I’ve always had a good experience. This time I dropped the car off for tire repair. I told them I didn’t need it until the next day. At closing time they called and said the car was ready and that they would stay late if I wanted to come pick it up. I declined, but wow.

Never returning. The only reason i went was for a tire and when i came to pick up my car they had messed with the entire vehicle. My headlight doesn’t work anymore and they clearly were messing with it due to 2 pins not even being put back into the vehicle. Shady business. Do not go unless you want more problems than what you went with.

I always heard great things before coming to Carney Tire, and for a few years, I was super comfortable and impressed. After my most recent visit, I'm not sure if I'll return. We already owned my extra tire, so we took it to Carney to have it put on my vehicle. At checkout, I received a lecture from an irritated employee about how they make their money selling tires, and by buying elsewhere, it has a negative impact on their business. He then reiterated that it really affects them. It sent the message to me that they also don't want to be bothered with just putting on a tire. I guess it's not worth their time, even though we have used them for many, more expensive jobs in the past. I doubt the employee would have spoken to my husband that way. Next time, you could put a friendly, positive spin on it. Say, "Hey, did you know that we price match? We would really like to have your business in the future - it helps us a lot - so please consider supporting us the next time you buy tires!" I would have absolutely appreciated that and learned something and been back. The condescending lecture really bothered me.

Just had an amazing experience at this shop today. Not every day you come across an honest crew. The service I received on my car's tire was top-notch. Friendly staff, quick turnaround, and competitive pricing - what more could you ask for? Highly recommend!

Everything was pleasant in my interactions with Pam and Danny. I haven't been to Carney Goodyear Tire for a few years. I have to admit it's like I never left. Danny and Pam were very respectful and comfortable to deal with. Reminds me of another time called the good old days.

Everyone was fantastic. They were very helpful and polite. They actually got my inspection done very quickly. I couldn’t have been more pleased.

I call to get a quote on four new tires. They said they need a minute to look at what they had and would get back to me. So the very next day I had two quotes on my tires. I made a decision and called me back and got me in within two days! While they had my car in they check over some other things and I had to replace my battery and carbon filter. So it was nice to be able to get it all done while it was there thank you for everything!

I had a tire that needed to be replaced. Spoke to Dan on the phone & he made sure the tire was in stock before I came in to get it swapped. They fit me in on a Friday, which is probably their busiest day, and I really appreciated it. Everyone was really nice & next time I need new tires (which hopefully isn’t soon,) I’ll definitely be coming back!

Came here after a suggestion from my husband to get my rear driver side tire looked at. I was greeted immediately as I entered. I informed the attendant I was concerned about the rear driver side tire after hitting a curb. Me and the attendant walked out and looked at the tire. They were able to find a tire for my car as well as squeeze me during the mid-afternoon rush. I was told it could take about 2 hours and informed that I could utilize the coffee/tea machine, cookies,TV, and lounge area to wait. The wait was less than 2 hours but I was pleased that the service was quick

They got me in for an oil change the same day, which was great. They also let me know of a couple things I’ll need to get serviced in the future with prices. That was helpful. I’ll definitely be back and recommend them to anyone who needs their vehicle serviced.

Consistently good experience! Very clear on what needs to be done immediately vs what can wait, fair prices, and good communication throughout the service. You can wait there in a pretty comfortable waiting area or drop off. I appreciated when I checked out, that they went through everything they did that day just to recap and ensure it covered what I asked for. My new mechanic!

Having worked/repaired cars & trucks all of my life; Carney Car Care did an EXCELLENT JOB on my 15 Infiniti. The Techs were knowledgeable and courteous. Waiting area was clean and had Industry magazines available to read.

Scheduled appointment for front end alignment with Dan, was quoted $150.00 over the phone but while waiting was told it was an “exotic “ alignment even though I explained that I installed new (Krytonite) upper control arms myself. I took time to mark the adjuster’s when installing and after done the truck drove great but figured it should get it dialed in perfectly. While waiting they told me the new cost was $250.00 while my truck was already on the rack so they had me cornered! Arrived at 8:00 am and left at 9:00 after they told me it would take 2-3 hours labor? They didn’t test drive the truck afterwards and while heading home realized truck was pulling to the right so it was better before I took there! Beware this business at all costs! TOTAL RIP-OFF! Will never give them my business again!

I have basically been coming here for 20 years. First time here since it changed ownership, and it definitely shows. I called 2 weeks ago, I made an appointment, for two tires and an oil change. Spoke with a gentleman on the phone he looked up my records found the tires I ordered previously, and said good to go Drop off Monday. I drop it off yesterday,and the girl behind the counter is struggling, doing laps between the front end, the Garage, and the back She giving the manager attitude about paper towels? I wait patiently even saying "No rush". She can't find my appointment. She re orders the tires after taking a few mins to look them up again. I get it things happen. Now I get a call today saying Sorry, I ordered the wrong tires for your vehicle, I have these two that have a worse warranty and don't match. Or you if you want it done today you can get 4 new tires. You make a mistake and now your trying to Upsell me? Not to mention charging 90$ for an oil change? At least Jiffy Lube will fill my wiper fluid and it's 1/3rd the price. So now I have to wait an extra day for the tires I confirmed twice... At the end of the day one customer having to wait to get an extra day is not the end of the world I'm not more important than anyone else but this is a severe inconvenience, that's not my fault and now I have to go to and from work for another day without my truck and spend $90 on Ubers that I'm not going to get back because you guys made a mistake. Not to mention Trying to charge 90$ diagnostic fees for an electrical problem I already knew about when a turn signal relay (the likely problem) is 15-45$ Max?. I'm not sure if I will be continuing to get my auto work done here.

Vehicle would not start. Had fuel pump replaced. A vacuum hose was also repaired so that heat/cool air could once again flow through the proper vents. Vehicle was brought in Friday and ready late Monday afternoon. All staff were professional and nice. Prices are reasonable.

Chad! He’s great. Gave me great information, and better tires than I already ordered myself. Refunded those tires and bought mine here. The information and specifications on the tires were great that I bought here. Not even the first time I’ve had amazing service here either. Consistently great service here, that’s so hard to find nowadays. They made a life long customer that’s for sure.

Went and had an oil change last month and the one tech thought it was a bright idea to put the jug of oil on my plastic fender and now the mark will not go away. Went up there and was told that I shouldn’t be that mad, well I take pride in my vehicles. They tried to fix it and that didn’t work. This place has gone down hill since it was bought a couple of months ago. My family and I have been going to carney tire for over 20 years.

I stopped at a few tire shops before landing at carney tire and car. They were pretty busy with repairs and things when I arrived but that didn’t stop them From having great customer service. I need four tires mounted and balanced, carney tire wasn’t sure if they could get them same day but asked if I could leave them. Well turns out they did get to them by the end of the day, gave me a call. Helped my load all four rims in the truck and thanked me for The business.

This is a great business. I and my family have been going to Carney Tire for as long as I can remember. We have never had any problems with their service. They always try to offer the most affordable options to fix our vehicles. I highly recommend them.

I took my 2010 camaro to have a rear end alignment after having it at another shop twice for the same issue. I explained that my car was pretty heavily modified with after market parts and explained what I needed. These professional hooked me right up and my car is back to where it needs to be. Carney Tire Car Care & Title In Baltimore MD is great. I ran over something early this morning at 5am on an exit ramp that blew out both of my passenger side tires. John in Customer Service was very friendly and helpful. Juan in service had me back on the road in no time. They treated me like family. I definitely would recommend this Goodyear Tire location
