I went through progressive to get an estimate on my car. Whilst doing the estimate Ed and Jim body shop STRIPPED my car until it was no longer drivable and then refused to put it back together.

I've been here a few times for repairs because I have GEICO. Very friendly and fast service. I get my car back very quickly.

I would highly recommend the shop to anyone! I found it via my insurance company, but I will never go anywhere else again. Process was effortless for me and the work was to notch. The car looks brand new and I could not have asked for a better experience!!

I had to have body work done due to someone hitting me on my passenger side back door. Geico recommended I take my car to Ed & Jim's. I dropped my car off on a Monday, and I didn't wait ten minutes to be seen. They sent me an estimate of the damages via email(which I greatly appreciated). My car was at the shop for about two weeks(maybe less). I did not look at my car until I got home(crazy on my part). However, I didn't have to worry because they did an excellent job on my car. Honestly, my car looks brand new. No one could ever tell my passenger door was smashed, dents, and the other person's paint and metal left embedded in my car. I would highly recommend people to take their car there. Thank you for taking care of the damages.

Fairly straightforward body shop transaction. Made an appointment to drop off the car through my auto insurance app, dropped off the car, and received it within the estimated time frame. Customer service was satisfactory. I was also able to drop off my Enterprise rental when I picked up my car.

Ed & Jim's Body Shop blew me away! This place is friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. My car was repaired beautifully, in less time than I expected, and I received calls along the way to let me know of the progress. They even made working with my insurance company and rental place a breeze. Additionally, they even went back and did a second look to help me with evidence for my insurance claim. I hope I never need an autobody shop again, but if I do, without any hesitation I will come here!

If Progressive insurance recommends this shop, do not bring your vehicle to this shop. They will do what’s best for progressive, not you. I brought my car to this place and two days later progressive called me and said they were totaling the car. I called ed and Jim’s and asked how much were the repairs going to cost and they refused to give me an estimate. The first time I called, I think the guy slipped and told me all they did was take pictures and send them to progressive. Apparently they didn’t look at the vehicle at all. The second time I called and asked if they could look at the vehicle, the guy just kept angrily repeating “ITS TOTALED, NO ITS TOTALED”. Mind you, I drove the vehicle to that shop with damage to the back door which still opened and closed on its own. He finally said, he’ll give me an estimate as soon as I come clear out my vehicle, prompting me to ask if I was even allowed to take my vehicle with me. Apparently I’m not. Ed and Jim’s body shop will give custody of my vehicle to progressive insurance, to which it will be towed to a salvage lot…unless of course I agree to withdraw the accident claim so that progressive is no longer responsible for their driver hitting my vehicle. Basically these guys are now holding my vehicle hostage for progressive insurance.

My car was under a year old when it was in a substantial accident. Ed & Jim's put it back together like new. In addition to their excellent workmanship, their personnel were amazing. I worked with JJ who phoned me with updates, had work the repair completed in 2 weeks, and was a pleasure to deal with. This will be my go to shop!

I took my wife’s car to Ed and Jim’s after a bad fender bender and I can’t say enough great things about our experience. They got us in quickly and had our vehicle repaired faster than we expected. Our car looks brand new again! The communication and friendliness between the shop and us was what really set them apart from the competition. I would highly recommend Ed and Jim’s to anyone who needs body or collision work. Thanks again!

I took my car to Ed and Jim’s after being t-boned. It took them 2 months to get me my car back. I am missing my Equinox lettering, there are scratches and paint drips on my the NEWLY painted door, and there’s even more damage to my car that wasn’t there prior to me dropping it off. There are missing paint chips, dings, and scuffs. Their customer service is awful and they do not communicate anything. No one calls and gives you updates unless you pester them and call. All of the mechanics complain about doing their jobs when you’re in the front office when a supervisor asks them to go get a car to bring back to you (the customer). I was also told my car was washed before picking it up, but there was mildew buildup on the windows and dirt stuck in all of the cracks of the car outside. The plastic panel on the bottom of my car was also installed incorrectly and was installed with a broken edge. I don’t quite understand how you forget something as drastic as the lettering on a car! And none of the supervisors will reply to your calls after calling, leaving a message with your name and number, and calling again. I am beyond disgusted and annoyed with the service. You’d think after having the car for two months, it would come back perfect! I sure as hell hope Ed and Jim’s accepts responsibility for the damages THEY made to my car and the mistakes THEY made REPLACING what was messed up! Paint drips and dings on a new door! I would NOT recommend Ed and Jim’s to anyone.

Full service accessible body shop. Works with major insurance companies. Have had vehicles repaired to pristine shape in past. Works with local Emterprise locations. Phone is not always answered. Satellite location is reasonably located - when car was totalled, relocated there before sent to salvage. Trustworthy.

I recently had my car in this shop for accident repair. The insurance decided to total the car and. I brought the car back when to pickup and found it stripped of all the good working parts. The headlights hurt the most they cost over $800 per. I asked for them back and was told they throw away good working parts. I have pictures of how the vehicle was dropped off and filed a police report. See before and after photos of how i dropped of the vehicle and how i got it back.

