I went in for two tire changes and a rotation, and when I asked about the price, they were very quick: $58 for the change and installation of the two new tires I brought. I didn't need an appointment, and they served me quickly. I have to say it's not so easy to trust them for the first time when you see some negative reviews, but in my personal experience, it was very satisfactory. Fast service and excellent prices. I would definitely go back to them again. I'll give them 5 stars. Thank you.
I had a really bad experience here. Went there for a simple safety inspection and the person was quite rude and unhelpful. He told me that several parts of my car were damaged and needed to be replaced immediately. The way they said it felt like they were just trying to scare me into paying a big bill.
Something didn’t feel right, so I decided to get a second opinion at another workshop. Turns out, nothing was wrong at all — the parts were perfectly fine. This clearly shows they were trying to trick me into spending money on repairs I didn’t need.
I honestly felt cheated and disrespected. If you care about your time, money, and peace of mind, I’d recommend staying away from this place.

Horrible people, horrible business. They only made my car worse and tried to squeeze as much money out as possible. The guy even ask I pay $200 for parking to which I refused.
I've taken two cars here and both times I was surprised of the ammount of care I recieved.
They went above 5 stars; they took care of my ehicles, prices were unbeatable, and they explained the repairs. They got my vehicle back on the road with no more issues.
Very pricy even a small bolt cost me about $150 always ask your details receipts. It was just 5 minutes job and i ask my regular mechanic shop he said it cost just 20 dollar he literally make $130 in 5 minutes.

Brought my car in with a brand new Delphi pump to be installed. Vehicle continued to have issues after the new fuel pump. Code reader continued P1422: fuel tank cap improperly closed. Started a warranty replacement assuming a bad check valve and find a completely different brand of fuel pump had been installed. Don't trust this place.
Rented a U-Haul truck from Ram & Son. However, I mistakenly rented the wrong truck for my needs, and did not realize this until I drove off the lot. Even though this was my mistake, the owner gave me a refund, stating that he did not want to have unhappy customers. I would use Ram & Sons again because they appear to be a kind and honest business.

My family rented a UHaul and returned to Ram & Sons Auto Inc. There customer service was great, everything went very smoothly, thy even let us store our car there for the day while we unloaded the moving truck. Would recommend for a drop off or pick up!
