverick Tremor for me, and I can't wait to see how it turns out. If you want top quality work and good quality products, then I highly recommend ATO Autosports on Joppa Road in Parkville. Tell them I sent you and they will take good care of you. Alex

I was told 2 hours max, but it wouldn't take that long @180 per hour. It took 2 1/2 hours bill was over 420 bucks. I had another guy that would have done it and done an alignment for 350 he just couldn't get me in for a week. Maybe others have had better luck but I'll not be back.

I contacted ATO in Parkville to retrofit my Ram 1500 suspension from air suspension to a coil suspension due to old age. Most shops didn't want to do the work. ATO gladly took on the job, did it at a reasonable price and got it back to me within 2 days. I am very pleased with their work and appreciate them taking on the job. My truck looks and rides great.

These bunch of guys on Joppa Road are exceptional. I have had them install lights on the front and rear of my bumper, front hitch for a towing basket and fishing rods as well as front leveling kit on my 2022 ram 3500 and these guys are exceptional in their work, the fit and finish is also exceptional. if you want excellent service go here these guys are great. Kenny Bellew. I will always get my aftermarket and add-ons to my truck through these guys.

I went to ATO back in January for a remote start installation on my vehicle. The appointment process was simple, I dropped the car off about 10 am and they had it done by the end of the business day. The remote start works great and I would come back to for more services in the future.

First time truck owner, Bryan was super patient and knowledgeable and helped me pick a tonneau cover and side step bars.My truck looks great and the installation was flawless. Would highly recommend!!

This place is awesome. My salesman, Trevor Hill from Don White's where I purchased my Jeep from recommended this place for me to get accessories for my Jeep Wrangler and he was so correct with his recommendation. I have since been there a few times and have had lots of accessories added to my Jeep Wrangler. Bryan at ATO is awesome and so cool to work with its amazing. Highly recommend as the prices are good the work is excellent, the staff is so cool!!. Very happy customer and my Jeep is looking sharp!!!

ATO does a great job. Got the wheel spacers put on. I got the front lifted to match the rear so I'll add pictures of that later. Bed cover, bed liners, custom wheels, anything you want, they will take care of it. Happy with products and service performed. ~B

This shop is the place to go if you have a pickup you love and that you want to make sure gets the right tires. They know their business, and they're really nice guys. Communication was easy, they were flexible on pickup/dropoff times, and their work was flawless. I trust very few people with my truck, but these guys are among those very few. Awesome shop, awesome people, awesome work. Don't bother trying one of the big chain shops with your truck. You love your truck, and ATO will treat it with respect and care.

The nicest, most professional and extremely knowledgeable group of guys ever!!! The quality of work, products, ethics and their drive to have a perfect end result is amazing.!!! I've been to a couple of places to get my HIDs converted, others gave up. NOT THESE GUYS!!!! I can not say thank you enough!

I purchased side steps for my Wrangler from Extreme Terrain and “Install Connect” sent me to ATO to install them. The staff were pleasant and I was in and out of the shop in less than an hour. Very happy and would come back for sure.

I’m so glad I found this company!! I have a small logistics company and I needed running boards and a rear step bumper installed on my Ram ProMaster 2500. These guys did an excellent job!! Now I can finally maneuver in and out with ease & comfort! Thanks for the great customer service!

Auto & Truck Outfitt... a huge truck assembly and accessories for all your vehicles needs. Bryant did a marvelous "JOB" on my Truck for an reasonable price. I'm truly impressed; I recommend them highly. ??? whatever your needs... no job is too small.

First off everyone was very helpful and nice. They have great customer service and I would recommend anyone to use them for any automotive upgrades or installs. I had a decent amount of work done on my truck. I loved everything they did and it turned out amazing , except for the leveling kit. I'm not sure if something was lost in translation between us or maybe I didn't ask enough questions about getting a lift or leveling kit. I was considering a lift but decided to go with a leveling kit as it gave my friends truck the stance I wanted on mine. After it was installed and I got home I noticed that the back end still sat much higher then the front. I don't like the "rake" look. I wanted a leveled truck , same in front , same In Back. I gave the sales guy my trust to pick what would work , he suggested the ready lift leveling kit. I know nothing about leveling or lifts on trucks so I said ok. At this point maybe I should have asked more questions maybe he could have informed me of what the end product would look like. I called a few days later and was told that maybe that was all the leveling that could be done to my truck (they were busy so it was a brief conversation). I was told to bring it in a we can look at it. I live out of state so it is hard fore to find the time to do this. Maybe I'll try this weekend and see what they say. Everything else tho was superb.

This is my 3rd time at ATO and another great experience. I've had tires, lights and just recently suspension work on my wife's jeep. I worked with Josh determining the best option for the desired results on my wife's jeep. I spoke with him over the phone and he wasn't rushed nor did he seem put out by my questions. He did what he said he would and that goes along way nowadays! He even followed up by phone to make sure we were satisfied. Excellent shop! I will continue to support this business and recommendations to others.

I can't find nothing wrong with these awesome guys, They guided me with a install, for my 2000 ford excursion, 5,000 in the rear, YES A TRUE 5,000 WATTS, and a compatible concert speaker system threw the doors. You got Josh! Who will take the time to explain, the nook and crannies of anything you are buying, or not from them, giving you comfort, to have you understand FOR YOURSELF, Brian, the wing man, calm and collected, just as knowledgeable, and the long bearded auto installer, HE IS THE AUDIO WHISPER!! , (he intalles everything blind folded, he is so good? just joking on the blind fold) But all of this, I felt safe spending my money, with these guys, they treated every purchase, like it was there own money, and that goes, a long way with me.

Extremely helpful and very personable employees. They do excellent work. Great show room as well. Would recommend to anyone looking for a trusted shop. Josh helped me with my truck build and made sure I knew everything that was happening. He went the extra mile in helping me decide what was right and really helped to figure out what I liked.

Awesome custom shop. They have done a few jobs for me, and have always exceeded my expectations. They have helped my with a head unit, a trailer, a custom piece to hold my fishing rods and a 360°camera system. I can't recommend this company enough if you need something done to your car or truck.

I've been coming here for 6 years now for all my different cars and needs. These guys are awesome, 100% customer service always. I would rather take my car here then anywhere else. I trust these guys with all my cars, my performance cars, my trucks etc. Always do a fantastic job, baby the car, and treat it as if it was their own pride and joy. I would recommend and do recommend them to anyone and everyone. Seriously go here and spend some money, it'll be worth your time & money.

These guys are fantastic. I had a remote start and keyless entry installed in my car. I worked with Brian - 100% professional, very friendly and gets the job done in a reasonable amount of time. It couldn't have been more smooth and easy an experience. Fees for labor are fair and worth the money. If I need anything else in the future, I will absolutely come back. Highly recommend!