I recently had my 2018 Volvo S90 T5 worked on at Ed and Jim's Body Shop. The Shop Manager Bryan personally handled my car. Bryan called me daily with updates. I had difficulties dealing with both GEICO and Enterprise. Bryan made calls on my behalf to both GEICO and Enterprise, this was not in his job description but he did so to assist me. Once I got my car back it was better than the day I purchased the vehicle. Ed and Jim does top notch body work and even better customer service!!!!

Great place to bring your car for either Insurance or Personal fixes. I’ve brought my car in for both and each time I’ve gotten it back the work was done amazingly and my car was cleaned inside and out! Everything they did was crystal clear and efficient. They were very communicative able the steps they took and timelines.

My driver side window was broken in and my steering wheel airbag was stolen. My insurance sent my car to this shop. Service was quick but when I got my car back there were still super small shards of glass around the console and my car horn was not working. Also, my wheel alignment was a bit off. I had just had a full oil change and alignment 2 months ago so I thought the incident or the process of fixing the wheel caused my wheel alignment to go off. Also, I did not realize the horn was not working until the next day. The drive back to this shop was not convenient especially since I am not from the area. I think it is a careless mistake to not check if the horn is functional after working on the steering wheel. It was wasted time and gas for me. When I voiced my concern for the wheel alignment, they said it will not be covered by my insurance since the car was not driven during the theft. Disappointment. I really am not the type of person to complain or make reviews but I really did not enjoy my service from here.

These guys are great. My brand new car was in an accident and at 7 months pregnant, the situation was extremely stressful for me. They took care of everything, even called Enterprise and returned my rental car for me. The turn around on my car being complete was very quick, even in the current market with lots of manufacturing delays due to the pandemic, the body work was able to get done quickly. They were friendly and helpful.

They are all stars! I had minor scrapes on the back/rear of my new brand Toyota Venza. They scheduled me an appointment much fasted than others. They did a great job. The car looks a new brand again. They fixed the car only in 2 days while other told me it takes more than one week. They have a good collaboration with progressive. They vacuumed inside the car after performance which I did not expect. Thanks a lot. Wish you all the best

I had a scrape on my car and Ed and Jim’s was right down the street, gave them a call as soon as they opened and they took a look at it, within the half hour, told me the numbers. Bryson was a major help, I wanted to pay out-of-pocket but he actually recommended I went the insurance route. Cheers to him for that! My car is a White Pearl so it took maybe a day or two longer than if it wasn’t but I am more than satisfied with the results! Honest people, honest work.

Kendra and Josh were great to work with. Very professional and friendly people! They got my car in quickly and it looks great! I was involved in an accident and they made my car look brand new again. It was cleaned before I picked up too which was something I wasn't expecting. The rental car was extremely convenient too, they called Enterprise for me for pick up and drop off. I highly recommend taking your vehicle here!

I normally do not write reviews but the experience here was extremely satisfying. I had the front struts and rear shocks replaced on my Tundra 2003 Truck and WOW ! , the truck had never ridden this well. These guys were courteous, kept in touch during the repair and the final job was phenomenal. They even detailed/washed the truck for me. Who still does this? Not to mention the price beat all. Thanks Ed and Jims !

Excellent Service & Beautiful Work! I took my car in on Monday and had it back Friday. All the guys in the shop are courteous & professional and communicated every step of the process, it is refreshing to get phone calls with updates. I also noticed the shop itself was so clean, can’t say that about to many body shops. I’m so glad I chose Ed & Jim’s.

Had my car repaired here through Geico Auto Express after a recent rear end collision. They were all super nice and had my car fixed in less than 10 days. The work looks great - can't even tell it had a new rear quarter panel put on.

Every time that I have brought my car here, I have received excellent service. They have been very accommodating and helpful for me to get the work that I have needed done quickly, but with great quality, and affordable as well. The last time I brought my car to them, I had thought the service was going to take a few hours, but my car was all ready after about an hour so I could get back on my way. And my car was working wonderfully. I would absolutely recommend them for all of your car repair needs.

I was pleasantly surprised by the level of courtesy and respect that my wife and I received from Justin at their shop. My wife's car got sideswiped in the snow storm a few weeks back and we shopped about 15 different garages to see who was going to give us the best quote. There were a few that were right around the same amount but I felt the most comfortable with this place after speaking with Justin. I was actually not able to go with my wife to drop the car off so I was a little nervous that they were going to sucker her into a ton of fixes that we didn't need but that actually didn't happen. They treated my wife with the same respect that they treated me with and they actually gave her the same exact quote that they gave me. They also gave her a rental while the car was being fixed. Quarter panels and doors look great! They matched the paint perfectly to the rest of the car. I will be returning to Ed & Jim's for any future work that I need done on any of our families cars and I would highly recommend them to anyone that asks me.
