There's plenty of auto parts stores around town. But these guys/gals know their stuff. Being raised by a mechanic and working on what I own means you usually have a hard time explaining and teaching the guy behind the counter of other stores when you need a part. Not here. These guys build rapport with their customers and relate to what your working on. You can tell they have spent time turning wrenches. Prefer this store over the others in zachary.
I personally like this location. As far as all the auto parts stores available, this one for myself, is the simplest to deal with. The employees are definitely willing and eager to assist you...store is located right on main Street so easy in easy out.
never a line when you go inside.. they do acknowledge you.. not sure how feel bout black people but they do acknowledge you lady even got a cart bring truck battery out....autozone dont do that ....much
Put me on hold 4 times and all times it went to voice mail. I gave up. Great place but some of there workers just don't want to deal with the phone, this one worker will take a customer in store before dealing with a phone call trying to make an order.
I don't shop there often, but I've always gotten the best service. I'm usually looking for something odd or rare so their knowledge and extra help is appreciated.
I literally bought a battery and tried to return it 2 hours later and they said they couldnt take it back but I literally asked them if i could return it before i even bought it and they said yes practice what you preach please as a business
I had a great experience today! I bought a new brake light bulb and tried to replace it myself via the YouTube video I watched. After I botched it, I timidly asked if one of the gentlemen inside the store would help - Brian fixed it in no time and didn’t ask for a dime. So thankful for service and generosity!
Very Rude. They must not realize O'Reilly's, Autozone and Carquest are just down the road. Stopped because it was a block closer, will drive the extra block from now on.
They don't honor their own Black Friday mailer. The owner is a pathetic excuse for a business man. When questioned about it, he attacks his customers verbally. The address of the business is ON THE MAILER!
The first words out the owners mouth were, "I hope you don't have one of those coupons". He then proceeded to claim for some reason that the prices weren't good until December, which it clearly states on the mailer that that is not the case. The owner is agressive, arrogant, and not interested in taking care of his customers.
Avoid this business if at all possible. There are several other business in close proximity which deserve your business much more. There has been a marked decrease in the quality of their products over the last several years, on top of the owner's bad attitude.
